Always a pleasant experience visiting this Eggsmart! The people are always warm and the foods comes out neat, fast, and eggcelent!

BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS RE: RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Today we experienced first hand the worst and most unprofessional customer service in a long time from a Caucasian, middle-aged waitress with brown/red-ish hair.

Initially, she was attentive and courteous taking our orders and bringing our coffee. However, it was following up with our orders is when the incident occurred. What prompted my mom to call her attention was because a party of two that arrived almost 25 minutes after us had received both their orders before ours. Not to mention, one of the dishes was the same as what my mom had ordered. My mom is not the type to fuss over service but this didn't make sense to us, so she timidly asked, "Um.what happened to our order? " to which this waitress rudely and curtly said, "What about it? " First off, in what world of customer service warrants a response such as this? ! My mom asked where is it because at this point we were all shocked at her attitude. This waitress raises her voice, uses her free hand to gesture and said, "Look behind you and look over here. It's busy. So yea, your food is coming sweetie" and walked away. The demeaning tone and condescension was completely uncalled for. It is not a question of whether we can see or not because yes, we have EYES. But to speak to your customers as if they're stupid? Not right at all.

Now if you were present at this time, you would have witnessed my father making a huge scene. I don't usually condone two wrongs making a right. But this waitress totally deserved it and should learn she can't talk to customers this way. You never know who will confront you and stand up for themselves. Both my father and I have previously worked in the hospitality business before changes our careers, so we understand the pressure and demands. But this was clearly a day this waitress COULD NOT KEEP HER EMOTIONS IN CHECK and took my mom's inquiry personally. How do you expect your customers to ENJOY their food after being snippy? Think about the customer's experience.

Best believe I'm spreading the news to all my friends and family to avoid this location! We've gone to Cora's at Mccowan and 401 dozens of times more, which is an even busier establishment and the service is ALWAYS amazing. Now we know just to go there for breakfast. Hopefully this manager knows just how detrimental her employee's attitude is to his/her business because we clearly aren't the first or last to complain. SEE YA!

For the fruit portion in my meal, all I got was 2 grapes and two tiny dice of melon. Same thing for my husband’s meal. That’s not even enough to give to a baby! The home fries were very dry, not much taste. The eggs were okay. Overall, it was mostly tasteless. But what bothered me the most was that the waitress didn’t come check on us EVEN ONCE the whole time we were there, yet she was checking another table very frequently (I’m not gonna accuse of racism or favouritism, but the people at that table were the same race as her and most of the staff there). I had an awesome experience when I went to the one at 1923 Eglinton Ave E. Stupid of me to think that all locations would be the same, I was extremely deceived. This one was trash, WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

I went in for breakfast, I ordered the strawberry banana waffle, had an amazing service from Jill. Had a great experience. Keep the good work!

This restaurant doesn’t even deserve a star at all, we were there Sunday morning and when I ask her where are our orders after 30 mins or so since she already serve the customer beside us who came half an hour later. When we ask her regarding our order she answered rudely and said ‘WHAT ABOUT IT - DID YOU LOOK AROUND YOU’ that did it for me. I don’t usually complain but that was uncalled for… I hope everyone who go there and eat take this into account. Never again in that place. I think apologizing for that behaviour will NOT suffice my anger right now…

Amazing food, the servers are the best, had a middle aged Caucasian lady with brownish red hair, and she was great! She didn't comment on my place of work stating my age/race and then continue leave negative reviews about me, because I ordered take out and had to wait a little longer then the customers who had dined in, because I'm not entitled! 10/10 recommend. Helen is the new Karen I guess! I 10/10 recommend coming here if you want delicious breakfast, fast and efficient service and as long as your not entitled, crazy, and dont feel the need to racially profile people for little to no reason, and say negative things about them or just overall have an entitled attitude! This is the best place for you!

I really enjoyed my time having lunch here. The service was timely and the food was great. Staff Jil was nice and the cook waved goodbye. Highly recommended!

