Their promise of same day delivery is not true. They can’t even call back the same day! Or ever. We won’t be trying again.

I am only giving a one star because there was no option for no star! I ordered an arrangement for a friend as a get well gift. I was embarrassed at the arrangement this company sent. They covered the rotten fruit by dipping it in chocolate. You literally don’t know until you have it in your mouth. When I called to find out what happened I never received a response back from anyone.
I would not recommend wasting your money on this store!

Great costumer service given by the girl named jasmin at the front desk, I went in to buy an arrangement close to closing time, I asked her if she could make me an arrangement, she said yes and kindly made me one, she was fast and kind and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a gift or treat.

The arrangement was absolutely beautiful! They made my mothers 70th birthday so special for her. They went above and beyond and I’m so grateful. The indulgence chocolate fruit tray was absolutely beautiful. The balloons and the flowers were so pretty as well. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this edible arrangement in Cambridge as their customer service was exceptional as well. I will definitely be re-ordering from them thank you so much again.:)

This place is an incredibly large let down. A gift was purchased to be delivered February 14th and it wasn't delivered. Sat on hold for over 2 hrs got re routed to Hamilton and was still charged for a product that was never received.

Fine service terrible delivery driver.sent to wrong house then swore at my husband for suggested he left it in the wrong location.will never order again!
