EDINBURGH CLINIC (There is a capacity for our walk-in clinic)

I literally waited and still waiting for more than 1.5 hours in examining room to have my vaccinated arm looked at. Terrible, horrible.useless bunch of health practitioner with zero respect for patient's time, they're busy earning money (won't let slip a single patient while they may keep me waiting for another hour or so).

I have completed 10 out of my 12 sessions of full body hair removal with absolutely no results. Ayla is comforting during the sessions but is often dismissive when concerns are brought up and blames it on other things. The pain is also minimal which could be because she isn’t using optimal settings. I also experienced ZERO fall out after sessions. It also does feel like the sessions are rushed. An hour is allotted for the full body laser however it’s usually finished in under 20 minutes which is crazy fast for full body. All of this leads me to the conclusion that areas are overlooked and most likely suboptimal settings are used with the machine.

I previously did laser hair removal at a different location which was 8 sessions and I do feel like around 50% of my hair was removed from that. I came to Ayla thinking this would “finish off the job” and the rest of the remaining hair would also be gone. I was VERY wrong.

The lack of results may also be due to the type of machine she utilizes as different ones may have different success rates. Nevertheless, I’m disappointed by the lack of results and feel like I gained nothing out of all the sessions.

I’m a great candidate for laser as my hair is black and my skin colour is light/medium. When I told Ayla about not seeing results, she told me to check with my doctor to make sure it isn’t me. As such, I have checked in with my doctor to confirm that my hormones are okay which they are. No results after 9 sessions is disheartening when I got results from laser previously in 8 sessions at a separate location.

Please do thorough research before proceeding with this clinic. I lost time and money and gained nothing.

Came in around 6: 40,20 minutes before posted close: Not only was everything shut off and no one in the building, but the front door was still open. Perhaps, just as a suggestion, they should have the basic security of locking the door once everyone has packed up for an early siesta.

Every time more the hour waiting time.even you have appointment you have to wait at least 1 hour every time.if you complain about and trying to say something the will start explaining thing there own.

Worst clinic staff Whenever we call to walk in Receptionist says they are full. Happened couple of times. Doesn’t Matter if it’s in the morning or afternoon. But their closing time is 7pm then it shouldn’t be a walk-in clinic.
Called to bring my daughter in she was sick and Receptionist said bring next week.

DO Not go here if you can help it! Worst managed clinic ever.
I’ve gotten there 15 mins before it opens and still have to wait an hour to see someone. My partner just waited 20 mins to be told there isn’t a doctor today and the front desk person was just sitting there.

The clinic closes at 7 pm, but the receptionist returned me, saying that they accept the last patient at 3 pm. Doesn't make any sense!

Lost my 2 year olds urine sample after telling me it was sent out! I called to check back Saturday when the doctor told me to. I called Saturday they told me to follow up Monday and when I called Monday they told me it was not sent out. They prescribed medication and the doctor told me how important follow up was.

The laser sections are amazing with Ayla, i did 2 out of 12 and i can see a big difference the body hair is almost disappearing, highly recommended

I’ve been taking the laser sessions for my full face from Aayla. I started getting results just after a few sittings. Hardly got any hair after 2 sessions on my upper lips. Getting good results on the chin as well. Highly recommend.

Be sure with your number in line, they told you to wait but others can get direct access.

From the wonderful receptionist (Abhi), to the nurse and Dr. El Mesih, then the pharmacist, everyone was overwhelmingly kind, accomodating, helpful AND quick. The staff took excellent care of my daughter. A big 'thank you' to the entire staff.

Was told they are accepting new patients but have to come as walk in clinic and ask. I came next day and told to come back in an hour. I did. Then waited over an hour once I returned and then told by the doctor they are not accepting patients. So I wasted hours to find out I can’t have them as a family doctor. Would have been nice to be told upfront rather than waste time and missed work waiting. I was asked by the doctor if I take any medication. Only question asked. Maybe they just didn’t want me as a patient since I’m not on anything?

Ayla is professional and still maintains high quality results for affordable prices. My experience getting laser hair removal was a smooth and comfortable one! I highly recommend booking an appointment with Ayla if you are considering laser hair removal… you won’t regret it!

Dr. Mesih is a lovely doctor, but the practice itself is completely unhinged and could not possibly be more poorly run. The staff at the front desk are incapable of picking up the phone 95% of the time, and when they do, they immediately put you on hold without even so much as a hello. The wait times are often extreme, only to get less than 2 minutes of time with the doctor before you are asked to stop talking. Twice now I have been to the office and not been told that there would be a fee for the services I received. Both times I was surprised by this and expected to pay in cash, with no option for other payment or even an on site ATM. It is understandable that the practice is busy, but the staff are complacent and seem to think that being busy is an acceptable excuse to provide dismal service. It’s not. Respect people’s time.

