We have been dealing with Educators Financial for more than 20 years. We have always received the best financial advice for our investments. For the past 11 years we have had Lisa Raponi as our financial planner. She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and passionate about giving the right financial advice to suit her clients. She is also very amiable and easy to work with. We feel very fortunate to have Lisa 's guidance and look forward to our in person consultations with her.

Chris Knoch was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to explaining the nuances of various lending options with our mortgage. He is a meticulous individual who takes the time to explain everything to clients in layman terms. The overall process and paperwork was very thorough and completed well in advance of our timelines. It was night and day compared to our previous experiences at the local banks.

We have worked with Lisa Raponi for several years… we value her advice & guidance and feel she has always had our best interest at heart.

We had a couple of home meetings with a sales rep who sold us on the low management fees at Educators, so we decided to transfer one fund from another institution. That took over 2 months and several e-mails and they transferred the entire account in error! They asked if I wanted to transfer back and I should have said yes. 3 months later, I asked for a statement. They sent me one with no rate of return. They can't compute the rate of return until the account has been open for a year! That's ridiculous! I can watch the return on my funds every day elsewhere. Maybe the fees are a little cheaper but you get zero customer service.
