I have purchased an arrangement from this store. I placed order with a staff member on phone. She was so nice and helpful. The receiver was happy with arrangement bcz it was fresh. 5 stars ️

Ordered cheesecakes as part of bundle for Father's Day. Looks like a child made them. Not very professional. Price does not match quality!

Came there to get my Fruits thru too good to go app. Was given cupcakes instead. If I wanted to get baked stuff I'd specifically chosen a bakery that are tons of. I chose particularly fruit cuts cause that's what I eat and that's what I want. Be clear and make sure you give customers what's advertised. That's misleading and waste of time and money. Btw it's not possible to cancel the order on too good to go once you're at a place and you have no choice but to pick up whatever is given to you which is unfair in this case.

Ordered a Valentine’s Day arrangement about a week in advance and left a clear note stating for the arrangement to be delivered between 1-4pm. Started getting spammed with calls around 11am on the delivery date and was told no one was answering the door for the delivery. I was confused so I asked why it was being delivered so early and the employee rudely barked at me that the note said to be delivered before 1-4pm… I corrected her that it stated it was to be delivered BETWEEN 1-4pm and her tone drastically changed. Spent the day trying to get in contact with someone there and finally an employee told me they didn’t know what to do and were waiting for the owner. I was told the owner would call me back and of course, I never received a call. The arrangement was not in good condition 4 hours later when the recipient finally arrived home…

Ordered from this location and it is amazing, I got the most delicious fruits and the service is amazing. The owner is such an accommodating guy and is very easy to talk to. Will definitely order again.

My order never made it to the recipient - no phone call or email to follow up on the delivery - no refund issued.horrible experience will NOT order again

I recieved one package few days ago for my birthday and i must say It added more happiness to my special day. The fruits were beautifully dipped in chocolate and the presentation was soo cute. Thankyou for the amazing service.

This is officially my place to get chocolate covered strawberries! I have ordered from her three times in a three week span. And each time she does not disappoint The strawberries are sooo juicy and the overall presentation of the strawberries is absolutely gorgeous! Such amazing customer service as well and is able to customize the fruits you way you want. Thanks Harleen for helping me to choose new items every-time ️️

Wrote a private message to try and contact this store about my service/ order however its been 3 weeks and nothing. I've had issues with edible arrangements before (other stores) - however they were courteous enough to reach out again and tried to resolve it. Anyways, ordered an edible arrangement with a balloon for my friends birthday - it was left out at bottom step and the balloon was deflated (there was a puncture). No attempt to ring the doorbell (people were home!). I provided my number, and the phone number for my friend, no reach out to let us know the arrangement was outside! By the time we got to it, the chocolate started to melt. The other arrangements I've ordered from other stores atleast made attempts to deliver directly to a person rather than just leave it outside to go bad.when paying nearly $60 for chocolate covered fruit - we as the customer expect it to be delivered at a proper edible state with proper service too.

Wanted to send out an order for my friend who lives in Toronto so I chose this location. The staff were so friendly and my friend loved the quality of the fruit. Will definitely choose this location again.

I’ve been ordering from this location for many years. A Father’s Day Arrangement went moldy the next day. The arrangement was placed in the refrigerator immediately when it was received so there was no time when it was left out. I called the location and they were not understanding. Unfortunately we didn’t have pictures to share. So much for long standing loyalty. We’ll be using a different location from now on. Very unfortunate and disappointing.

Terrible service. Ordered box of fruits for friend's birthday. Should be delivered the 13th, but the guy brought it the 14th at night, left in on the ground near the gates and the box stand there all night. How should the people eat it after? Strawberries are not fresh already. Never again!

Delightful Chocolate canvassed strawberries in a wonderful show. Would suggest for a one of a kind gift or solid expansion for any party. They look extraordinary and taste better!

Extremely, extremely disappointed. We ordered a card along with our gift. They called us and said their printer is not working so they cannot print the card. They said they do not have the message we wrote either. They told us to email them a new message which they would write by hand, and to compensate for the missing card they would add an extra item (a cake). We emailed them, received no confirmation of receipt, and our gift was still delivered. Our gift arrived, and we realized from the recipients that our very important message was not included, nor was a card, nor was a cake. We are extremely disappointed and feel cheated.

One of my fav spots - I just cannot get over the high quality of the service as well as treats I get at this place EVERY time. The consistency is always there - having had a very tough time with the pandemic and personal experiences, whenever I eat their chocolate covered strawberries it tends to put a HUGE SMILE on my face. Would highly recommend.

I ordered in the last minute an arrangement for my boss. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They got my order out so quickly! I ordered delivery for friend who just had baby.
Delivery driver called me (not following instructions) to tell my friend to come down stairs to get what was supposed to be a surprise. He was not leaving the van “ has other items inside” are u serious?
When l told him l do delivery for living and he need to call her and buzz her intercom he hung up on me. You have one job, and one job only, delivery the item to customer. Unbelievable!

I have ordered from this location and a few others several times. The staff is professional and order is always completed on time. I have never been disappointed. The fruits are delicious and look beautiful. The cookies and dipped strawberries melt in your mouth. I can say that this is my go to place when I need a special gift or just want to treat my family.

