Went in for coffee this morning. I was pleasantly surprised by Kathy, she is amazing to customers. Looks like a clean and well run establishment and I have a feeling it's a huge part to her. Thank you.

Stopped for breakfast enroute to Port Dalhusie. EGGSMART is 16min from Niagara Falls Eastbound on 420 off at Lake Street.the restaurant is at Geneva and North Service Rd. Plenty of seating and was clean.

They have excellent selection of breakfast items on the menu. Wasn't too hungry so just had 2eggs overhard, bacon and a waffle. $ 11.99 plus TX plus coffee #2.99 plus TX
The waffle was perfect and delicious. Egg and bacon were how I like it

There wasn't any music playing at this one but tvs were on mute. I like to hear music it creates an atmosphere. Just my preference.

Service could have been better as I had to wait and ask for utensils and extra coffee. Just the little things that matter. Staff were polite and food brought out quickly.

This location across from Tim Hotoms, food basics and lots of other businesses. 6min drive to Port Dalhusie

Trying to call and place an order for takeout and someone keeps picking up then hanging up. If you are busy just tell your customer dont try and runaway from your “problems” because it will only hurt your business as I can get food at a million other places. This is bad practice.

Went here recently for breakfast. No debit machines, no decaf coffee and no hash browns. They were serving tater tots instead. Service was good but understaffed

Absolutely the worst breakfast I have ever experienced. Zero pride
From the breakfast cook and if I was a server I would refuse to server it.

Pancakes were tough
No.fresh Orange juice as advertised on menu
Eggs were greasy
Sausage were tasty but also chewy

We have been going there for years and it was not a good meal this time. The home fries were terrible (changed the way they cook them). The sausages were so over cooked that at one end they were like eating sawdust and my eggs benedict was only half good the other half was egg whites and so watery the bun was soggy oh and you no longer get orange or fruit slices of any kind. We won't be going back any soon.

I give this 5 stars for service and early morning special! Where on earth can you go for a HUGE breakfast platter of eggs, meat, toast, coffee, and hashbrowns for under $10 these days? Nowhere - that’s what I thought…and leave these great waitresses a nice tip for their awesome service!

I went with my husband and 2 babies for Father’s Day and it was the worst service we have ever experienced. It took like 20 mins for someone to come and give us a table. We were sitting diwn for like 30 mins no menus and weren’t even offered water to drink. There was another group of people who were getting angry because they had been for their food for a long time. There was only one server for such a busy day, although the restaurant wasn’t full. I think the owner was there and was sitting at a table and given the circumstances i think he sounds have stepped in and helped out. Eventually we were given the menus and still nothing to drink because the server said she would be “right back” around 20 minutes passed and nothing. So we got up to leave and as we were leaving the waitress comes to the table asks “are u leaving or staying” i said I’m leaving and she said okay have a good day. No customer service whatsoever.

I had breakfast there today and I am not happy or rather impressed that we had to wait for 15 minutes to be served and then we had to wait shortly because the order was not the full order.
Eggs were ok home fried were dry. I do not blame the waitress she was running waiting on customers be herself no one else but her

The wait was horrendously long for the most disgusting food I have ever tasted. If you are looking for a good breakfast DO NOT go here. The waitress brushes her hair back 3-5 times a minute which left a hair in my food. The food itself is gross. I recommend Cora or sunset for good breakfast

We had brunch here yesterday. The poor server was relatively new and all by himself. Thankfully it wasn’t too busy, he really did try his best, but the service was pretty slow.

Our food arrived ice cold.even my kid’s meal. The presentation was just terrible. The homefries were severely burnt, like bottom of the barrel. All the pictures on the menu show fresh fruit, well the server informed me that due to inflation, they were eliminated the fruit. Well the photos are really misleading.
We will not be going back here, ever again…

There was mixup with my on line and telephone orders. Food was waiting almost an hour. When i got home I called them twice once I realized mix up. The waitress didn’t seem to understand what she was doing when I picked the order up. I know it was partly my fault but it was also partly hers. No one was able to help. They left a detailed message for owner to call me the next day. He never did. I didn’t get food I paid for. Food we got to was sitting an hour and not good because of that. I am writing this ten days later. It would have been nice to talk to owner rather than be ignored

Horrible owner horrible experience. Would rather eat at Stacked or Sunset grill. Owner does not pay employees and assaults them.

