所有的中国同胞不要再这家店买东西。店的经理是白人雇的印度人态度粗鲁。 One of the sales representative was rude and the store manager seemed very content with it. It has bias on our Orientals. All Asian should stop shopping at this location. You can not give your money to a business who encourage rudeness.

In terms of Brand, I will look no further in terms of comfort.

As for the store, this is another run of the mill Outlet store. You get the same kind of products, nothing special.

Great selection of good shoes at reasonable prices. I've been to other Ecco stores around the world and this is one of the better ones in North America.

Very bad customer service. Zero knowledge about the products and certain discounts. Lazy, dismissive and rude staff. Just going for a quick sale and don't care about company reputation.

I have been in this store more than a few times, yesterday being the latest. Each time we have been ignore while the associate either played with their phone behind the counter or while two associates chat. Not a big deal as Cole Haan across the way has exceptional customer service.

Maybe you should just open a cell phone store if your staff is just not going to help customers and sit behind the cash register and be on their phone and take snaps while at work!

Exceptional service by Jas. He was pleasant, greeted me upon entrance, helped me find what I wanted, got me several sizes and colours to try. He was attentive and made my shopping experience wonderful and efficient.

Staff did not care, so no new shoes for me even though I found the perfect pair. Comfortable shoes with bad memories is something that I cannot bear.
