My husband and I had a great experience working with Eco Choice Windows & Doors to replace our windows and a sliding door. Bobby was very knowledgeable and always took time to answer all of our questions. Everyone we dealt with from sales rep to installers were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to try their best to meet our expectations. We appreciate all of their hard work and would definitely recommend Eco Choice to anyone who is looking for windows. Also, their pricing was competitive. Although the replacement of the windows was a messy job, the installers took time and care to clean up afterwards. Thank you all! We love our new windows and sliding door.

Really happy with my door installation. The new door is much more soundproof than my last and the installers came on time and were transparent throughout the install.

Our search for a full door and window replacements was extensive. Several companies sent their reps to our home, and each presented their product as the best option. Our Mississauga home's front windows have recently been replaced. Due to supply chain issues, it did take a bit longer for the windows to arrive, but the quality and workmanship made the wait worthwhile. A job well done is appreciated!

I got 3 quotes, but Gabriel, with Eco, provided exceptional, thorough customer service and the best quote, and overall, the experience was by far, a class above the competitors. Installers were excellent, organized, efficient and thorough with the installation.

Eco Choice has recently replaced all windows of our house. The windows are very high quality. We are particularly satisfied with the installation. Very professional and trustworthy. Overall, we are very happy with their work and highly recommend them for their window service.

We choose Eco Choice to replace my grandmothers front twindow and front door. They did a beautiful job. Very professional and kind to my grandmother who was alone for the installation. DO not do business with these people. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy and unreliable. From the beginning, a guy named Joe who is very knowledgeable and friendly will sell you a pipe dream and offer little extras and discounts making you feel like he’s doing you a favour and this guy really knows what to say to get your business. Then, the reality sets in and it’s downhill from there. Here’s what you can expect next, the installer will text you 5000 times (yes text) to coordinate a time that’s good for him to come and take measurements, not a good time for you as the customer. They will only come when they are in your area for measurements, to save on gas. I’m serious, don’t laugh. Understand that your installation will happen months after the agreed upon deadline, in my case 3 months late with zero communication. Then…. It finally happens and while the installation itself is done well (to my knowledge) they use so much toxic chemicals in the poorly executed caulking that looks absolutely horrible, you’re going to have to have it fixed by another company because they will not take any responsibility for it much less right the wrong for the wrong glass in the front door they installed because get this, the salesman is unable and untrained to use a company issued laptop (he’s old school he says) so he makes hand written notes on the contracts (3/4 inch boarder sandblast, 3/4 step bevel) none of which gets ordered correctly because it’s not in the typed contract that they insist is the only way they can verify what was actually ordered. Guess what happens next? The salesman Joe, can’t recall making those handwritten notes? Are you kidding me? He is a liar and should be investigated for his fraudulent conduct. To add insult to injury, another company has been calling me to come a repair the sliding glass door that ecochoice installed because they reported it defective without ever disclosing that to me. I have taken my case and my hand written notes to City TV and the Better Business Bureau of Canada. Lastly, when the installation was completed, I was overall happy with the windows and doors but certainly disappointed with the caulking, the incorrect glass in the front door and the strong odour from the caulking itself and noted this on the completion paperwork, the installer was furious that I had made note of that and screamed at me on my front lawn, all of this captured on home surveillance CCTV footage. This was all reported to management and to date all I have received was an email stating “Joe doesn’t remember, please send us your proof of these handwritten notes “ Dear management, Joe doesn’t remember because he doesn’t have $500 to pay out of his own pocket as he so unprofessionally shared with me. My experience with Joe, the installers and management at ecochoice will likely cost you more than $500 in the long run. Buyer Beware Sincerely, very disappointed customer. Not about money, it’s about experience the very thing you want your customers to evaluate when dealing with a business.

Last year we had basement windows replaced as well as a new front door with side lights. We enlisted Eco Choice again for all the second floor windows & one main floor front window (the only one).

From the initial phone call to the windows installation, everything was done within time - visit for the quote, survey visit, and installation.

This company replaced our front door. The door looks good but in the installation process they cracked tiles in our entryway and didn't tell us. When we found the cracked tiles we contacted the company and they've been unresponsive since.

I insisted with the Eco-choice sales rep that we agree on a turnkey deal for all our windows and a Patio door. Instead of taking his time on pricing the project out correctly, he promised his team could complete the project at the discussed price. Unfortunately when the crew came, they run into a lot of problems and it resulted in $800+ overruns. They now threaten to void the warranty and would not provide me the receipts I need. I find them dishonest and unprofessional, just eager to get a sale done. Also I found out that all the installations are actually done by 3rd parties and nothing is done by them directly. I would not recommend Eco-Choice to anybody after this dreadful experience.

Deficiencies. Too Many! I.e. Bulging caulking from using too much spray foam and caulking immediately after. Door pin not striking properly. DOOR KNOBS falling off. What happens if the house catches on fire? THEN WHAT!? Door hinges BENT! Trying to perform a quick fix which is a deficiency itself ; rather then fixing PROPERLY! Be ACCOUNTABLE or dont be in business at all!

