Food is good, nice service, although every time we go there's usually some sort of mix up on the order. Staff are quick to correct it though.

I don’t know how you can rat 3.6 but to tell you the truth is worst than 2 and i am being kind giving that 2 because the food that i order on uber eats was the worst food I ever order… stale, raw fries (plus i asked for crispy) poorly delivered on a box… worst 20 dolares spent in food… sad (dont go there or dont order if you want to get scammed.)

I wanted to try this place mostly to see whether the one-star or the five-star reviews were correct.it turns out that the one-stars have it.it's never good when you go into a place that's only a quarter full and the staff are already arguing amongst themselves and apologizing to another table for messing up their orders.

I ordered a western omelette and my husband ordered a waffle with a side of sausages. I saw a plate sitting in the pass for at least ten minutes and neither of the waitresses seemed to care. I had a bad feeling it was my plate and, of course, it was. By the time they brought it over, it was cold.on top of which, the cheese in the omelette just formed one solid gloop—very unappetizing—and the toast was covered in smears of unmelted margarine.yuck.

I guess they delayed bringing my meal because of problems with their waffle maker.when they eventually brought my husband's meal, they left off his sausages.still tried to charge us for them, though!

we let them know my food was cold but I didn't have time to wait for a redo and that they had forgotten the sausages.they took my husband's meal (the cheaper meal) off the bill.we won't be going back.

Ordered a vegetarian Benedict (Baja Benedict) with soft poached eggs and french fries. Got hard poached eggs (fully cooked through) and home fries, with a small piece of peameal bacon hiding in the homefries.

Served a vegetarian dish, with peameal bacon on the plate. Even if it was an accident, vegetarian stuff shouldn't be held in the same spot as meat (obviously).

Server was nice, but the kitchen is shoddy at best.

Perhaps one of the worst breakfast food experiences I’ve had Toronto, if not the worst. I’m surprised this is a chain that is still running. We spent $75 on this. The pancakes and French toast were completely inedible because they were so dry; they did not include any syrup or butter which was listed as part of the item when we ordered. $7 for two pieces of bacon. $7 for orange juice that did not even come. If you want good breakfast/brunch - don’t go here. But if you enjoy wasting money on inedible food - this may be your spot

The food is delicious, with good quality and portions. The staff are cheerful and helpful even if the restaurant is busy. My waitress took the time to chat and even remembered my name! The sound of the TV was a bit loud on CP24 - but was quickly corrected. It was too bad that some customers were overly loud and disturbed the other customers' dining.

I dined in here and they didn’t have smoothies or poutine both of which I wanted. It wasn’t like I was trying to modify the menu. It wasn’t the servers fault and she was very gracious in her service.

What's not to love about a breakfast place? Conveniently located right by Ossington station. Get a breakfast, omelettes, pancakes or waffles. Fresh coffee all the time. Servers were always very easy going and friendly.

Horrible, the orange juice was bad, we returned it, the waitress poured it into a pitcher and served it to another family.
The waitress also was cleaning the forks.coughed into the towel.and continued cleaning.
If you don’t want to get sick stay away from this place.

Service and food are fine but both times I've been here some sort of musical alarm or alert was blaring at full volume for at least 10 mins at a time. Ruined any hope peaceful breakfast.

Took off 2 stars-one for every fish bone I got in my eggs benny.
Edit: Emailed them as they requested. Taking off an additional star for every month they don't reply.

I walked in while on my way to Tim Hortons and was not disappointed. Their 7-10am option for $9 attracted me and it was sooo worth it. I had the Western Sandwich, potatoes on the side, and coffee. I really loved the omelette with my rye bread. I love that they have several options for bread and how the eggs should be cooked.
The waitress was also incredibly friendly and i will definitely visit this place to check out other egg options they have.

Eggsmart does a good job of providing a menu selection that has some variety but isn't full of overwhelming choices. If you're on a budget, they have you covered as well. There's a basic breakfast for under $10 or you can scale up from there. A consistent breakfast spot.