The receptionist is bad.they don’t care so much to the patients. We came first and they told us to wait for an hour.then we still need to wait for another 45mins then when i ask seems like they forget about us!

I go to Edinburg clinic for laser hair removal. Ayla is great. I’m always comfortable with her. I started seeing results after the second session. She’s flexible with appointments and finishes the session quickly and efficiently. Also she gave an excellent deal

I went to Ayla for my laser sessions and she is AMAZING! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She takes her time to explain everything and follows up with you after your sessions. I started seeing results after the first session already! She does laser in a very clean and professional setting. I feel so comfortable around her, 100% recommend!

I did laser sessions with Ayla and I started seeing results from the second session! She’s so kind and works around your schedule. I work a 9-5 schedule and she always accommodates me. The process is painless and very quick too. Highly recommended!

This is one of the worst walk in clinics I have ever been to. If there was an option was zero stars, I would rate it that. I tried to go in for a wrist injury which has not healed in three weeks, because I did not want to inconvenience the staff in the ER. To begin with, the customer care is horrible. The receptionists are extremely flakey, rude, and lack adequate communication skills. They do not pick up the phone more than half of the time, despite advertising themselves to be accessible.
When I finally did manage to get a hold of a receptionist, they claimed to book me for an appointment which they never did. I called asking to book an appointment, and they told me what time I could come in at, implying that was my appointment time. When I got there, they were quick to register me so they could claim they have a new customer, but never gave me service. There was one particular red haired receptionist with glasses who was extremely rude. She snapped "HEALTH CARD" at me when I went up to her. Then as I waited for over twenty minutes past my appointment time despite arriving and getting registered 10 minutes early, I saw everyone who came in after me got called except for me. During this time, I also saw her turn away a very young individual who came alone asking if she could get checked for a concussion, without directing her to emergency services or any other alternative health care option. I went up to her to ask why others who arrived after me are being called before me, as I had an appointment for 4pm. She smirked at me and said in a condescending tone "you are a walk in". I told her that cannot be true since I called to book an appointment and she said "that was not an appointment, as a courtesy we said we could try to fit you in at 4". When I said I specifically called requesting an appointment and they never said this was a walk in, she kept repeating they are doing a courtesy, as if I should be grateful for the privilege of getting to sit in their cheap chairs for half an hour without receiving any health care. I disagree that they were being courteous. In fact, they were being quite the opposite.
This practice is disorganized, the staff are rude, and they are deceptive in their communication just to get new customers through the door and register them as their own. I walked out of there without receiving any service because the wait was simply too long and no was bothered to help. Would have left this feedback for the staff themselves so whoever runs the place knows they need to do better, but they don't have an email or any other form of contact except a number to a phone they never pick up. I have been trying to call them to ask them to delete my information from their records as I never received any health care from them, but not to my surprise, they have failed to pick up the phone repeatedly.

Great laser service! I am so happy I started going to this place. I have always felt very comfortable and the visits are always very quick! I have noticed results in 4 sessions. I recommend everyone should visit this laser place!

This is the best clinic for Laser Hair Removal in Guelph! Ayla is very knowledgeable and professional. She puts you at ease and explains the process. Her treatment room is private, clean and well equipped. The services are reasonably priced. Ayla ensures you are pleased with the results. Overall a 5 star experience!

I have visited this place to meet Aayla for laser hair removal. Aayla is super awesome. She makes you so comfortable and explains the process so easily. What you have to do before the appointment and what to do after the session, every single detail she is gonna give you.
I have taken 7 sessions till date and it's a huge difference. M very happy and highly recommends to consult Aayla at Edinburgh Clinic.

No complain for the waiting time as it's a walk in clinic anyway. But the receptionist is not friendly, doesn't seem to care about patients. Just be aware that they won't accept any credit/debit cards, also does not provide change for cash payments.

I'm sorry but for treating a walk in the way you do.
I came sick after I called to see how long is the line and they said "not bad".
Came there in 5min.
When I came it was 5 in front of us. After 90min again I approached to see how long, 3 in front.
I do understand that you do appointments for your patients but you know, or should know how many appointments you have in order not to strand along someone.
We are not coming for fun we are coming to see a doctor because we are sick!

I love this pharmacy but this Dr.walk in service/patients is outrages
