I ordered a fruit bouquet and a chocolate cake for my son's Birthday a week in advance, one day before I called the store and confirmed a delivery. A gentleman was nice and friendly and answered all my questions
My son got his surprise delivery and was very pleased. The fruits and the cake were fresh and tasty. For sure I'll order again.

I put in a last minute order for my niece. The order went in around 10: 00am (online) and was delivered to my niece by 2: 30pm. I even called the store as I was worried (due to my forgetfulness) that they wouldn’t have the time to do a same day order. They said they could and I received wonderful customer service on the phone. Absolutely amazing. My niece was surprised by the gift and said the fruit basket and tray of desserts were delicious. I would highly recommend and use their services again!

Better late than never. Ordered 2 weeks in advance and was home all day. Finally came at 8 pm and was as delicious. Kudos to the delivery guy for not going home at 5.

They'll take your money and disappear with it. For 3 months now, I've been waiting for my delivery refund as I paid extra for same-day delivery and they ended up delivering it the next day. I've emailed and called and I've been getting the run around ever since. Very bad business practice. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this place.

If I could give a no stars I would, I ordered an arrangement for a sick child, it was supposed to have gummy bears, cupcakes, and choc.dipped pineapple, apple, and strawberries with a balloon, it cost $81.00, they sent 6 choc dipped strawberry's, 3 choc dipped pineapple pieces and the balloon! When I called to complain, the girl that answered said that she would leave a note for the supervisor to call me back, I got no call, my sister called and talked to a young man who said that there was no supervisor. He gave her the name of the owners name and email. She immediately emailed and was offered a $50.00 in store coupon. She forwarded the email to me and I advised that I would not be ordering from them again, that I would like a $50.00 credit to my credit card. She finally agreed and said it would be on my credit card within 5 business days, it has now been over 9 business days and still no refund. I again contacted her and have had no reply. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! VERY UNSATISFIED!

Ordered delivery for anniversary surprise.never showed up.have to wait till next day. Not at all impressed

Ruined my daughters birthday, only thing she wanted and only thing I got her today and could not be delivered because they were “busy” there was no time to expect delivery just had to wait all day, and that’s what my 6 year old did, so now she gone out to dinner they want to send now, unreal. This place needs a manager badly, if to busy to take my order than say it I would have got something else,

If I could give zero stars I would. I arrived before close to no one there and a guy in the back listening to his headphones. He came to greet me and I informed him I'm here to pick up an order through Too good to go only to be told they are closed and there was nothing left. He was extremely rude to me and not helpful at all. I arrived before close and the door was unlocked. I will absolutely never be going back here. I used to order from this location all the time because I genuinely enjoyed the product. Which is why I bought the left over bag. You close at 5 I should still be able to enter before 5. I work customer service and there is a polite way to talk to someone and explain you are "closed" I have never been spoken to so rudy as a customer.

Horrible front cash guy, whomever they had working on Saturday near close should get a reality check, horrible customer service.

The service was friendly placing the order but, I asked for and paid for a balloon to be sent with the item, sadly it was not. I called the next day to get refunded on visa.no apology

Ordered 24 roses and 12 chocolate covered strawberries as a first time customer they only brought 13 flowers in a vase and the chocolate but arrived at 9 pm didn’t refund same day delivery fee and took almost a week to get the other 12 flowers I ordered for my bestie in London from me ordering over 3+ hours away not impressed…

I placed an order early in the morning, and I called to check when it will arrive, I was told it will arrive within an hour, but nothing arrived and now the store is closed! This is very unprofessional and annoying! RUINED MY DAY! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The delivery driver tends to forget half the order and leave it warm. But when I had to retrieve my own order we found Jessica incredibly helpful and accommodating. Thanks a bunch!

My experience here was spectacular; I ordered and tried the strawberries with chocolates. Without a doubt, they are the best strawberries with chocolate I have ever tasted. High-quality strawberries, supplemented by mouthwatering chocolate.
