This was probably the worst location I've been too. The floors were full of garbage, their only server was mopping, sweeping, serving and seating people all at the same time without washing hands. You can't pick up a mop and then serve food with your thumb on the plate I'm going to eat- super unsanitary. The worst part is, she only wiped down one of the two tables that she was seating people at, mind you it was not busy! The cloth they use to wipe down tables were supposed to be white, but they were brown. A couple sat at a table that had not been wiped down, forks changed or nothing. I went for my birthday breakfast-my children were starving so we stayed but It was not pleasant.

Do better Eggssmart!

Everything was good, nothing exceptional. Our server was really nice and also came by a couple of times to ask if we needed anything. I’m surprised I haven’t gone earlier. Everything was also pretty clean!

Eggsmart is the the absolute best. Very tasty meals and top notch customer service. My all time Fav is the Garden fresh vegetarian omelet with home fries and I usually like some Swiss cheese in my omelets and oh every bite is heart melting. Highly recommended.

The owner is repulsive! His acts towards employees is discussing and they deliberately steals from you.

I was so impressed with my breakfast this morning! My husband and I tried couple of items from the menu. We both finished our whole plates and were so impressed with the quality of the food and the short amount of time it took to receive it. The staff was sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back!

I quite like this place. Sometimes the eggs are we've been undercooked on my takeout orders, but I ask for it over easy, and I think they don't want them to get here hard. Sometimes the food is average most of the time it's quite good. But the service, the service is outstanding. My heart goes off to those ladies they work hard, and they're good at it

Got the egg smart Trifecta (2 pieces bacon or sausage, 2 eggs, 2 pancakes or a Belgian waffle) the pancakes were over cooked had to pay extra for maple syrup. Sausage and eggs were unseasoned. Staff were ok, restaurant was clean.

I love it, it's the only one I know that gives you natural orange juice prepared at the moment!

Got ubereats this morning. Wanted to treat myself n my son.and it was too cold and windy to go out (its only few min down the street from me) I only ate the pancakes and eggs and sausages. The homefries were still alittle hard and i asked for sautéd onions ontop and it looks like the onions were just thrown on there not cooked. I was not to happy with my order…. Tbh wish i could get my money back, i could’ve made the same thing at home that would probably tasted better.

I got 2 eggs Florentine for takeout and the lady taking the order will take 20 minutes but a actually over 45 minutes and we just had to wait

I went there early yesterday after dropping family off at the Hamilton Airport. I had there big breakfast and coffee. It was very filling I couldn't finish all my meal. The pancakes were big and fluffy. Eggs were cooked to perfection and the bacon. Ham and sausage was so good. Ria my waitress was great very friendly and always checking to see of I needed a refill for my coffee. This by far one the most friendly eggsmart I've ever been too from hostess. Cooks and waitresses.

Not bad, but sometimes, you'll find a little bit bacon in your home style fries. They should keep an eye on it. Cook separately.

I placed an order ahead of time so I can pick it up and be gone but they took a bit of time and people that ordered after me were getting their orders before me. I ordered the above, left as I had to get to work and they forgot the sausages and apple drink. I didn’t have time to come back, so I called and they said because I ordered off Uber I would have to get a refund through Uber but I ordered off the website, I tried telling them that over the phone and they said I would have to go online to get a refund. The avocado toast was also missing the fruit and was not as described. I’ve emailed them and still have not heard back.

Its actually my first time here I dine in goodness I’ve been waiting 45 mins to just order very slow past horrible service

Service was slow everything is sold separately so you get your food piece by piece so its cold when you finally get it all. Waiter was kind and polite but cluless. Had to literally get up and find her for a cup of water.

We went in for take out. Staff was extremely friendly! Service was quick. Unfortunately they missed a topping I payed extra for which, was aggrivating. So just check your food before you go and your good. Food is good, nothing special, but I would go there again.

Wasted the time eating here today. The order took an hour before served. And this is just breakfast. Eggs, fries and toast. The steak that arrived wasnt as ordered. I ordered medium rare, I got a well done. The mushroom!? Served raw. No point renewing all the order because it will take them another hour. And you say tips should be mandatory?

I recently purchased some food for my daughter and I on Mother's day, went home and was very upset! The food was beyond burnt. I took it back the next day and showed them.

I was asked if I would like them to cook a fresh batch for me but I told them No.
The owner then came up to me and ASK ME IF IM COMING FOR FREE FOOD?

