NEW MANAGEMENT IS GREAT! Passed through the area recently and I was hesitant at first. We’ve been here a couple times before while visiting friends in the summer and gave up on the place it got worse. Huge difference! The portions are back to a healthy size and cooked just as I requested. Server was attentive and prompt and the place was CLEAN. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt this manager deserves it. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. We will be coming back

Raju was an incredible server, took his time to understand his customers and was very attentive to our request, he made it a very enjoyable experience, would definitely recommend!

I legitimately think we ended up coming on a bad day, but it's still up to management to ensure bad days are compensated for.

Went with a group of five, service was incredibly slow, but they were understaffed, so it's understandable. Maybe shouldn't be training on a busy Sunday morning?

Drinks were horrible, watered down somehow. Food was okay, but portions were extremely small for the price. Sides were forgotten entirely.

Was offered a 15% discount to account for the situation, however as a group of 5 we were already entitled to a 15% discount according to signage, so it felt like a very empty gesture.

For over $100 for a breakfast for 5, I would expect significantly more. Big props to our server for keeping her head up through the whole thing.

Great place for breakfast, kids absolutely loved it. Not a single complaint and their waffles or eggs benedict are amazing!

I wouldn’t recommend this breakfast restaurant. To start with our server looked like he just came from a homeless shelter. Ordered four breakfast plates and all four came with errors including serving my three year old daughter half raw eggs. When I mentioned raw eggs to our server, he laughed as he took them away. We send all four plates back and another server came over to verify our original order. Ten minutes later the whole order comes out for a second time and all wrong again so we walked out. Breakfast is the staple of the restaurant industry and the place wasn’t busy (three tables). Considering the price of eating out and this place specializing in breakfast, expectations didn’t even come close to being met. Luckily Neighbors is just down the street and reminded us of why they’re our usual breakfast choice.

Eggsmart is a great place for breakfast! They have a wide variety of delicious breakfast options to choose from. I highly recommend trying their Eggs Benedict!

My food was not fully cooked, there were hairs in everyone’s meals. Plus the servers did not speak English, so I was unable to get a cup of tea! The whole experience we awful and I should have just walked out!

This joint is da bees knees! Arpita the waiter done got us righter than 90 degree angle! He notice the Ketchup not coming out the bottle…. He got me another ketchup bottle, I’ll be darned! Bathrooms clean too, the soap dispenser didn’t fit on the sink too well but what can you do really? Arpita deserves a raise, he makes the face of egg smart look particularly smarter!

This is a great place to get breakfast with the family. I love the bennies and the waffles!

Really nice people working here. Service was quick and food looked great, overall good potential, BUT mediocre food. Tea - warm water was used, not hot. The plate the food came on was large and made portion size look tiny. Within a few short minutes all food had cooled off. It looked very good when it arrived at the table, but was merely warm when I bit into it. The breakfast sausages were the best part of the meal. They were hot, juicy, and delicious.

Terrible. As we walked in the front door there was a guy sitting with a waitress, he said twice "You are not allowed in here. We sat down ordered coffee when the waiter brought it over the cups were very dirty. At this point we decided to leave. We were charged $6.50 for the 2 coffee's we never drank.

I really liked the taste of food as well as presentation. The ambience of this restaurant is really pleasant, I would like to visit this place again and again

It’s a great experience to have my breakfast in eggsmart. The food severed was freshly prepared and super delicious. The nature of staff including the owner is very polite and friendly. Must visiting place.

Coffee at 1/2 strength or less. Ketchup bottles refilled, likely not with Heinz, as the bottles suggest. Eggs over easy.not really.more like woops we broke them.

Egg’smart is a best place for dine-in breakfast. Food is delicious as well as the service is also excellent. Wonderful experience.

Went to Eggsmart in Lindsay for breakfast. My husband and I ordered the early bird specials. I was asked if I would like onions in my hash browns. I said sure.
When we received our bill, mine was higher. When I questioned it I was told I added onions.
1. I was not told onions was an up charge of $1.65
2. There weren’t any onions in my hash browns.
3, How can a few tiny onion bits be $1.65!?
Also, the waitress’s perfume was so overpowering that it was all I could smell and taste.

Did not like this breakfast at all n ask for crispy bacon was under cooked couldn't eat it

Having moved to the area, familiar with Eggsmart, decided to enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the Lindsay location. I have given this Review some serious thought over the last few months. Upon entry, was greeted by a young woman, asked her if they have wi-fi, she said yes. Asked me if I was eating in or take out, I answered dine in, then showed me to a table. No menu offer, no drink offer, which I found strange at a breakfast place. Waited over 10 minutes, I know this because I asked if they had wi-fi as I wanted to do some work on my laptop while waiting for breakfast. Had my cellphone on the table which has the time on it, and was watching the waitress serve people that came in after me. This REALLY ticked me off. I walked out, refuse to patronize this establishment.

Fresh squeezed orange juice, lots of food for your money's worth.

Advertise Cheddar and Swiss cheese in grilled cheese sandwich.
Waitress could not answer simple question.
Is it real Cheddar cheese and real Swiss Cheese?
Not process cheese for the price.

Next, asked for Orange juice in the bottle, she said yes.
Handed me an Orange Drink $3.50, I said this is an Orange drink, not a Orange juice.

Condescending attitude.

Problem.
A Menu is a contract.
Drink is not a juice.
Process cheese is not cheese.

Price does not justify lack of quality.
Never had the breakfast.
Failed before they started.

I do not recommend this breakfast place.

Very Disappointed! Should not be on DoorDash as they can’t keep up with orders in peak times. On Mothers Day, I ordered DoorDash delivery for my wife who is immunocompromised and cannot leave home. I was overseas managing a family situation so could not pick up. I understood how busy it was going to be so I ordered 4 hours ahead. Order was cancelled 2 hours after the scheduled delivery time. Couldn’t get anyone at the restaurant to answer a call so I am left leaving this review. Thank goodness DoorDash is responsive and was able to keep my wife informed.

Response to owner: Totally expected response from you based on the other responses you have written to negative reviews. It would be nice if you accepted responsibility for poor service and apologized. Shifting blame to someone else always looks unprofessional. We happen to know that Dashers were available. DoorDash actually responded to calls and were very helpful. If you are only able to manage dine in customers, remove yourself from Dash deliveries. That way you won’t leave people waiting for meals for hours.

This is my and my boyfriends go-to restaurant for breakfast! The owner is always so upbeat and funny, warm & welcoming! The servers have always done a great job and clearly trying to do their best to make sure we are happy. The food is always delicious! We go almost weekly and it is 100% the servers and food that bring us back. The value for what you get is also very good! If there is a problem with your order as previous reviews have said, simply (and kindly) let your server know and they will fix it for you right away. We’re all human doing our best. I absolutely suggest giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed!
