I just went in to buy a gift card but I found the store clean and bright and I was treated with respect

I purchased a PS4 that came with a controller that broke, obviously a defect. They will not replace or repair it. When I originally bought and picked it up, the customer service was insulting and disrespectful, but I let that go thinking I would not have any other interaction.

You need to teach your female employees the difference between EA and 2K because today when pre-ordering NBA 2K they act like I was the crazy one

Video game store that carries more associated items than games. To be fair most games are download able now.

The packs are resealed in the premium collection boxes. 10 packs 9 reverse holos where is the 10th? At least put a spare if you take the rares out. Whitening all around almost every card. The plastic wrapping tore with almost no effort. Selling all my GME stock after this super negative experience. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered some stuff from Game Stop and it came fast and with free delivery. Got a few hoodies as well and they are super comfy. Nice long cut in the back and super soft.

Went to pick up vanguard and store was very organized was very surprised. Was in and out in 5 mins.

Good selection of games and gaming accessories. I bought a PS4 remote and the lady kept on asking me if I wanted to purchase insurance on the remote even though I told her no at least 5 times. Even a customer passing by took notice of her asking so many times.

In stock online but according to the employee "could be a recent trade-in and we hold those for 16 days before we can sell them"

Maybe don't show it in stock then if I can't buy it.

So I went here to pick up a ps5 that I had pre ordered, I was very lucky my mom got on the list early and was pretty happy to get it! The manager Slvia is the sweetest person, super friendly and kind and definitely went above and beyond for us. The staff member who rang us out however was absolutely rude, abrupt and snarky. Brandon basically yelled at us for being slightly over the 6 feet apart line, which I completely understand keeping distance but if you feel we are too close you can say nicely "please step back a bit". Then when the receipt printed I went to grab the first copy and he snatched the machine away. Again not necessary, he didn't even apologize or say that he was going to get it. He would not bag the system as he said "it hardly fits in one bag" well I would have liked one since it's an expensive item to carry through the mall. And finally he felt it necessary to basically scream at me to "cradle the bottom" of the box when handing it over, I was intending too and I didn't need to be yelled at yet again. Sylvia is the only reason this is a 3 star review and if Brandon hadn't been the one to cash us out I'm sure it would have been 5 stars. I also work retail, have some patience it's the holidays and everyone else is stressed too, yelling at customers does not ender you to them.

I've shopped in here multiple times and they've always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and whatever I needed they had or was able to obtain quickly.
I was recently blown out of the water by a very lovely young lady (Sophia) that procured a certain game console of a certain colour for me all during a pandemic, in the Christmas season! She is an unreal human being, and I will continue to shop at this EB games for all my future nerd Needs! Xo

Love EB games, good sales, awesome customer service. Got over $300 worth of gifts for my boyfriend.

If you still wish to buy video game disks the old fashioned way or used this is the place. There are toys and clothes here related to gaming.

I can't stand this store, the former manager was a horrible person.very expensive and they give nothing for traded. Go to Micoplay.

The workers are super nice and really helpful! I always love talking to them about games or tv shows we both happen to like! They're also really helpful with prices and helping you lower them as much as possible (cuz I think every gamer knows that the price of games these days are a little bit out of hand)

Rather tiny for the amount of people that go through, constantly have to fight through tight areas to navigate around to your destination. Friendly staff.

NEEDS TO UPDATE HOURS ON THEIR WEBSITE!

Don't see much reason to go to EB games anymore. The sell too much unnecessary merchandise and pointless products. Not enough video game related material or not enough video game related accessories as wanted or needed by Games. This store was called Electronic boutique for a reason. Now it should be called "Spencers".

Great game selection. Very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend going back. They should get a raise the 2 guys working earlier around noon. Was very helpful, nice guys.

Haven't been in years. It's more a trinket store now but they do carry a lot of neat things for fair prices. Staff was good too.

Helpful staff, encouraged me to sign up for the perks club which saved me time and money BC as they stated, I could try a game for 48hrs and if it wasn't the game for me, simply come back in and exchange it.
