Eddie Bauer

Eddie Bauer is a great store. The sales person was very helpful and I bought a great coat at 50%. Loads of deals on great quality merch!

One of the lady staff at the cashier counter is not nice, she asked me not to remove the tag if I want to get a refund in an impolite manner.

Fantastic location, wide variety of styles and sizes of outdoor gear (except for Tall, you have to go onto the website for ordering those). I had a very positive experience with the sales personnel and manager, was able to do a returns on both online and in store orders.

The workers in the store are so incredibly helpful and welcoming. They have an amazing selection of jackets and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for with the help of Kathy, one of their incredible team members. I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of their jackets that I picked up one for my mom too, And she loved it! Definitely a customer for life now:) If you’re looking for a good quality jacket this is the place to go! Also, for people looking for a variety of size selection such as plus or petite, they have a great range for reasonable prices. Happy shopping!

In regards to the product/store it’s what you’d expect of an Eddie Bauer. However, much like many other reviews the staff were rude in my experience. Won’t be back

Always helpful and super friendly. It’s my absolute favorite store to shop in! Great sales and excellent quality.

On Saturday evening, on 28th October, I visited the Don mills store, North york Toronto.
Talk and discuss with 3 members in the store, the behaviour of store members are not decent. May be because I am returning not purchasing. (I understand this is obvious, as a sales guy). I asked to seat to call to call centre team and take pictures as part of this email. They don’t allowed, wow! I need to seat out side on street. Poor behaviour as human beings.

Also, asking me to step out at 6.50PM to step out. Actual store closing timing at 7: 00. So should not force. Overall not a good experience.

This Eddie Bauer always has a good selection of shirts and they occasionally have good sales as well. And the staff are really helpful.

I placed with Eddie Bauer 3 (Three) different in-store orders for items which were not in stock in that store (ORDER ##: 64463031,64558364, and 64617236). They promised to deliver them to the home address. NONE OF THEM WAS DELIVERED! Dear Eddie Bauer representative in Toronto. Could you please arrange in-store pick-up for those orders?

Amazing staff at this location. Everyone here is extremely knowledgeable about EB products and website ordering system as well. Stefan was awesome to deal with and really went the extra mile in helping me track down an item that was not in stock at this location. Thanks!

Love Eddie Bauer but this location has a bad store manager. Bought the same item at another store, this location did not provide a box and gave an older model case despite me bringing up the issue, the cloth was even open. The store manager (Eva) seems to ignore customers, she did not make any eye contact, very poor customer service in general & was looking at her phone behind the counter while I was waiting at the check out. She seems to have the other workers pick up for her slack. I shop at Eddie Bauer all the time, and never have I ever experienced this kind of treatment and disrespect. I ended up just returning the product because I was so disappointed with the service I received.

Don't think I'll be coming back to this location.

Today I called to ask about women's vests. I spoke to a guy at length about what was in store. Halfway through he conversation I had to start over when he realized we were talking about vests - not jackets. When I got to the store an an associated told me there is little available, but quickly found lots. I found the guy I had spoken to and he took me to mens vests - so he had been speaking about mens vests over the phone. The help was half ok and half bad.in the end we found products ourselves and made our way to the cash and checked out.got home and realized the had not taken off the security tag.they have offered - after asking what compensation would be given for the 2 hours it will cost - and will get a $50 credit.apparently.this was to be a gift my mom would take home with her on a flight tomorrow. So I will return and have already ordered her one to arrive at her home.

Very friendly employees. Had a great experience there. I love the jackets I got from there. They're very warm and the price is just right.

My wife had a winter jacket that developed a defect. We were able to find one that was an exact replacement. The salesperson was able to go find one in the back storage for us.

Outstanding customer service by the staff here. Definitely coming back. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

Very nice clothing sold here a bit on the high end but if you just got approved for a credit card it's the place too be.

Love their cozy store, 1 year returns and high quality products at a great price. Specially on sale.

I hope I had known about Eddie Bauer when I first arrived to Canada. Ended up buying a lower quality winter coat.

Buy your first winter coat here. It will last forever and is well worth the money.

As a guy I pride myself in restraining from shopping unnecessary stuff, but in Eddie Bauer that doesn’t happen everything is so damn good and utilitarian that I can’t help myself.

Must haves in my opinion:
- Neck cover or fleece baclava
- Radiator 1/4 zip sweater as a winter mid layer. This baby will make any puffer or light jacket go down to -10 C or colder
- One if their light puffers Thermo something
- Flannel lined jeans.
- stow away 10 and 20L bag packs.
