Store closed during open hours since there’s only 1 employee who was on break. Don’t blame the employee but staff 2 people at least.

Stopped by today to pick up the Starfield headset and controller. Luke was incredibly enthusiastic about the game and shared his excitement about the Starfield Direct, including the vast amount of content the game offered.

This interaction alone made this store my favorite GameStop in the city. It was pleasant to interact with a friendly and passionate gamer.

This is the place where I finally got my ps5 and is now my casual place to buy games now.

They are very helpful and even great when giving you some information on any game or equipment that you want to know or buy.

Where I usually get my consoles, physical game copies and preorders! Great service, kind and accommodating staff! Definitely recommend this location for Gamestop!

Used to love this location. The staff has turned over and are now an unlikable bunch. Have been taking my business to a different location.

The guy at the counter is the best. Saved me a copy of my game even though it took me sometime to get to the store and make the order.

Nice staff and awesome collection of products. You have to look carefully because (of course) some items are cheaper on Amazon. That being said, if you DO look a bit you will see a lot of items of great value especially the pre-played games. And wow - their Funko Pop collection is much better than most Gamestops out there. Convenient parking too.

Friendly staff. However, they aren't the most transparent when preordering games. I preordered a game that was advertised to come with a limited edition case. When I picked it up, I did not receive it. I asked about it and the cashier said that it was limited quanities and thus I did not receive it. I ordered it specifically for the case. These are things that should be transparently disclosed when ordering and not after the fact because informed decisions are made from such information.

One of the few remaining GameStops (formerly EB Games) in the area. They already close the ones in Centre Point, Promenade mall and the Walmart plaza. Has a decent selection of stuff including Funko Pops. The staff has always been friendly when I've been there.

Just amazed that I received excellent customer service for an accessories issue - new OLED Nintendo Switch. The selection was pretty good in this area of the store. This store has a wide variety of systems, platforms, used and new games. The store is pretty much organized and features a range of options for gaming, collectibles, and accessories.

You may need to replace a PS4 and here's the place to get one until the New one's arrive refurbished models available

Came in to buy some joycons and a few games for my switch, told them it was for my son but it was secretly mostly for me reliving my childhood during COVID haha. Employees were great and followed COVID guidelines, definitely didn't mind supporting a brick-and-mortar store like EB games as it was such a big part of my childhood.

Hope you guys are able to stay around much longer during and after the digital age and COVID pandemic.

Picked up my awaited PS5 today. Nicole was immensely helpful, professional and very knowledgeable from beginning to end. She is the EB Games employee every Gamer on the planet wants to have as a friend. From a fan to another fan, Nicole my son and I thank you deeply!

Friendly and accomodating staff. They'd you if they have new stocks on items and kind enough to offer insight on items you are purchasing.

If your looking for the latest video games it has a good selection. My only problem with eb games is everytime you buy a video game or console they want more money out of you other places like Walmart and best buy don't do this. Its a great selection of games but the customer service is bad. Also when you buy video games they keep reminding you that you can trade games as well but they will rip you off so highly recommend its better that people know about this kind of thing than to ignore it

Nicole is awesome. Saved me a hard to find copy of CoD (much appreciated). Also chatted a bit about similar games I may enjoy. No pressure - just a nice, relaxed environment.

To the store manager: Stop treating your customers like criminals and stop hiring frustrated kids

This is our local EB Games and we’re so glad it’s one of the good ones. Unlike a lot of other EB games stores we have visited in Toronto, the staff here are always really friendly, helpful and know what they’re doing. They’re also stocked with a ton of games and Funko Pop figures that are sold out most of the time at other locations.

We purchased two refurbished PlayStation Move Motion Controllers from this location. The workers were extremely friendly and knew a lot about the products to give us great advice and feedback. We were although disappointed the controllers were not tested before sold to us as one of them would not charge. This made us have to wait several days for a replacement before we could play our new game. All in all the service was great and the store itself was well stocked and clean.

One of the best eb games.thanks to two employees named Sunny and Paul for being the best eb games employees ever and for making my day the happiest ever. This is what eb games employees should be. There customer service is out of this world, the kindness and the feeling of being welcome they show and I can tell when employees are faking it and when employees are genuine. I should know as i work myself as a customer service. If you need the best people to help you. These are the guys. I hope they get a good reward

I've been going to this location since it opened. Staff keeps getting worse and the walking area smaller. Not a family friendly environment especially on the weekend

Biggest EB shop around this area, large selection of merch and very friendly staff. Stock is always being updated and new things can be seen on each visit.

Great customer service. Nicole and another gentleman helped me out. This location is more organized than Vaughan Mills.