I could not believe this man's demeanor! He then proceeded to give me my money back and told me not to ever come back to his place again.
I never felt to insulted and angry.

My experience at this place for the first time was awesome. The service was excellent, our waitress name is Star, she was so awesome she interacted with all whom she served I couldn't see her actual smile, due to the mask wearing, but her eyes says it all.and the other was Alice she didn't serve us but interacted, when she passes around. Good service, will come again.

Food was really great. Pancake was so fluffy and delicious. Omelettes and other dishes was really good.
It’s a brunch place so you have to wait for your order if it’s big. But overall service was really great.

I found a hair in my egg Benedict plate right before i started eating. I felt so inconvenient after telling them. 2 staff members came and asked me about it without appolgizing. And you bet they charged me for it.

Eggs and breakfasts go hand in hand since always and these people just make sure you fall in love for them all over again! Loved the staff too, who interacted well, were very kind, and asked for coffee refills, so nice to sit and dine here! Felt like visiting again and again. The only one issue for me is that I eat veg and egg but no non-veg food, and there are less variety in such a specific meal types. Well I am still delighted with the available options especially the welcoming staff ️ If you are in vicinity, this one you must not miss!

I ordered from uber eats, and my order was unacceptable. I ordered Avocado toast, only half the toast had avocado. I was also supposed to get two over easy eggs, I only got one. My husband got a omelette that wasn't fully cooked. This was the worst order I have received is long time.

Staff are great, they work fast, food is good, any inconvenience and they fix it up good, no complaints at all!

We received a great service! The lady who took care of us was super professional and she didn't left any detail unattended. Breakfast options are very good and healthy choices! We will be back!

Food was nice, it is great for people who love to control their salt intake and what not. You just have to make sure you put salt/pepper because the food is kinda bland. Freshly made orange juice was amazing! Will definitely check them out again.

Don't get the steak and eggs.the steak is thin and chewy. The coffee is average. Avocado toast and freshly squeezed orange juice is very good but the juice is expensive.

Delicous food, nice fluffy French toast. Eggs are well done. Outside patio is always a nice choice.

I got a the classic breakfast and they give 1 strawberry and 3 blueberries as fruits. Shame on them. Few potatoes. Very disappointed. Breakfast being my favorite food of the day i never thought they would be cheap on how much they provide.

Absolutely mediocre food. I would've said rubbish, but the freshly squeezed orange juice and Cobb salad bumped up a star. I've had much better brunch food for the amount we paid at other restaurants. The eggs Benedict was flavourless, the hollandaise tasted like cream like someone forgot to add any salt, and the fries extremely oily and soggy. The French Benedict's eggs also didn't have any seasoning, just eggs and boring taste, worst of all the home fries were undercooked and hard. I do not recommend this place if you like your food with some seasoning and flavour. I recommend this place if you'd like some fries with your oil.

This restaurant is a popular destination for all your breakfast meals you gotta try their fresh squeeze orange juice no preservatives no sugar. Goes well with a western omelette!

The food is good, i tried eggsmart big breakfast and eggsmart signature hash, i loved the 2nd one more. Their fresh orange juice is a must

I often take my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are yummy and the team is welcoming and cooperative. Every time we visit this place we enjoy a gorgeous time. I recommend this place with pleasure.

One of my go-to spots to grab some food.great location, clean, and awesome customer service. I highly recommend them!

Not once but 3 times received moldy food. First time was in the restaurant before COVID now its twice by delivery. Will no longer buy from them once is possible by human error. Three times mean they keep stock way past due date and with COVID slowing business they should have the time to review what they send out. Spent 3 days with tummy issues because of them.

The proportions are uneven all the time and the pricing that goes with it just doesn’t make any sense. (SELFISH). They’re hustling people left, right and centre.

Sharon is a darling! The rest of the staff is quite friendly except for one who on two occasions was very rude to me. I hardly go here now to eat. Ps the food overall is ok. I keep coming back because of sweet Sharon. She is a blessing to your establishment. Give her a raise!

Food was good, price a bit higher, staff was friendly but waiting time for our food was to long.

Food is was great, customer service was awesome! However, the outside look of the restaurant does not justify the interior, I think they should make the outside more attractive.

It was OK but nothing outstanding. Had bacon and eggs and was a little more expensive than other places I've been. Service was a bit slow. I don' think the had enough staff.

I went for breakfast a couple of times and it was amazing, clean and nicely oriented.however i went in one day to grab some breakfast and go as my boys had soccer this morning and the breakfast to go was just horrible. It looked rushed wasn't appealing to look at at all and I ordered an extra pair of toast that cost me 3$ nor did I recieve the pair of toast as well.very disappointed in the service.