I suggest you contact Fiona Reis and settle things properly! At least you can do things properly. This is the third time we have used Eco Choice. I wish all companies operated as professional and efficiently as this one. From the initial visit by Gabriel, to the measurement of all the windows to installation, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND PRICE. Wait, there is much more. The quality of their product is awesome, installation is perfect, clean up impeccable and the after care service is always knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. The installers were the best too! Do not use this company as when something goes wrong, there is no response. I had a window installed, and had water leaking during each rainfall since some months after installation. Roofers and numerous other companies came in to check the source of the leak, however never found it. I finally heard of a highly reputable company that specializes in this field. They came in and quickly attributed the leak to a bad installation of the window. I called Eco Choice, explained the situation and have not heard from them since, despite numerous calls and leaving messages. I understand if installers make a mistake, that is not my problem, but a company needs to be there to fix errors as best they can when this happens. If you are looking for that kind of company and service, Eco Choice is not your company. Go elsewhere!

The 2 men came earlier than scheduled. They where polite and worked until they were finished. It was so hot. 42 degrees and no complaints from these men. Everything was cleaned up.

I was thrilled with the work Eco Choice did. The consultation and advice was extremely useful in helping me decide on the style of doors and windows I wanted. (It's a house built in the 1920s, with doors and windows from the 1980s).

The experience of dealing with this company has been very frustrating, start to finish. I wouldn't recommend. We had them replace ALL of our windows and doors, and spent close to $30,000 with them. Considering this investment, we had hoped for a better experience
Our order was placed in November. Estimated install was February. The final install didn't take place until OCTOBER. We had boarded-up windows for several months.
They had four separate measurements completed by their staff, and still made errors on several windows. This resulted in new orders being placed and more delays.
They installed the first round of windows but didn't bring screens for another 6+ weeks (resulting in screenless windows in the middle of summer).
Response time to call us back on questions we had was very delayed - sometimes we waited over a week for a callback.
There were several instances where my husband called with his phone and nobody picked up, however when I called immediately after with a different phone #, they answered right away (no proof of wrongdoing necessarily, just an odd coincidence).

Positives:
Product is amazing (however they don't actually make the product, they just distribute and install it).
They gave us a $500 discount on one window where they measured incorrectly, and we had to remove brick and reframe the window (when you're spending $30,000, $500 is a pretty small discount).
They replaced a panel of glass in a door that was broken and only charged us for labor.

They were in and out within 3 hours. 4 windows to install. They were quick, professional, and followed all protocols in today's covid environment. They barely made any dust or mess. Would highly recommend

My appointment was cancelled because the sales rep had car trouble (understandable). They rescheduled me for the next day at 11am. The sales rep never showed up, so I called Eco Choice Windows and doors at 11: 15 am. I was told the sales rep was running a 1/2 hr behind schedule. Unfortunately, I could not accommodate the sales rep as I work from home and I had already booked off time to meet with him. My experience with this company has been unsatisfactory. Poor time management and no communication from the sales rep. I'll be looking elsewhere for my windows.

Update: received a call from the sales manager at 2: 40 p.m. To apologize for the punctuality issue and time management of their sales rep. I appreciated the follow up call and apology. I updated my star rating. Unfortunately, I am going with another window provider.

The crew showed up on time and ready to work. We were very impressed with how organized they were as everyone knew their role and got straight to work. We would have liked a little bit more communication from the workers as to what would be done as well as a quick overview of the work completed and how to operate our new windows, no instructions were given. As well, we were disappointed that our flowers were trampled on from not being careful when installation was happening, they are now wilted and dying a couple days post install. Overall, we are happy with the quality of the windows.

Just called to inquire about a quote. Call rep was quick to ask how many windows I'd like to have replaced. I advised eventually I want all windows and doors replaced but have 1 urgent one at the moment. The rep again quickly advised they won't come out to quote if it's just one. It was a very cold interaction, robotic tone of voice and unwillingness to have a dialogue about my needs. We're clearly not window experts and hoping to get someone with expertise to advise if additional widows need replacing. Very different experience than another company I just spoke to. Too bad if they don't want my business, I'm not eager to have them quote since there are so many competitors out there.

Been waiting 4 weeks just for the quote that we have asked for several times. Not asking anymore will go with another company, can’t imagine how long it would be to get a date for installation. I get Covid has put delay on many things now but it’s just a quote. Not good representation to 1st time potential client.

I called twice and gave ample time while waiting for a follow up call to get technical information on the construction material for there windows and doors. No one gave me a call back yet.

I have had amazing experience with this company, heard about them from a friend who had her door and windows changed by them. From contacting my Representative Alan to having measurements taken by Andrii and then Adriana in office for setting up appointment to finally a team of 3 very hard working and dedicated professionals installing my windows, i have had nothing but complete satisfaction. Workers were very professional and they kept to themselves from making sure to cover my floors and then cleaning up after themselves from inside and outside my house, it was amazing. I am very happy with how my new windows look and work and i will for sure be looking to have the same company change my entry door in future as well.
