Very friendly service, fast service and endless coffee. The food was ok, good place for a quick breakfast.

Make sure the food comes out as ordered before eating it.
I ordered a menu with bacon added to the basic menu, but the food came as standard, so I questioned it and only then did they bring me bacon.
And when paying after a meal, check the bill carefully.
In my case, I questioned it because it included coffee that I didn't drink, and I casually made an excuse that the bill was calculated based on the two tables combined, but at the time, there was no team in the store who only ordered coffee.
I feel like it happens on a regular basis.
There are restaurants operating like this these days.

Water served in the dirty glass utensils wrapped up in dirty napkins. And within about an hour and a half I was living in the bathroom

I had breakfast here on a Saturday morning around 9 AM. Shortly after I arrived it started to get busy. I got the keto egg breakfast because I have trouble with bread and sometimes potatoes so this was a great alternative for me. The atmosphere was chill and family friendly. I was greeted by friendly wait staff. I would definitely come back next time I'm visiting TO. If I got it again I would ask for no red onions (or less because they aren't my favourite). The double smoked bacon too was spot on!
I also liked how there were many egg options and I could choose the specific kind for my meal. Definitely lives up to it's name. Thanks for breakfast!

I was served moldy bread and compensated with watered down orange juice. I won't be coming back

We ordered the Strawberry Chocolate Pancakes, but unlike the picture, there was no cream on them. We were disappointed.

I normally don't like to make negative reviews but the waitress that served my bf and I not only didn't apologize for forgetting about us and our food for an hour, but brought us the food that was left on the counter for more than 30 mins (you can imagine how cold and soggy the food was when she served it to us). When we were paying for our food, she had the audacity to input the tip herself instead of having us do it.

We went there as a family on a Friday for breakfast. The place was very clean. Our server was quick and efficient getting our coffee and drinks and taking our order. The food was very good. It was prepared well and our instructions were taken into the account. We have been there a few times already and will be back again.

Very good "trucker" breakfast (toasts, eggs, meats and coffee). Just the right amout of grease (i like it). Generous portions.

Customer service is an integral part of restaurant business and I have to say that this place has failed to keep a returning customer. Picked up Classic Breakfast through mobile order. Upon entering the restaurant, no greeting from the server who clearly saw me walk in. I said I'm here to pick up my order, server pointed at the bag, shrugged and said "I guess that is it. " Leaving the restaurant, again there wasn't a thank you or a good bye. The food itself- mediocre. Seasonal fruit that comes with the order wasn't packed either. Truly all around unenjoyable experience here.

Food was just OK. The service was great. The main reason I am giving a 2 star review is the lack of gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options. No gluten free bread, and no dairy free milks for coffees. Its 2022, this is a bare minimum for restaurants to accommodate. Please add this to your menu!

Portion was good
But home fries was half rotten this morning.
I didn't want replacement and yet no discount on my plate for serving sour potato.
They don't have strong coffee either.

Quick breakfast joint. Good selection. Nice staff. Reasonable price. Can be quite busy on weekends as area doesn't have to many breakfast options. Don't be surprised if there is a lineup to get in if you go on a weekend.
Oddly, i think the cooks think butter is worth the price for gold because they don't like to give you any on your toast or its just a little dollop that is gone after first bite.
Also avoid replacing homefries with salid because the cook only gives you lettuce, chopped onions, sliced tomatoes and dressing. Definitely not worth $3.00.
Anoannoyingly staffs has obsessive need to refill condiments and jam selections on table as you eat. Choosing to reach over your meal as you eat instead of just waiting till you are done and before next dinners sit down. I have been many times and this happens almost every time.

Worst service ever - we arrived 15 min prior to closing and was told to leave unless we want to go.next time if you are in the area try Dennys instead of Eggfailed

I ordered the Family Bundle shown on the attached image from this location on Bay Street on UberEats (2 Can Dine (Omelettes), which clearly shows that the combo consists of Garden Fresh omeletes (with home fries, toast and fruit cups), but instead I received plain omeletes along with bacon and sausages instead.

When I called the restaurant, the rep said all they saw on the order was "2 Can Dine (Omelettes) " and since they didn't immediately see any other details, they just ASSUMED that I wanted bacon and sausages! I explained that "2 Can Dine (Omelettes) " is the name of a Family Bundle, and that they need to check what that combo means and then prepare it accordingly. The rep proceeded to tell me that this was not their fault and that it was an UberEats technical issue (!) and that I needed to contact UberEats to resolve the technical issue for them! I honestly couldn't believe what I was hearing!

Anyways, getting a refund via the UberEats app was quick enough. However, I wasn't impressed at all by the response I received from the restaurant (let alone an apology). Soon after, I went ahead and ordered from Denny's on UberEats, and received my breakfast exactly as ordered.