This isn't my normal Edible Arrangements but I was visiting a friend in Yorkdale and figured it made more sense to pickup closer to her house than where I live in Mississauga. I unfortunately had to place a last minute pickup for chocolate covered strawberries but the employees there were super helpful and fast. I figured the strawberries wouldn't be the best because it's the off season, but they were bright red and super sweet and delicious. The semi-sweet chocolate definitely compliments the sweetness of the berries, and I'm going to order from here whenever I'm in the area again! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

This edible arrangements location is by far the best one I have been to so far. Their customer service is amazing as well as the fruit arrangements. The fruit was super fresh and the chocolate dipped fruit was to die for. If you haven't ordered from this store you definitely should.

EXTREMELY disappointed with the Dufferin St. NORTH YORK store. Ordered a birthday arrangement and it wasn't delivered until 10: 30 pm in the evening with no card. The birthday was for someone over 85 years old! A knock came at the door in the late evening with the arrangement. No call was made to inform the delivery was coming late. I called the store TWICE and got no response from the owner. All I wanted was an explanation and to make the owner aware this is unacceptable service. I have ordered from edible arrangements many times in the past and have wonderful service from the East end stores. They lost my business. So unprofessional.

Edible Arrangements Orfus Rd. Location is amazing! My arrangements are always fresh and look beautiful. The staff is very professional and go above and beyond exceeding my exceptions in customer service. I have ordered many arrangements during the pandemic and I must say, they follow protocols ensuring that as a customer, I feel safe. If you are looking for a unique and personal gift, this is definitely the place to go. You won't be disappointed.

Places an order, had them call 5 minutes later to say no flowers avail, their truck was about to leave and I need to hurry to make a decision or it won't be delivered. I asked for a cancellation and refund. Woman on the phone was RUDE snippy 'well fine. I'll put it through. ' I said thank you she hung up.
I have not recieved an email confirming this order has been cancelled, and $111 is missing from my account.
I called today, different lady on the phone "edible arrangements" I explain about my order. She asked for my number and stated there is no order on my account. I asked when to expect a refund or an email she states "that's not us. That's your bank. Figure it out". Terrible customer service. Really wrecked Edible Arrangements for me.

This particular location gets a 1 star because of their customer service. I ordered an expensive birthday arrangement and I received an email saying delivered. When I called the location to notify them my friend didn’t actually receive it and I asked if she can follow up for me she said, if you got the email it means delivered. I explained again that my friend didn’t actually get the delivery and if she can please call her driver, she told me she’s too busy and that she can’t call her driver because he’s busy driving. I asked her if she can call me whenever her driver comes back to ask him what happened, she again said she can’t do that because she’s busy. I asked her what she can do for me because I spent a lot of money, she said, you got the email, it’s delivered so it’s delivered.

I still don’t know what happened.

So be careful with this particular location, try to order from other locations, if something goes wrong the woman who picks up is too busy to help you out unfortunately.

I this place its my go to for a fresh last minute fun gift to a party. The prices are fair & the quality of fruit chocolate & nuts etc are Out of this World Fresh!

Their service is horrible! They have NEVER delivered my oder of a birthday gift to my friend! Moreover, they LIED in a message that delivery was successful. Their manager, which I have contacted three times, lied that he would investigate and call me back shortly (20 min, he said). I have not got any calls, return or compensation for 2 weeks!
Never ever I will oder anything from them! And I do NOT recommend them to anyone!

Disappointed with their service! Ordered a bouquet for my BF as congrats for her new born baby and the only reason I’m giving two stars is because she like the arrangement but of course she didn’t know it was missing a teddy bear and a card with a personalized message. Later I called the store, explained the situation to the lady over the phone but without me even asking for a refund, she offered right away. Now, I just wanted to give a nice present to my friend so asked the lady to send the missing item and the card, but she told me I would be changed for the delivery. Seriously? It wasn’t even my fault and I supposed to pay for their mistake? Worst customer service ever.

My order, which was placed a month in advance, was not delivered until 7pm. I was so disappointed, because by that time the recipient had already finished dinner and dessert, and what was he going to do with a bunch of chocolate-covered fruit? For the price you pay you'd think they could deliver in a timely manner.

Very helpful in choicing the right products and verses for special events and celebration activities.

I ordered an arrangement for a friend in Toronto, with fingers crossed that the quality and freshness would be high in early January. They did not disappoint! My friends were delighted and I will be a returning customer.

Manager is incredibly rude!
Called in for a pickup order the day before & a staff member asked that I walk in for the pickup. I drove 20 mins from my home only to get there & be turned away. Staff member called manager & put me on the phone with him. He was incredibly rude & hung up on me while stating I should call customer service - which I later did & STILL have not gotten a reply from the store.

The delivery was on time and the person rung the bell and was polite. The strawberries were big, sweet and tasted delicious. There was a generous amount of chocolate on the strawberries. Instructions on how to store the chocolate covered strawberries would be helpful in the future.

I really enjoy that I can place my order online, anytime of the day. The delivery service is wonderful and the gift actually looks like the picture! What else could I ask for. Thank you.
