I’ve been going to Ed Learn for oil changes and service for 10 years. Never any problems or nonsense. They get it done when they say they will, and for the price they quote.

Needed a replacement key for my EcoSport. Took 45 minutes to program but almost $500 to buy. Necessities are damn expensive! The staff at the St. Catharine’s Ford Service & Parts Depts are great though!

We had Josh and Britt helping us to navigate the gazillion truck options Ford offers! They were amazing! Josh patiently and respectfully answered every possible question we had while we were there, and even when we weren't there and had questions (he totally knows these trucks frontwards-backwards; and I always have a ton of questions)!
He really listened to what we wanted/needed and gave insightful and super helpful suggestions and options to consider. He's super thorough, sincere, and so nice/genuine even throughout negotiations! Britt was also stellar with helping us work out the financial options and will go the extra mile to make sure you are getting the best option for your situation! We were so impressed with the team's approachability and genuine helpfulness! This is our first time buying a Ford, and based on this experience, we would definitely go back here first for our next Ford!

Nothing but positive things to share about my recent experience at Ed Learn Ford Lincoln. I was visiting from out of town when my air conditioning stopped working. They got my car in quickly for a diagnosis, and were clear in describing the issue and options. The service team was able to fix the issue during the short time I was in the area. Communication and service were great!

I would not recommend leasing a vehicle with this dealership. We leased an Aviator that has now been in for repairs for 4+ months and is less than a year old (recall and under warranty). We were given a rental vehicle of lesser caliber/value and very inadequate communication on timing of repair and have not been offered any compensation. Up until now we were very loyal customers, but would not do business with them after this lease is up (assuming we receive our vehicle before that time comes). It’s important to note that I have never actually left a negative review up until now as I like to give businesses some grace on having a bad day, new employees, etc; however we have been very understanding and met with little empathy or assistance. I am disappointed with Ed Learn Dealership and Lincoln Canada on all aspects of their customer experience and operations.

Incredibly happy with the service we received at Ed Learn Ford purchasing our newest vehicle. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and the customer service has gotten better each time. Took my truck in for it's regular oil change yesterday afternoon. They discovered the rear brakes we gone while I was there. They worked on that and I had my truck back by the end of the day. Jake made sure I was taken care of and I received great service. Jake is the reason I continue to go back, he goes above and beyond what's needed.

Unfortunately I feel like Ford wasted my time they had my car for 5hrs and told me there was nothing wrong my gut is telling me they didn’t even look at it especially since it hadn’t even been on a hoist until I arrived and asked if it had.

Excellent sales staff! Amazing financial department! Huge selection of inventory, down side is a lot of the product is elsewhere. Little disappointed that pictures showed product that should have been included, but very very satisfied with my purchase. Would have been 5 star rating.but like I said pictures showed a little more.pretty good place to purchase. Haven’t used the service department yet.

The new owner made sure that we were well taken care of on our last visit. We had broken the clips to our Tonneau cover, and he went back to the shop and emerged with a mechanic who had the replacement parts in hand, ready to do the repairs. We were very thankful for the kind service and attention to detail.

I am on my 3rd car from here, and my father has been buying trucks every few years for eons. We do not have any negative things to say. They are honest and reliable. Any issues that may have come up with former staff have been dealt with instantly and with respect from managers and owners. Highly recommend.

Had recent issues with the battery draining.
Battery was not able charge fully from the Alternator.
Also while it was in, I asked for an injection cleaner. Mechanic felt it was time to remove carbon from the back of the valves as well.
Being it’s 2016 it’s a good call. Once again I was very impressed with the entire interaction.
I highly recommend this location, keep in mind, it’s not the building in these cases, it’s the people inside that makes the difference, and they have good people!

From the day I arrived at the dealership, 9 years ago, until present, I have always experienced excellent customer service. Any time there are issues or concerns with my vehicle and I contact Ed Learn Ford, I am quickly met with a resolution and a friendly face in Jake Bijakowski. He consistently ensures I am able to get my vehicle serviced in a timely manner and that I have a way to get where I need to go, while my vehicle is being repaired. He is honest, friendly, kind and always going above and beyond, keeping in communication with what is needed via repair and cost. So much so, that my family members now bring their vehicles, from out of town, to be specifically serviced at this dealership, so they too can get the top of the line service that Jake Bijakowski provides.

From time of drop off, to pick up, he is in constant communication and kindly answers any questions or concerns I have with patience and care. I have never met someone so willing to go above and beyond for their customers and have seen others leaving happily, getting the same top of the line service and care. It does not matter who you are, or where you come from, Jake Bijakowski gives you the same top quality service and kindness, and it shows. It truly makes a difference.

I am getting near needing to purchase a new vehicle and could consider buying anywhere, but due to the service I am given by Jake Bijakowski, it has made me begin looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle with Ford. Joanne was ready with my loaner vehicle and I was able to transfer all my hands free accessories etc and get on with my day on the road. Upon return, my vehicle was serviced and waiting for me. I would recommend that Ed Learn offer an SUV versus a car as a loaner. Some of us find cars too low to get into so at my next service I hope they can do this for me. Everything else was as expected being a Lincoln owner and I wouldn't expect anything else. Thanks, Amit.