Just went into the restaurant at 10: 05am. Noticed the west side of the restaurant was wide open for seating. When entering the restaurant we were told we cant sit over there even though the east side was all packed up with customers. Waitress was really rude, white lady, early 40s. Told us to read the sigh saying section is closed. We had already read it since it was a big sign. But being the east side was full of customers, the west side should be open to seat customers. Dont go here, they dont care about the customer. Food is so so from previous visits.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and an omelet. They came at the same time. Mystery remains unsolved.

Went to have Keto Skillet breakfast after a walk. When the server brought the meal, I alerted him and show him that the avocado was not good. His reply was, “the avocado is good, that is how avocado is. If you have had avocado before you would know it’s good, the chef will also tell you it’s good”. See the image for yourself. Would you eat this avocado? Any good server would apologize and attempt to change. The servers at eggsmart at Victoria park and Sheppard are a class above the rest. Take your business there! You get the right service and portions.

You don’t lose a customer over an ‘almost side of avocado’ that is going bad, it wasn’t even a full half. This proves to me you guys are not service oriented. I will not be coming back to your location. Check your food before you serve.

The food was ok but the service leave much room for improvement. I was about to walk out of the place based on the service we received today. I requested no onions on my food as I have an intolerance. The waitress confirmed! The food comes in and I see onions. I wasn't going to say anything and just remove them but my partner spoke to the waitress, who seems surprised at this point.they said they will make it again and that was ok with us! Then some other lady comes (maybe a manager) to argue with me about how the hash comes with onions and it says on the menu.ok and I requested no onions so if that wasn't possible then the waitress should have informed me and I would have asked for a different dish.there were no apologies or anything. Also my coffee cup was dirty and yet I didn't say anything to them as I figured things happen. But I have never been treated like this in any restaurant. I would suggest going to a different location!

It looks like owners have changed again. Slow service and little attention from server. Hopefully just growing pains and it will get better quickly.

Great restaurant. The best and the biggest breakfast I had in a while. Great service, stuff is listening to the customer and food arrived very quickly. Love their pancakes with strawberries and banana slices baked with the batter, delicious

Take out order 45 minutes. I was not told it will take that long before placing my order.
Asked for a refund, I was told no. When I complained, then they rushed my order. 45 minutes. I will never go there again, nor will I recommend. Poor service. No refund.

We had an Awsome breakfast, great sausage and the eggs were perfect.
Our server Jill was polite and quick with everything. Breakfast was the best part of our day! Thanks Jill and Eggsmart!

The food was OK but but I received dirty cutlery with lipstick all over it it was absolutely disgusting

Good food but amazing service from Sandy. When we were there, she was serving the whole place with a smile on her face and brilliant eagerness to serve the guests.

Rude customer service. We waited to be served but just been told it's going to be a while without asking how many of us were being served or how long the wait would be. On top of this, another server asked if we have been helped and one said they can wait. I've never tried eggsmart before and was hoping I will but I won't come to this location after what has happened.

Placed my order on skip … how could you serve home potatoes like this? Sausage and eggs undercooked, everything else burned …there is water in the container what the heck…Never again

We visited at their closing time and they were still good. Had an awesome Mediterranean breakfast and loved those fresh pick of veg on them.

Great tasting food! Served hot and delicious. Usually order eggs Florentine. Always done to perfection. The weekday breakfast special is also very yummy. Service is phenomenal. Staff are sweet and listen attentively. They have never messed up our order. I will continue to patronize this restaurant and highly recommend them. Same great service at the airport road location

Delicious food, wonderful staff and great hospitality. I always enjoy every second of my visit as I'm greeted with a smile and shown unprecedented appreciation.

I used to work near the neighborhood and this was a great place to grab a quick breakfast before work or to sit and relax at lunch. Food and service were always good.

I recently returned for takeout and service was still good and the food came out really quickly, maybe too quickly; they forgot my fruit. Not a big deal, still happy with the service and quality of food.

I am sorry for the people who work here, but I have never had a more disgusting plate of eggs in my whole life. It's near traumatic how bad the food was. The poached egg I asked for was floating in dirty water. The fries were awful and the steak was old and hard. It was so bad.

Food served timely although this place was crazy busy on weekend. Just like the name, they cook eggs perfectly they way I wanted. Great Job and will come back

I love this eggsmart. There is a lady that works here who is just amazing at her job. She greets you, takes your order fast, she has attention to you and even says goodbye! They are all very friendly! The food is amazing too! This is my favorite eggsmart!

