Great food!
Handled a large group well even though they were packed. The food was excellent and there were lots of options. It's a popular spot for a reason!

Only reason for a 4star is when ordering 2 of the classic breakfast on menu at $8.79 no mention of price chabge, but when recieved the bill was charge at $11.99 and we had bacon not Ham so for 2 of these were charge $4.40 extra. So on our $80 bill family of 4 we left a 10% tip less the $4.40. Nothing said to us so nothing said in return! No need for the aggravation to ruin a good breakfast they can think what they want could not care less.

Great friendly customer service. Huge, great tasting portions. I had a 4 egg omlette. Would highly recommend.

Perfect brunch place. Tried the hot chocolate, its the yummiest hot chocolate ever! Tried skillet and avocado toast. Skillet was delicious. Quantity is good, we couldn’t finish all of it. Love the sitting space and ambience. There was a 10-15mins wait time because of long weekend but i enjoyed my visit. Would visit again!

“Eggsmart” leaves you to believe that there are egg cooking geniuses behind the kitchen. They couldn’t even fathom putting together the easiest prepared egg option, which is a hard boiled egg for my 2 year old son, who fellow parents know that at that age, kids are picky eaters. I was so close to going back in the kitchen myself and offering to fill a pot of water, turn to max, plop and egg in - shell and all, wait for boil, walk away for 9 min and retrieve. I observed the bewildered faces of the cooks back there as if I asked for them to make steak tartare or a dish of more complex measures. Needless to say their option of a poached egg, didn’t peak my son’s interest, and mind you this egg style requires more effort. My husband even overheard a staff member saying that we should have left our kid at home. A family restaurant!

I can not believe it was exactly.like the picture, they were even able to accommodate no green peppers.
I would recommend this place as they accommodated a party of 10. With 45 minutes to closing a Sunday.
Service still came with a smile.

Hostess was rude, server was even ruder. Won’t be back. Plenty of other restaurants in Collingwood that are friendly.

The food here is always great, but the service is hit and miss. Some of the staff are especially good with eye contact, remembering my order, being friendly, being attentive, and not leaving us with too long of a wait. Sometimes, however, we get staff members who seem to forget about us completely who don't use normal social pleasantries, and don't even make eye contact. Sometimes that leaves us waiting almost an hour combined between ordering and getting food then between receiving the bill and waiting to pay.

It is a great little diner the food is on point. The staff remember you when you come back. You can strike up a conversation with the locals and make new friends.