I walked into McDonald's there was 30 people (normally if no one is in there they still take like 10-20 mins per order)

I gave up and tried egg smart for a change as it was close by.

Within 5 minutes I had my food, it was fresh and delicious. The standard fries were kind of meh what you expect, but the club sandwich was very filling and very tasty.

I will never go to timmies or mcdonalds again if there is a eggsmart near by.

The issue here is the servers are not only lazy. They are slow and quite rude. The thinner dark haired women has quite a bit of attitude for such a poor server. They take far to long to get orders out and there is quite a bit of attitude you get, for no reason. Very unpleasant and miserable women. Price is low for the good, but you get some of the worst service around along with it.

After a terrible takeout experience last year, boyfriend and I decided to give it another try this morning because it’s SO close by. We both got the hash and it was actually pretty good and service was lovely. Huge menu. But both our stomachs starting feeling bad while eating, sort of bloated and my bf actually said he felt sharp pains. We thought maybe it was us, or our food from the night before not sitting well… so we let it go. I took both our leftovers home. Took a chance by eating them for dinner… and my stomach immediately had crazy sharp pains! I assume from eating the portion of the leftovers that was from my bf’s plate. Not sure what could cause that… but it was obviously something in the Eggsmart food. So… that will likely be the last time I give this place a try:/

I've been here several times for it's great location but I've always had a disappointing experience. Their menu is well priced, but unfortunately you get what you pay for. The service is poor and the quality of food is no better. I won't be returning to this location as they've shown no signs of improvement over the years.

Order online, said 45 min to deliver. After 50 min just cancel without any reason or excuse. Terrible service, never order again here for sure.

Really good food and service. Its a little smoky inside because of the grill.
But the food is good and you quickly forget. I recommend.

As a big fan of poutines I decided to try out their eggsmart poutine. This is more of a once in awhile type of indulgence as this dish is a packed full of greasy salty goodness. You definitely need a refreshing drink by your side when consuming this dish. This poutine contains their thick cut fries, gravy, double smoked bacon, cheese curds, cheddar cheese and chopped onions. The fries where crispy and much thicker than most places. There was a generous portion of cheese, bacon and gravy to give the fries some excitement. The poutine will satisfy your hunger and leave you dozing off for a nap.

The food here is hit or miss (often cold or over seasoned). I think it's cause their kitchen staff is always changing. But good portion size for the price.
Their waitresses are the most professional and friendly people on earth. Even when busy and slammed with both Uber and sit down customers, they will address all your needs.
Plus bottomless coffee!

That place was a small oasis on a day when I didn't have much of a budget and wanted to go out to eat as a family. My children liked the food a lot, just like me. The place is pleasant and the prices are affordable.you can order like breakfast but all day, I liked it a lot

Employees don't get paid i think because they are so negative and aggressive To be honest food is good.

Me and my friends came here for brunch on sep 22 around 11: 30 and were appalled to overhear the server and cook making extremely racist remarks. Disgusting and inappropriate. I hope you feel shame.

Not sure who messed up (waitress or kitchen) my order but asked for white toast and got brown (which was cold), ask for well done home fries and just got their normal.

Service was good, but how y'all got ethnic people in the kitchen and your food is painfully flavourless.make it make sense

Update - I emailed the address in the owners response and NOTHING happened - first you feed me garbage and charge me for it and then you waste my time. I really hope that this place closes down but it is probably a front for something else.

I ordered a freshly squeezed orange juice for nearly 15 dollars. When I recieved it through my uber eats order the cap was not sealed as they have the typical juice tops where the plastic ring snaps once its opened. I drank the orange juice and got a mouthful of spoiled orange juice that almost made me sick. It was to the point of fermenting it was so far off. I will never order or eat at this location ever again

Steak was under cooked eggs cold and the home fries where greasy.i asked to put the steak on a little longer and was told they were to busy

I ordered food through Uber eats their doesn't know the concept of wearing a hair net. I found hair on 2 occasions in my food. I'm seriously disgusted!