I was here this morning having my breakfast, great as usual. I saw one lady refused to eat her meal and say that she waited for too long. I sat there for only 5 minutes while she sat too, she complained and send the food back - only pay for her drink and left.i just want to share that no matter how good your service was, there always difficult customer, and I saw it with my own eyes today while waiting for my meal.

My food was great and served timely (waiting time is 5 min in average which make sense), they cook from scratch and it’s eggs and meat, if you understand what I mean.

Kudos to both waiters today for handling the incident with grace and show that the restaurant has the best service, and its real. I hope you will keep doing well and wish you success. Will be your regular customer!

This place use to be way better b4 they renovated and the new owners took over. The service is now very awful. I was there only last Saturday the 25th of January 2020. There is one girl there that is very friendly. The other servers could use some training.me and my girlfriend's first time back since the new owners and our first time to not leave a tip. Service was so bad I would never go back there. I'll just go to the one at Ellesmere and Principal.

Second time being here under new management and my order was wrong twice. This is egg smart how hard can a simple order be.

Honestly one of my favourite places to get breakfast. Service is always great, servers welcome you with a very warm smile! Food is consistent and the homefries are very well seasoned! Tends to get busy during brunch times

Very friendly service and the same all day breakfast from the other locations. Just that this is a brand new one. Also for someone like me that drinks a lot of coffee, having the thermos bottle at the table was a very nice thought. I really liked that:)

Great place. Food was great and so was the service. I got the big breakfast and got so much food for the price I paid. A

Eggsmart charges near to Cora's prices, but gives you a terrible to mediocre experience. The fruit they serve is an embarrassment - it was almost an insult to receive the miniscule piece of cantaloupe and the 0.5cm slice of orange. The coffee cup I received had egg residue on it, and when I asked for another cup, the waitress brought me an empty cup and expected me to transfer the coffee from the dirty cup to the new "clean" cup. I had to directly ask her to serve me a new cup of coffee. When she returned, I noticed there was food residue on the new cup as well on the handle of the cup. At that point I didn't even bother asking for another one. I won't be returning to Eggsmart.

Our friends invited us for breakfast in Scarborough where this place is located on Saturday morning.

It’s quite a drive from where we live, but we really had a brilliant breakfast at this place. Food is good, service is top notch. We were greeted by Wenny and Handoko and everybody worked there were friendly.

I had Eggsmart classic breakfast (3 eggs cooked any style with 4 pieces of sausage, whole wheat toast, sweet potatoes fries (extra) and a slice of melon. The dish came well presented in generous portion. Coffee was really good and free refill. Extra tip: ask for their hot sauce from Indonesia, it’s really good to accompany your meal.
Lots of local came to this place and some of them looked like regular customers.
It’s really worth a trip for us. Big breakfast at very reasonable price, place is cozy and clean. Added value for us is it's very close to an Asian grocery store.

We will definitely come back here!

2x times I have been to this location our waitress gets + 5 STARS. She is great young Asian lady. Food I thought was a bit pricey consider they just renovated this place. Also in the men's washroom I notice the handicap bar a reach not IMPRESSED WITH!

I wanted to go to Oshawa to Coco Frutti, but gf didn't want to go that far for breakfast.next time I'll going it's worth the Drive.

I highly recommend dining at this Eggsmart. The food here was absolutely delicious! Not only that, but the servers were very accomadating. The restaurant was very clean and the whole dining experience was amazing overall.

This location has just been recently renovated and it is looking good.
I had an egg salad sandwich that had avocado and bacon in it on multigrain bread. It was delicious.
My server was kind and friendly. The owner was a gracious man. I wish them well.

Don’t let this new renovation fool you, we waited over 45 minutes for eggs before getting asking for the bill for our drinks to step out. Will not be returning to this joke of an establishment.

Went there last Monday July 8,2019 apparently it was the first day opening run by new franchisee.
The ambience is clean and bright.foods are generous and delicious with decent price.
Will be one of my top list of Breakfast and Brunch options.

Love this restaurant! Wait for me to come back really really soon