Been going to this location for around 10 years on occasions and it's gone through a lot of changes and rebranding but overall I feel it's stayed the same (99% sure the orange juice machine hasn't changed).
The food is good, albeit I don't like the new lunch focused items they've added to the menu. Prices are reasonable, I assume corporate sets them. I do hope to see the water kettles they used to serve with tea back once covid settles, or at least I'd like water refills on the tea (there are coffee refills on the coffee). I dislike the smoothies they've added.

The staff were friendly and food was delicious, the hollandaise sauge on the Eggs Benedict was lacking some flavour and potatoes were a bit undercooked and crunchy in denser pieces.

The management needs to work on fruit flies control.
As a health care worker; My suggestion is to clean the beverage drains every hour x until pest free, bleach the drain daily with hot water and a little bleach.
And contract a professional pest control services.

Cute little breakfast place near the Delta Chelsea hotel. Really nice older guy was our waiter (He deserves a raise). Food was great, no complaints!

This restaurant was a delight experience. Their food is delicious for a cheap price. Their coffee was actually good and didn't taste burnt. And the staff was very nice. Overall, great experience and would totally recommend.

Had a super yummy breakfast here the other day. The orange juice is fresh squeezed, the service is great and welcoming. All around good experience.

Par contre dans mon choix de repas (eggsmart signature hash), il y avait trop de pommes de terre et pas assez de bacon, je n'ai vu que 3 minuscules morceaux de bacon. Restaurant à revisiter.

We had a fantastic breakfast. Loved their "lighter side" menu where I enjoyed poached eggs, my choice of bacon, turkey bacon or sausage, toast and fruit. A bright clean and cheerful atmosphere and wonderfly prompt and helpful staff

Had the Mediterranean scrambled plate and potatoes were very salty. My friend had the classic breakfast and the bacon were burnt. Overall, the food was not up to the expectation.

Eggsmart in general is good food for a good value. Their food is consistent. Hot and delicious. However, i went to thos location and Bay Street and i presume this is the 'flagship' location. Food was great as usual. But the cantaloupe was delicious as well as the orange slice. The fruit tasted like real fruit which means there was less carbon footprints. My girlfriend wont eat there again but i pleaded with her. She said, "No, the west coast omelette was too good. She believes her savory experience can not be replicated. So.for thhis reason, i give this location a 4 instead of 5 stars. (i lile to be consistent also) i want this location to keep up its excellent work for providing a quality meal. P. Good breakfast spot but the best part was our server Sandy. She was the kindest woman and lifted my heart. She was incredibly accommodating and extremely efficient serving such a busy restaurant. Best server I’ve experienced in my entire life.

Huge portions, reasonable prices compared to others. Great choice for adults but nothing suitable for kids

Went here instead of our over priced hotel for breakfast and was so impressed with service and food even as it was busy time still made sure every thing was sorted fast without dropping the standard of the food will be going back for sure.

This place was much better than I expected. I was served by a very nice staff member, and the solid hangover breakfast helped what ailed me.

I really enjoyed my breakfast and the service was efficient and friendly. I ordered the classic breakfast with peameal bacon, and it was a generous portion of satisfying food. +1 for being a good place for solo dining. -1 for restrooms, which are down in the basement and could use some upgrades.

The food is good tastewise and portionwise. Restaurant ambiance is not as good as ut could be. Service was a bit slow may be because it was very bust. But good restaurant should not hide behind this excuse. Furniture is terrible with plastic chairs.

The restaurant is decent for the typical breakfast food but nothing to write home about. We were seated quickly but I think we should do better in staffing the restaurant for high volume times of the day.there was only one waitress and she was definitely trying her best to get to everyone as quickly as possible. Very much a diner style location - service and food was great. Location is very busy, but not much of a wait to be seated.

It is a nice place for having brunch. The quality of the food is very good but the portion is average and acceptable. The seating is comfortable. It is crowded during weekends and you may have to wait for a while (not too long) to be seated. The washroom is located downstairs and not very convenient. I tried Baja from their menu and I really liked it. Here is the photo I took of that dish.

Phenomenal food, phenomenal service, the waiter we had was hard working and very kind, gave her a 20% tip. Highly recommended this place for a good breakfast.

Staying in Toronto while a family member is on UNH. Visited a few times and staff was always great as well as the food. Special shout out to our server Sandy who always greeted us with a smile, quick service and helped us with our menu choices.

I order Benedict with salmon for $14 before tax.

The Benedict is perfectly cooked, the salmon is perfectly smoked and sliced, most potatoes aside are perfectly flavored, and some of them are not flavored at all.

Nice presentation of the plate. The main dish, the egg bendict is put in the middle, which is strongly emphasized. The colour of dish is nicely presented, with different and amazing yellow colour of foods.

The bread underneath is properly dried, in a beautiful colour and flavor.a fly in the ointment, the Benedict is not put in the middle of the bread
