Our family was very disapointed with the eggroll factory. We spent 75$ for cold food. The eggroll factory is a 6 minute drive from our house and the food was stone cold when we plated it. The crispy beef was horrible it was overly sweet yet had weird bitter after taste and the beef was soo hard to chew as well. I think they should call the customer to pick up the food if its ready way before pickup timd instead of leaving it in the restaurant that has no heat to get cold.

We were shocked regarding the incident. We ordered our usual Christmas Eve dinner at 4: 30 and it was indicated it would be delivered by 5: 35. However as we waited, at exactly 5: 30pm, I received an email stating my order was refused and to try again later, and that they had refunded my money. I tried calling and they would not answer their phone. I know they are busy, but we always order from them on Christmas Eve, and have never had this happen.
If you are too busy you need to tell the customer when they make the order, not make them wait over an hour and then notify the customer.
This is unacceptable and ruined our Christmas Eve dinner as a result.
We were regular customers of the Egg Roll Factory, but will never go again and will never recommend it to anyone.
Horrible customer service.
Obviously they could care less.

Order via UberEATS. General tao, crispy beef, chow mein and egg rolls. From order to driver pickup was 7 minutes. So as expected, the food tasted old and stale like it had been sitting out as it clearly wasn't made fresh to order. The szechuan sauce tasted weird too. I ordered based off the positive reviews but I don't understand how anyone would be pleased with this.

These egg rolls are better than Golden Palace IMO. If they offered them with the Thai Red Chili sauce they might be the best deal for egg rolls in the city.

Egg rolls r amazing. Found my new egg roll place. Most are full of vegetables and cabbage (gross). These ones are full of meat, so yummy. Good crispiness

Order was 50 minutes late, saw the delivery guy drop it off at the wrong house and was walking away - before they stopped him pointed over to where I was waiting. When asked about the delay - “we’re busy - it’s Mother’s Day” then blew up and yelled never to order from them again. Ok - done.
