I ordered 3 fruit trays for my wedding, I ordered them online from the Brantford store. I also ordered them 14 days before I needed them so there was lots of time from Edible arrangements in Brantford. I called the day before delivery and they advised that the Brantford branch is closed and all orders were now coming from Hamilton. They advised they could not give me a delivery time as they are so busy. We waited and waited on the day and into the evening of delivery day and they were a NO show and couldn’t bother to call. Next morning, the day of my wedding (a late morning wedding) I get a phone call saying they tried to deliver the day before and no one was home to to accept. I said “Don’t even try to give me that excuse. We were here the entire time and no one showed and no one called”. She then advised me they were short staffed and there was a lot of traffic but they would deliver some time the day of the wedding. I told her they have to be here for 1 pm. Yes they did arrive by 1 pm but they looked horrible, i will never again order anything from this company. I have always used them to send fruit bouquets to friends and family and the last couple of times they were not great either. So it’s back to flowers for my friends and the grocery store for fruit trays. Horrible customer service, delivery service and product. I do not recommend!
They also need to post online that their store in Brantford is no longer open. It’s false advertising

The truck broke down. No one called to let me or the recipient know. It was after 7pm when it finally arrived. The only reason we know of the issues is because we called to follow up. I ordered for next DAY delivery. We should have been given an option to cancel. Or pick up.the recipient was leaving town the next day and didn't get to enjoy her gift.

I had an accidental delivery to an old address for my moms birthday, tried to cancel and fix it before it got out to no help, calling them directly to being told they close at 3pm on Wednesday? Called them today only to be immediately put at blame without listening and then guilt tripping me about the delivery cost and faking "sending the order to another store again" when it was never sent to a store to begin with.cant really have messages on their automated machines saying "putting smiles on faces is a top priority" when their representative tells me itll be too much money to deliver a box of chocolate dipped berries.well they already got my $$ for not actually losing anything but cant bothrr to help.not good service at all

Very disappointed! We ordered an arrangement as a surprise for our receptionist's birthday and WAITED ALL DAY for it to come. It finally arrived at 4: 15pm. When it arrived it was missing the side box of chocolate dipped fruit and balloon! We had been calling all day to try and find out about the delivery but no one answered, we were finally able to speak to someone at 3: 30. At least we knew it was on its way. When I called about the missing items I was informed that they didn't have everything in stock. A courtesy call would have gone a long way! We could have picked up our own balloons. They are sending the missing boxed fruit tomorrow for everyone, which is great and all but technically we already paid for this. Not the best service! We are a large company and the best advertisement is word of mouth, and also the worst! At the end of the day she was happy with her surprise but it would have been much nicer if she had received this during the day! Look at what we received compared to what we ordered! NEXT DAY. No delivery of the missing item boxed fruit as promised. Not even going to call at this point, and no future business here.

Just went to pick up my order today, and surprise it is not ready. Have used this location in the pass and every time is a bad experience.

Its a nice, different option to send someone one instead of flowers, but the prices are insane. $15.99 for delivery and it was literally down the street. You can pick it up and deliver it yourself to avoid the RIDIC charge but then that defeats the nice sentiment of having a surprise delivered to someone.

Was not impressed with the Brantford location. Our order was placed days ahead of the expected delivery, only to have the arrival be 1-hour before we closed. On top of that, we did not receive our entire order and never received a call to let us know. I called plenty of times to ask about the ETA of this order and no one could give me an answer. Another call was placed to discuss this issue and all they could offer was a box of dipped fruit.which you get for FREE on your birthday anyway. I had very high hopes for this place and would have loved to use them again as it is a great idea, however, with this experience I will not be returning.

Where should I start, I placed an order on February 2 in hopes that it will be delivered on Valentine’s Day, Valentine’s Day comes around no order was delivered. I couldn’t even get a hold anyone at the Branford store to deal with the situation, so after calling Hamilton store and then getting more runaround they tell me that its really busy and blame everyone else. (They had my order 12 day in advance) and all they’ve come up with is just a refund of my money and no way of making anything better they completely screwed me over on Valentine’s Day, what a business. I will never recommend anyone go here and never use Edible Arrangements ever again, very disappointed in this customer service. Thanks for the worst valentines ever.

You guys should take your happiness guarantee and shove it, Because there’s no happiness here now, let’s see what you guys do to fix this one

Placed an order by phone to be picked up last Sunday. Went to the store. Ran into someone rushing out the door who said they had issues with their hydro so no orders. No one ever called to make other arrangements for the order. Called on Tuesday. Was passed to the Hamilton store who said a manager would call. No call back. Called Wednesday. Had to reorder the order as no sign of the phone order. Promised free delivery on Valentine's. No order was delivered. Called to ask what happened and was hung up on so I went to the store. Was told most orders went out (most means other people also did not get orders) Asked where mine was. No answer given. Was told order could be delivered the next day (defeats the purpose of a Valentine's gift) so just a refund offered. Place is a mess. Would not use again.

The best place to order from my family and friend loved and enjoyed the arrangements for Christmas Eve. Highly recommend it.
