This location is super hit and miss. Either the staff are helpful and friendly, or dismissive and borderline rude. The stock on clothes and gear could be more varied. They have games. I bought a cool hat

Most of people are free to go shopping after work, that means after 5 pm, and this store closes at 7pm, you are loosing clients!

GameStop is more overpriced novelty shop than anything now, but it's fun to browse and the staff is always friendly. Very rarely, you may find a good deal.

Bought a preowned game for same price as a new game. Came home and the game doesn't work the disc has scratches. Will be returning the game. Do not buy used from this spot. The discs are not checked before being sold.

Instead of selling old games at a discount they just thrown them out in the trash.terrible store, has done terrible crimes against video games. I use to shop here when it was a EB games.

Great variety of consoles, games and other merchandise; prices are great. Also membership programs an monthly discounts.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Usually have stock on launch day and they let you hold games for the day.

Went yesterday and asked for Pokémon celebrations etb they told me they didn’t get any and they told me call tmrw around 12 I just called and they sold all of them yesterday that’s totally not cool really disappointed

Bought a switch lite refurb there recently.make sure to inspect the refurbs you buy there closely because the one I bought has two nice cracks in the shell that was made pretty so you don't notice it at first.stuff like that should be discounted more there's also pry marks around screen lens

I went to this place today, the person named Quinn was on his social call for good 8-10minutes and started ignoring me literally on purpose. Then after me saying excuse me twice, his way of dealing was very unprofessional and biased, using the word biased because saw him dealing with the person after me with a different vibe.

Good location. A little too much 'merch' for my tastes, but that's where the money is, and it's nice to pick something up with a purchase. Staff have always been friendly, and the store is very open and clean.

EB Games is a cool place to go for new and used games. Their experts know everything about new and old games/systems plus what the current hot trends are for gaming. Any equipment you may need also alike headsets, mats, etc.

I buy a lot of games online now, but when I purchase a hard copy, I always go here, 10 years and counting. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable, and will always go out of their way to help you find what you need.

Really helpful and polite staff.went there today to trade in some old games and they suggested that I could do an exhange for another game instead and not pay any money (since the game was bought within a week). They were clearly very busy with some store redesign but paid full attention to what I was looking for. Awesome work!

Best staff in the world. Always friendly and helpful, always down for a quick chat too when they're not busy. Regardless of who you're talking to they're always making sure you're saving more money instead of paying them more. They've advised me never to shop for items there at regular prices and instead they always tell me when the day for sales are. Their old manager even gave me a great deal on a platinum membership among others after seeing how often I visited them.

They kind of make shopping for video games almost as fun as playing them.

The staff is really helpful. I'm really not a fan of the return policies, or the way secondhand games are valued and priced though. They have some cool toys and display items too, most of which are reasonably priced but nothing I would consider a deal.

This is a high traffic eb games. It makes a huge difference when it comes to variety. Great staff too!

Being a bit of a "Gamer" I'd have to say how much I love EB Games. A lot of games, and game paraphernalia. I'm pretty big into GOT.

As someone that does the Montreal-Toronto drive quite often, I very much appreciate the location of this EB games. It is right off of the 401 (literally a 4 minute detour) and there is a gas station nearby which is convenient. Aside from that it is a typical EB games (maybe a bit bigger than average) and has friendly staff.

Service has taken a step backwards since the store manager transferred to another location. Not as thrilled to go there anymore. No one seems to want to help anymore.

Incredibly helpful staff. They’re genuinely kind and caring. I drive across the city just to get to this EB. Avoid Billing’s Bridge and head over to Nepean. True gamers helping gamers.

They cant even find a a memory card for a ps vita the staff is incredibly disorganized and not very helpful

Don't waste your time. Use Amazon or just buy digital.they didn't have any of the 3 items I was looking for.
