Hands down the best customer service in the GTA. We urgently needed packing material and reached out the the team at EcomPack to ask how quickly they can deliver. They were able to get our order to our door in less than 2 hours from the time we placed our order online! You Cannot ask for better service than that. 5 out of 5!

So GOOD customer service is NOT dead. I ordered some packing supplies for pick up and needed a little help so I phoned this company. (I was also delighted to find compostable packing peanuts and the price was very reasonable.) A real person answered right away and helped me with my inquiry on the spot. My order number 4680 was ready for pick up in under 48 hours. I parked my car at the loading dock and a kind man loaded the items for me. I was amazed at the ease of this transaction and how kind and willing to help the employees were. I will DEFINITELY buy from them again. Ordered envelopes on Sunday evening, received them on Monday before 1pm. Awesome service! Very reasonable delivery fees compared to other suppliers like Uline and Whitebird.

Pick up instructions were very detailed, their customer line was very accessible and their product pricing is on point.

This company has the best customer service. We ordered different sizes of bubble wrap for our move and Lance delivered it right to our door. A mix up of communication had my husband at the warehouse with no one answering the door. Lance could not apologize enough and immediately showed up with the products in question as well as an additional roll for the inconvenience. We will definitely work with Ecompack again!

I needed some boxes for my storage unit. Ordered online and the transaction was so simple and easy. Lance was very polite and professional. I was able to come by and pick up the boxes early in the morning and he had everything all ready. Best place in GTA.

I've been preparing my condo last minute for a move so my schedule's been a little hectic, but all my supplies were delivered to me in a few hours. They also upgraded the bubble wrap I purchased to a higher quality one and even threw in a heavy-duty tape dispenser (that's made packing SO much easier) completely free of charge. The team brought all the items right up to my condo and I'm now done packing way earlier than I planned.

This company is amazing. I have never seen such great service before until now. I am new to my business and when I I went online I was confused about what to order so I called them and the owner/ manager picked up even though it was a Saturday. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me guidance to what to choose. I had to call him back a few times until I completely figured things out and every time he was so helpful and patient. I couldn’t believe I received my package in 2 days on Monday. And last but not least he had added some extra boxes in different sizes for free in my package. They have found themselves a permanent customer for sure. I recommend them %100.
