I have been to different Eggsmart locations before, but the quality difference I experienced today was disappointing.

When we were sat, I found our menus were sticky. In the span of less than 10 minutes, we were asked 5 times if we were ready to order, even though we were actively looking through our menus.

The mango smoothie was tart and bitter, but was manageable when we added a bunch of table sugar to it.

For an order of two waffles, for a restaurant with only other 4 tables, it took over half an hour to receive our order. And then, our orders were not even delivered together. We had to wait 10 minutes between each waffle being delivered, with one order being incorrect. At this point I was fine to just eat it because I was so hungry. The cherry on top was the runny whipped cream that came out of the unshaken can they poured on top of our waffles. The lady beside me even commented on how weird it looked!

Overall, service is unprofessional and the restaurant cleanliness needs to be improved for me to feel comfortable spending over $50 on a two-waffle breakfast.

$9 breakfast special is a good deal. Eggs hams potatoes breads and coffee. Place not crowded.

Worst place ever.
Food was awful the service was disaster and the server was on her phone she didn’t care it was Saturday morning and we were the only people there.
Coffee tested like awful I can’t even describe.
I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
Waist of time and money

My spinach & feta omelet with home fries and rye toast were excellent. The service and atmosphere also great. Will definitely return.

Usually food here is good, but some staff members definitely makes or breaks the experience

I love eggsmart but this place is cheap.small portion, No fruits, bacon cooked to much, water taste bad, no rhere something wrong here

Its amazing place to visit, I had avacado toast which served on sourdough bread. Great service. Clean and quite on Sunday morning, empty parking lot too.

Quality has been decreasing over time and the coffee doesn't taste the same, maybe it is a change in supplier

Service here is very bad. The waitress was constantly talking on the phone through a headset and not doing her job. I had to interrupt her phonecall by walking ocer to her and requesting sone butter and jam packets for our breakfast, which she didnr give us in the first place.

It’s great for the area. Food was really good. Service was not bad nor great. Coffee was ok.

Came to meet an old friend for a late lunch around 1 pm. Only 1 server and lots of tables were not cleaned off so limited tables to choose from.

Server was not particularly friendly in my opinion and neglected to tell me my sandwich came with a side and got fries by default which was not my preference. Got a coffee refill only once although bottomless.

My sandwich (salmon) otherwise was decent. May not return to this location in the near future.

2023. Gave this place 5 stars 4 years ago. Used to be my favourite spot. Visited at least a dozen times. No more. Deliberately ignored. Place wasn't that busy (25% occupancy?). Didn't serve coffee after ordering. Had to walk up to ask for it after seeing enough glances at my direction with hand up and eyes glaring. Servers seem completely confused with the new looking touch screen ordering system. If it doesn't help efficiency, go back to paper. At the end, service finished weak. Refill on coffee was offered once; about two minutes after the late coffee was served and none after that. I paid for what's stated as "bottomless coffee". Photographic evidence of bottom of cup included. Probably not coming back any time soon. Any other breakfast places nearby you guys can recommend?

Dirty tables & coffee spills all over the chairs. Food crumbs on the floor. 6 people at a table - 3 served, then one and then another, last served when everyone was finished. No response. Server asks for the order to your back. One server on a Saturday. No communication. Cold coffee. Never. Again.

Loved the salmon toast, delicious-especially the green ingredient on top of the salmon. Very zesty/sour. I love how lime taste n gave me line vibes 14/10. Also doable walk from the marriot hotel by marriot Toronto n I hope this is the correct eggsnart location.but omg so delicious dish

Nice bright atmosphere; good healthy selection for breakfast; decent prizes; NavPreet is a great server, pleasant, prompt and professional!

The food I received is good but the sausage was a little burnt and the egg Benedict is not runny as how I was expected.

I really liked the free coffee refill though.

Very nice little restaurant, cook was quick with getting us our food and it did not disappoint if you are in the area you should definitely give it a try
