Very small portion for 18 dollars for Benny's and it only covers half the plate food was good but for the price not again maybe double up on the 10 chuncks of home fries

Our server was very kind and attentive during our breakfast. The food was really good, all cooked well. My waffle and eggs were perfect just how I like them. I don't know why so many bad reviews here because it was top notch service when we went. I have absolutely no complaints and I really enjoyed everything. The best part was probably how sweet and kind the server was, I wish I asker her name. We came on a Monday morning so it wasn't busy at all.

Great all day breakfast and lunch offerings at 4293 King St. E. Kitchener location. I loved my Chicken Club $14.99; my husband had Pancakes and 2 sausages. He felt the pancake batter was sweeter than he liked, but size and consistency were good. $13.99. Not crowded or noisy. Bathrooms are clean. Ample parking (in a mall) Wait staff was very pleasant and attentive.:) This was our 2nd visit.

When the menu has beautiful pictures of food, they should try to replicate.
Missing or very little quantity of ingredients. Will not return.

Lovely Sunday breakfast. The food was great - normal portion, not too large, but everything was delicious and well seasoned. We had the avocado toast and the peameal eggs Benedict - would order both again. On top of that, the staff were so attentive and kind. We had to wait less than 5 minutes for a table, and we were reassured by the team that it would be ready soon - we were also given a heads up that our food would be around 10 minutes to come out, which is so appreciated. Everyone was lovely and it was a great morning - would recommend.

The food is excellent, potatoes a little over salted, but the service was terrible. We’ve gone three times.

The first time we went it was pretty busy so it was understandable that the services was slow. (5 adults, 1 child, 1 infant)

The second time we went there were only a handful of people. Service was very slow, it seemed like most of the staff were just standing around. It was took over twenty minutes to get someone to take our drink orders so we ordered our food at the same time. Among other things we had to ask for our bill several times which took over 20 minutes. By the end of our time there everyone was very frustrated. (4 adults)

The third and final time was the worst by far. The restaurant only had 8 other customers (3 other tables), but still the service was incredibly slow. There was no music playing so it was awkwardly quiet. It took 15 minutes to order our drinks, when they came we were missing half of them. We asked for sugar and cream three times. We had to place our food orders twice, by the time our food came we still didn’t have half our drinks or the sugar and cream. We had to ask for our bills twice. We had to ask for cutlery as well, which we ended up taking from another table. There were only the two of us at the table, it wasn’t like it was a large party. The first bathroom I went in didn’t have toilet paper. It felt as though the staff running the restaurant had never been to a restaurant. (2 adults)

It’s a shame because the food is great, but who has 2 hours to spend struggling to get service in a half empty restaurant.

Bright dining area. My husband enjoyed his breakfast, my pancakes were light and fluffy and sausages delicious!

Great spot for food and very tasty only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because compared to other spots it's much more expensive

The service was great but the wait for the food was a little longer and when the food came it was a little cold but the server was very nice

Nice open window, well lit place for a good breakfast atmosphere. Staff was super friendly, food was equally as good. Portions were bigger than expected. This place is a solid choice, I'll be back!

This place has so much potential. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere was great. The food was okay. The potatoes were a little over seasoned, the grill was too hot for the eggs and the pancakes had a very floury taste. The smoothies weren’t fiery flavourful and the ketchup was in a Heinz’s bottle but clearly was some cheap vinegar tasting brand. Prices were decent.

We seen the reviews were quite good, so thought we gave them a try, all went well till we got to the potatoes, they were not fresh and they were cold, I trust it just happened to us, (one time thing) but this time we can only gave the 2.

Twice tried, twice poor results. Canned hollandaise sauce, frozen potatoes and 2 blueberries and a small piece of cantaloupe for the fruit cup. Sad!

NOTHING is gluten friendly. Do NOT come here with any kind of food allergy or intolerance. They say to tell your server of any food allergies, but they will do nothing to accommodate them. What kind of restaurant does this, this day in age? My advice is unless you are blessed with no allergies/intolerances do not eat here.

We have been there a couple times since it opened and have enjoyed it. We went today April 1st and it was not good at all. We ordered the big breakfast. It was sent out cold. The pancake was cold and hard and so was the butter. The eggs were supposed to be over easy and the were barely cooked. We returned the eggs and they cooked up us some new ones. There was 1 waitress working at first and 7 tables pretty much coming at the same time. She was doing her best trying to ensure that her customers had coffee and what was needed and the staff in the kitchen couldn't even bring out the food for her.
When she brought us the bill she said that she saw the eggs and how they weren't cooked and she noticed the second time around they weren't done right either, they were hard. She said she gave us the biggest discount that she could without a manager being there.
Very disappointed in this visit.

This was disappointing especially since it was an early take out for a road trip. The toast and cut tomatoes weren’t well done.

Today we found one of the gem place to have breakfast. Our food at Eggsmart was delicious and well served. I believe this is best place to have breakfast in Kitchener and Waterloo area. Highly recommended.

We got the eggsmart classic with sausage and it was so good! Our server was very kind and there was little to no wait, we can’t wait to come back!

Lovely place! It’s my 3rd time in Canada and i will be back here every time i’ll have the possibility. Amazing food and good service!

Good customer service but the food was cold. I had the keto breakfast with a side of hash browns. The potatoes tasted old and were cold the avocado was rotten.

I have been at this location so many time. They have so many variations and the customer service is exceptional. They also have a few vegetarian/vegan options as well. Love the food and service here.

They can also customize according to your needs and dietary restrictions.
