Rajaa is an exceptionally talented hairstylist who did an outstanding job with my hair. She has a remarkable ability to work quickly without compromising on the quality of her work. I was thoroughly impressed by her skills and professionalism. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fabulous hair needs.

After having my hair done at Edessa for approx. 9 years I recently found out they have someone who does facial treatments. For Christmas hubby bought me a gift card so I could have a facial as I haven’t had one in years and let me tell you it was one of the best facials I have had. Mimo is very knowledgeable, and has tons of experience and very friendly. Mimo thank you and you have yourself a new client.

I had an appointment for eyebrows and haircut with Rajaa…. She is the best always attentive and listens what the client wants, delivers just the best every time …. Much recommended 100%

I didn’t had nice experience here and I am very disappointed with their service. I said to trim little bit but the person who had done my hair cut have trimmed more and made my hair very short. Person didn’t pay much attention to what I said and he was in rush doing the haircut. I hope they will pay attention to what customers are saying and give them nice experience.

Best barber shop ever. The place is clean and well maintained. They ensure that you leave clean and not have cut hairs all over you. Complentary hair wash after your cut!

I recently had my hair cut and colored at the best hair salon in town, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the stylists were friendly and welcoming, and they listened carefully to exactly what I wanted. The cut itself was precise and exactly what I asked for, and the color turned out even better than I could have hoped for. I left the salon feeling like a brand new person, and have already received so many compliments on my new look. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in need of a haircut or color – they truly are the best in town!

RANA cut my hair (her famous cut) short layers and blow dry with curls and my hair looks amazing, I highly recommend RANA she’s amazing at what she does very professional and love her job

Too much waiting even with an appointment and the half legs + full arms waxing was very expensive at 100 dollars which is not at all worth the services provided. I waited for 45 mins even when I reached by my appointment time. I was provided with vaseline lip balm to apply after waxing to apply on the waxed part. I will give 2 stars just because they can do better if they have good management with appointments and overall. They need to let the lady breathe. She definitely needs to be off-loaded with some work. In the end, I felt sorry for her so I didn't say anything about the high prices even when I had to adjust so much with wait time etc.

I was returned from my appointment today because the staff decided she doesn’t want to attend to me. Why did they book me if they didn’t wanted to attend? Very very poor customer service. It is my birthday today and I made an appointment for eyebrows and upper lips.my day is spoilt.

Got an appointment the day prior, and absolutely loved my cut by Evon! Definitely one of the best cuts i've received, and reasonable too. They're very accommodating if you wear a hijab as well!

I wanted to try and go to a new hair salon, different from the one I used to go to, and I’m so so sooo glad I made the decision to try Edessa! I checked the reviews before I went and heard a lot of positive things about Rajaa and so I chose her to be my stylist and I’m so glad I did because she went above and beyond. I showed her about 2-3 pictures on my phone to let her know the haircut I wanted and she did exactly that. She’s such a talented stylist and would 1000% recommend coming here for a haircut! I’d definitely coming back here!?

OMG! Rajja gave me a haircut and a protein treatment and I feel a huge difference in my hair. Now it’s just so effing shiny, manageable and smooth. Loved the haircut too!

I am rating this place a 3/5 stars.
My stylist was Rajja and she was very good. I reccomend her, but the other helpers I wouldent reccomend as they seem inexperienced and lacking in customer service.

Rajaa is very busy as many of Edessa's clients are geared towards her. So, I'd suggest booking with her at least a week in advance however, even that may not help as so many clients do a walk in to see her. She becomes overbooked quickly; I'd suggest Edessa to have a more friendly customer service where the staff are trained with things like eyebrows and facial threading as it would allow hairstylists to solemnly focus on their clients.

Quality work for my toddler. Not rushed though there were some people waiting. 2 things I can suggest to their management / keepers 1. The floor can be swept free of hairs more frequently than now 2. The waiting time of 20 mins; though we had taken appointment at their suggested time, could have been avoided.

Awsam place with a great atmosphere people are sweet and friendly, the most important thing is that they are following the safety protocol.my hairdresser Rana is a professional with lots of experience and knowledge she's the best I cut my hair did the roots and 2 highlight color looked amazing got lots of compliments. I do recommend that place and especially the hair dresser Rana. Ask for her she's the best!

I’m going to be honest here, the experience at the salon itself was great. Mimo was kind and very approachable, continously asked questions about what I wanted and confirming all through my haircut. She offered to curl my hair free of charge since it was my first time there.