Menu is similar to any breakfast place around but the atmosphere is very welcoming and felt cozy.

Friendly fast service, quality food, good prices. A great breakfast place. Best in the neighborhood!

Waitress overcharged me and still demanded a tip. The portions were small and unfulfilling, and cooked in too much oil to be even remotely healthy.

Great service, even though there was one server and one cook. She did a great job! The food was delicious including the chunky monkey LOL.

Not bad! Good option if you are looking for something fast and acceptable. Fair price according with quality. Not all the dishes include pancakes so, if you are a pancake lover like I am, ask for the big eggsmart breakfast, one of my best!

If you like eggs and don't care about ambience, this is the place for you. I prefer the eggs Benedict

This place is perfect for breakfast they have very good food, excellent taste and good prices. If you go before 11 am you can have a promotion with eggs, potatoes, toast bread, bacon and piece of melon for 5.99, the people very kind and have good services, The restaurant very clean.

A lovely classic breakfast place! They have the essentials as in bacon eggs toast and some really nice home fries. Isn't anything too fancy but it gets the job done in terms of I need breakfast now! Cozy place, and reasonable prices, 5.99 early bird special is a great deal. Will definitely be going back when I need a classic breakfast kick. They do also have some fun things like turkey bacon breakfast, avacado toast and all that jazz. But as for me I'm a classic bacon eggs kinda person:)

A beakfast cafe, i enjoyed the eggs benny.the sauce was good and the service was too.i. Missed the early bird special which ends at 10 but it's very reasonably priced.

Economical option without compromising taste. Something for everyone on the menu, including kids meal. Try the new eggs Benny on a French toast. Bacon crispy and perfect.

On the last day of 2018, I decided to finally head here and have something to eat with my family after a long day of work, and I come into the store and it was a bit messy but that was alright, but when I went to go have a seat I waited 15 minutes and no one had attended me and the person working was busy on her phone in the counter not paying attention. I've lived in this area for years now and I didn't expect this location to be this bad, but there's a first time for everything. I'd say this location has poor management control and poor customer service. They also have a real problem at night where a bunch of drugies or homeless people camp out there.

The food is consistently good, but the coffee is often cold, the service can be *very* slow and their debit machine is often down.

The worst ever. 1. The family, who entered the restaurant aftet us, ate done, paid and left. Then we could receive our dishes. How slow. 2.their sauce for the french benedict wasnt taste good. 3.the server forgot what we asked. I brought it by myslef. Later he said he forgot it. But I saw he avoid our table couple times. 4. I wanted to pay bill, Waitress gave us machine without any comment. Just put it on the table and left. Then they didnt even come to us to pick the machine. I saw that they pick it after we went out the restaurant. I should have given 1 cent as their tip, but I couldn't. If you want to go Eggsmart, dont go here. You dont need to waste your time. There are better eggsmart near sheppard subway station and dundas subway station.

'You have got to be kidding me', is what I said to myself as the server delicately laid down my girlfriend's avacado toast.
It was the saddest thing I have ever seen.
The avacado mash was guacamole that went bad last year and there were three slices of tomato that had been prepped a week ago and had never seen a refrigerator and the confused look on the servers face was the most shocking thing of all because somehow she felt like this food was good enough to serve.
I did not wait for my plate and we walked out.

I went there for my 2nd time (first time to this location)
And let me tell was so disappointing
1. The menus where so sticker and old
2. The table was dirty
3. I order my son chicken with fries, and plum sauce at the side and I called waiter over and I said these are opened and look how bended an old they are and she like oh really I didnt notice im like okay no plum sauce forgot it,
4. We werent even dont eating and she brought me the bill without even asking I was actulally going to order more but then im like ughh forget it

The food was Okay,
