The slowest most incompetent location - order from literally anywhere else if you can. Doesn’t matter how far in advance you order - you’ll be lucky if they even deliver it on the day you requested.

Store opens at 9 we showed up for 9 and we’re in a rush to pick up our order that we placed for 9: 30am pickup. We called and waited and then watched the employee sit in her car for 5 minutes and show up to work 20 minutes late. Then calls to ask if we can pick up our order 20 minutes later. Not impressed with the customer service at this location.

I ordered flowers and dipped strawberries on Friday to have delivered on Mother's day, the flowers were not worth the money I paid, it was a very small bouquet and they delivered at 8pm, Will not be buying from here ever again.

My arrangement arrived on mother's day in a regular car, so the fruits were warm. Thinking nothing of it I enjoyed some of them and put them in the fridge. When I went back later they were totally rotten. They were nice enough to send a replacement but it arrived the exact same way. You can't advertise that your arrangements come in a refrigerated vehicle and then send them in a car especially when the arrangement had a long distance to go. Pretty disappointed my mom can'tget a refund.

I ordered a basket from this location yesterday and loved it. The fruit was fresh, the basket was full, and the customer service was incredible. I was a bit hesitant after reading some of the old reviews but from my understanding they have recently switched management and WOW they did not disappoint. The new manager is polite and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend ordering from this location again! Back to eating my delicious arrangement!

Happy Valentines Day from the Queens Quay location, mouldy berries & bad customer service. They explained that fruit juice was normal but when I interrupted and showed its sticky and wet I was told they now won't replace it because I didn't let the owner speak! Cheers thanks! I called this store on Monday to place an order for my friends birthday. I was confused by the vast variety of option but the person on phone was really patient and helpful to take me through the options that best suited my requirements. I would definitely recommend this store.

Three balloons from our order that were thoughtfully chosen were not delivered. The driver said that the balloons were not given initially, and the person from the store answering the phone said that the balloons flew away, because the wind was strong! The hostility with which the customer service responded on the phone was surprising. The money for the balloons was returned to the card, but an unpleasant aftertaste remained. We will definitely no longer use the services of this place.

Excellent suprise gift for a friend's birthday! I called the store last minute and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Everything was near perfection on arrival. The delivery was on time and exactly how I requested. The fruit was really fresh and beautifully arranged. My friend was really happy! Surprise was a success! Will definately order again!

So impressed! My friend had the flu the day I scheduled delivery. EA was unable to deliver as a result, they scheduled a new delivery, followed-up and delivered without any additional fees. I was so impressed, that never happens these days. I highly recommend this treat for your office functions.

I have ordered a Hello Kitty fruit bouquet with Hello Kitty balloon for my brother and my sister-in-law for their new born girl. The Hello Kitty balloon were sold out, but they called me right away (really appreciated). My brother and my sister-law loved the bouquet very much. During their busy schedule and they can still delivered this lovely bouquet before noon. Highly recommended

Looked nice but recipient reported issues with some fruits. Melons were inedible (far too unripe) as were the strawberries. Perhaps food that is subpar our of season should be removed from stock? Hesitant to recommend edible bouquets as gifts due to the issues with quality. Shame.

Today was my first time working with Edible Arrangements and it was such a success! I ordered roughly a week ago so it would be ready for delivery today. As it was a surprise for my boyfriend at work I had to wait for his response (of course I was paranoid since I had never ordered before) and he absolutely loved it. Simple but so sweet (literally), customer service was clear, easy and great. Fruits were fresh, cold and sweet and looked identical to the reference photo online.

Placed an order around noon got the delivery by 3pm. It was a perfect gift for my mom, she was very happy and shared her treats with her team.

Decided to order a basket for my team on Pi Day (as we get too many sweets). We got an arrangement of amazing, perfectly ripe fruit, with just enough chocolate dipped items to have as an extra treat. It was fresh, healthy and a huge hit with everyone here. As the owner of a flower shop, sending flowers to friends is common for me. To have a great, tasty treat as an alternative was perfect. I would definitely order this again.