The bad part comes a few days later. Having natural curly/wavy hair, I usually straighten my hair as it’s easier to manage. Once straightened, I noticed that all the layers on the right side were about 0.5 to 1” shorter than all the layers on the left side. It wasn’t noticeable when my hair was curly, but I was left with uneven, very choppy hair and it looked like I had two separate haircuts in the back and the front. I was left very upset when realizing how messed up my hair was.

I ran to another salon the next day and someone was able to salvage it. Sucks that I had to pay for two separate haircuts within a few days but honestly, I really didn’t want to go back here in fear of ruining my hair again.

Rajaa wonderful lady, I got my highlights done, amazing work, my whole family visits this salon. Never been disappointed. My mom and sister got there eyebrows done from Rajaa. She's a very friendly and a hardworking woman.

Very disapointed. I asked a short straight haircut. The lady rushed and did it in less than 10 min. (I paid 39$ for 30min work). She dident check for corrections and fixes. She dident brush my hair to check for any issue on her work or to show me the result. I did at home and my hair was not ok at all. The haircut was not proffessional and it looked like home haircut, not straight and very bad.

I called and they do offer to fix the issue. Checking the comments here, I cant trust this salon my hair.

I have to find another salon to fix my hair. Lost money, more than that a bad experience that I dont wish to anyone.

Ps. The staff was speaking to eachother in foreing language, that made me feel unconfortable.

Booking (+ rescheduling) a haircut was easy with the Booksy app, but appointment started 15min late. Staff were mostly polite and engaged, but serviced felt rushed and became less pleasant when I asked my stylist about a detail of my cut in relation to my reference photos + description. All in all, would only recommend if tight on time and budget.

Rajaa did a beautiful job on my cut and highlights. Extremely helpful and accommodating for a short notice appointment.

I have been waiting for an year to get a professional haircut, no thanks to the pandemic. I did not want to mess this up. Went to Edessa Salon for the first time. It was super busy as could be expected. We had to wait for sometime but it was totally worth it. Me and Mom both loved our haircut.

Raza gave me exactly what I asked for! She was very professional and my hair looks great! Felt it was a little pricey for blow dry but the service was goos so will definitely be back!

I have been to this salon quite a few times prior to COVID and had a great experience however I went at the beginning of July for balayage and a cut and I wish I went elsewhere. I had a few large sections of my hair break off from the bleach which was left on too long, (I'm guessing because they were so busy). I have very strong hair, and for it to break off was an absolute shock! When the stylist began combing my hair after the last wash, it was breaking off in clumps and I was extremely upset to see my hair snapping off like overstretched elastics. The balayage bleach was also applied in straight lines and left an un-natural "grown-out" look to the bleached sections of my hair, particularly because my base hair color is very dark brown. The staff at the salon are friendly and the salon has a down-to earth, unpretentious feel, however the basic salon offerings do not warrant the high prices they are charging. My total was a $300 bill and I'm now left trying to figure out what to do with all the broken patches of hair! I won't be returning to Edesa.

Very bad experience, I had an appointment scheduled for hair cut but they delayed it around 50min-1hr and there is no parking slots available for free there on top of waiting, I has to pay for my parking covering their delayed time.which is waste of my time and money as well.

Please follow the appointment time is the time we expect services not after 1 hour and you are saying I miss my appointment.

Great place for a haircut in downtown Mississauga. These guys are great and they are very flexible when it comes to providing a wide variety of haircut styles.

Originally I had an appointment set with Rajaa but seeing as she was still with a client the time of my appointment I was quickly set up with Maya. She did an incredible job with cutting and styling my hair. She made me feel comfortable with asking before she cut and giving me styling tips. Will definitely return for my next hair cut and recommending the salon to friends!

Have been getting my haircuts from Sam @ Edessa for a few months now. I've been very happy with the service, the cuts, and the experience at the salon.

Easy to book through Booksy, and very friendly as well. Sam will listen and accommodate your request. IMO, it's the client's responsibility to be very clear of expectations, using pictures if necessary.

I feel the cuts are also of good value considering the price and the quality.

I love this place! The salon is always neat and clean, with good music. I really like to have good music while I’m pampering myself! I regularly get my haircut done at this place and most of the time I get my services done from Rajaa - She is indeed a professional stylist! She always makes sure she understands what I want, and double checks her work with patience.
