I dealt with Uzair at the Newmarket store and his level of service was excellent. I’ll be back again.

The staff at this location are great. Very friendly. Had poor experience at another location but this is my go-to store

I placed an order online for boots and a jacket. The website in smartphone view is easy to miss entering discount codes. I can take the blame for that. Fine. Full price for something that should be half price. I requested pick up at Upper Canada Mall for the jacket. Mind you Ive already been charged for the jacket the day I ordered online. I picked up the jacket and all good. I review my bank statement and I was charged again at pick up.

I'll be returning the jacket. And the boots at this point. First and last time making a purchase there. If you cant handle simple retail sales, you shouldnt be in business. Their customer service phone number is useless. I waited two hours on the phone and no response. No call back. Im furious.

Whatever you do, save yourself the headache. If I hadnt logged into online banking, I couldve easily overlooked it.

Terrible customer service.loves to rant and has poor customer relationship skills.will do anything to tell you why it won't work when you know the subject inside out.took over 15 minutes to do an exchange.if you like getting your time spent on non productive things - this place will help you with that

Today puts an end to a 20+yrs relationship with Eddie Bauer. As quality of the product deteriated and the attitude of the staff got plain out nasty, I see no point overpaying for subpar quality that the brand is not willing to stand behind. Special thanks to Macy that made a Sunday family trip to the mall an awful experience.

The lady who was there today at 7pm (May be a manager) was very rude to my partner and I. I was asking another younger lady about my rewards and mentioned speaking to customer service, when she then jumped into the convo saying that I was wrong and so was customer service. That they should have never said anything to me and that I should never be getting anything back from my rewards.
Just overall very rude and with an attitude like she had something to prove.

Returned some online purchased sandals. A bit of confusion as to what I was told over the phone that was needed to return them. However Mercy finally heard my frustration and provided good service. Thank you.

My husband and I have been Eddie Bauer customers for many years and we just love shopping at the Newmarket location. All the staff are so nice and helpful especially Kashif, he really goes above and beyond to make sure that we find everything we need.

Great customer service! My son somehow broke the zipper on his 2 year old parka. The store replaced the parka free of charge.