I have had my breakfast here once before. Food and customer service was very good. However on my second visit 2 days ago, while eating, one of the waitresses thought it was appropriate to lean over near our table to scrap and clean the window while we were trying to eat our meal. It was so appalling, I asked her if it was necessary she clean the windows over our food especially that she was scrapping dirt off. Customer service response from her. " Well well than" I am sooo sorry about this" with much attitude. I than responded consider your lack of etiquette, what you did was unprofessional. She walked off with a snarky attitude to clean another window. I dont think my request was out of order. She is in the food industry and should know better. We gave the actual waitress catering to our table a tip. No thank you. We will not eat at this location again.

I went here a couple of times and I enjoyed it - however for my recent visit the bill was outrageous. The server tried to upsell us at every point and it was extremely annoying.

We asked for mayonnaise and she asked us if we wanted 2 and we said only 1. On our bill there was a 50c charge for it. In addition, we got charged $3.60 for 1 piece of bacon and $3.60 for 1 breakfast sausage. The menu said it came with 4 pieces each and 3 eggs but there were surcharges everywhere and that is not ethical. She told us it only came with 3 during payment - they didn't disclose the surcharge prices and this type of business practice is wrong.

Do not go here because you'll be hustled and the menu doesn't match what you are paying - they will charge you at every point and push things on you and will never tell you how much it costs.

Once again why would I pay an extra $3.60 for 1 piece when I can get another whole meal with 3 pieces (with the eggs, potatoes, fruit) for $5.99 - they are a scam! She said the $6.99 was just for eggs and no meat even though the menu said 4 pieces of bacon/sausage. The bill said $5.99 for eggs and bacon/sausage does that even make sense that without the meat it's $1 more? She's not even good at making up stories.

My partner and I came here for breakfast. We both ordered Eggs Benny (I think California?). Anyways, Benny was great, home fries were a bit bland. Very excited about the freshly squeezed orange juice available although it was quite expensive. Wait staff was nice but the kitchen staff was yelling weird things that could have been better off not heard by customers.

Just be aware of what you are getting price wise. The juice was actually freshly squeezed and the pancakes were to die for. That said other than price everything else was 5 star worthy and yes that's customer service included

Very friendly service! Had an amazing experience and will be back. I had the southwest bowl and it was good, but I would highly suggest the omlette! We will be back here again soon. I wish I remembered our servers name, but she was amazing.

Nice clean place but the bennies weren't that good very plain! The rest of the food was good fresh OJ! The service is excellent!

My little girls love it here, friendly servers, food is good, just wished there were more options or menu changes from time to time. Other than that pretty good. I choose them over sunset grill on Weston.

The girls here are such dolls! Always trying to be accommodating and right there when you need them! Aside from that, the real reason this gets a 2 star is due to the fact that one of their cooks just doesn't know how to deal with people or his staff members. He is always yelling at them and seems like a very angry person!

This was the worst breakfast experience I may have had and I expected a higher level from Eggsmart franchises. The cook is the problem here. I ordered a scrambled bowl but got omelette style instead. I asked for it to be scrambled from scratch as it was a scramble bowl which is more $$ than a classic breakfast. After getting the eggs back, it was clear that they just mashed the eggs that were sent back. The taste was stale. I felt like I was eating refried eggs. I asked for them to be redone as it was completely inedible. I paid for swiss cheese, onions and bell peppers mixed in but instead I received a slice of swiss slapped on my eggs. The taste was less stale and the presentation was better (eggs were less brown than previous time) but it was still bad. Their coffee is bad and I will never return to that location.actually I think I'm done with Eggsmart.

Sharon is a complete gem. My Wife and I stopped in for breakfast and had never been before. Food was good, exactly what you would expect from a good breakfast spot, but the service was stellar. Will definitely head back next time we're in the area.

Best place in the area for brunch! They're staff are super friendly and provide a fast service. The place has a good variety of options. I like that they have a lot of parking, a patio for the summer time and all day breakfast. The only thing that is not really good is the home fries. Aside from that coffee is fairly good and the smoothies too.

My friends and I always visit this restaurant on Monday. Our server Sharon is amazing. It's funny that when you enter The restaurant they already know your order. Love love this place. Cheers to the staff on mondays

My family and I come here all the time for brunch. The severs are all so nice and welcoming, and the food is always delicious!