Great service, delicious food, kids love it! They have a treasure box for the kids to pick a toy out of after they’re done eating, absolutely genius to entertain the kids. Amazing service all throughout

Super fresh and yummy food! I always get the eggs benedict with smoked bacon and its always the way I like it. Fast friendly service!

Service was fast and our waitress was very attentive. She always made sure we had our coffees stocked up. Food was great and the prices were good for how much we got in our meals. Cook even gave us some extra food they had left over free of charge:)

This is our go to breakfast spot. The staff is amazing and always friendly. Food is delicious every time with generous portions. Had a special request for homefries and they did it no problem. Recommend!

It was fair. The waitress was nice. The breakfast wasn't great the eggs weren't done right. Had to send them back. The restaurant it self was clean.

II had to give one star and I hated to give this place one star, Went there with the kids and the service was slower then the second coming, One kid was served SOUR MILK, The coffee tasted like transmission fluid, We ordered and waited and waited 45 min later, We left.
I WOULDN'T LET MY DOG EAT THERE, THE PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED!

We went for fresh squeezed orange juice and got a bottle of "from concentrate" was disappointed. Bacon was good, did not get much fruit on my french toast. Staff was nice enough, but I think the waitress was new.

I really enjoyed breakfast here. Very pleasant staff and clean location. Portions are generous and the egg yolks were such a vibrant orange compared to what comes out of grocery store eggs.

This is a fantastic breakfast place. I go here most weekends before I start work. The service and food are both amazing and everything is done in a efficient and in a timely manner. I will not change my breakfast place. This is the best

Don't go there! Called to ask a couple questions and was hung up on. Called back again and thought it was a mistake. They hung up on me again. Told me it was too busy and they didn't have time to answer my questions. If there was an option for 0 stars.that's what I would give! So ignorant!

I visited this place with my family right up when the patios were open again this summer. They charged us $1 for water bottle because couldn't serve tap water (Covid reasons) same for orange juice. We notice food portion were less & price increased. I used to enjoy this restaurant before the pandemic although don't get me wrong the Customer Service is impacable lovely waitress but it's not enough. I was still hungry when I left not kidding, overall disappointed- with the money spend there I could cooked an amazing breakfast myself.

This has become a regular hangout for my family. Our food is always excellent! It's not cheap, but it is good value for the type of restaurant that it is. The selection is amazing!

We usually get outstanding service here. The servers regularly offer to help us out by washing our toddler dishes. We've even been offered things like a complimentary fruit plate for our daughter when our breakfast order was held up. It breaks my heart to read about people getting subpar service here, because we have always been treated so well. It does happen though. This morning, our service was uncharacteristically subpar. Everyone was really friendly, but parts of our order failed to show up, t showed up without hot water, coffee service was slow, and we got spilled on twice. If this had been our first experience, we would have been pretty upset. I get it. It's really busy on Sunday mornings, but it might be that someone needs to take a look at the process and find ways to improve.

The front seems really clean to me. My daughter is always throwing things on the floor, and I've never noticed any issue when I go to pick them up. Unfortunately, the women's bathroom smells like mildew. I know this because I sometimes go in with my wife to help her with a diaper change for our daughter. The men's is fine, though it doesn't have a changer as far as I know. Tough luck for the women though. It would make me really uncomfortable using that facility on a regular basis.

My wife loves brunch. We have tried a few places, and eggs Mart has proven to be the best for quality value and service.

My kiddo’s and my favourite place for mama daughter dates! Great food and always such friendly service! Love it!

Finally able to return for our retiree breakfast. Food was as good as ever! Our server Denise was Amazing and interactive with all. Great food, great price, great service! What more could anyone ask for.

Breakfast was delicious, staff very attentive and friendly, fantastic experience, highly reccomend. We will be back.

This place was really a hole in the wall. Manager was completely ignorant and trashy looking. When we arrived at the door she asked if we were vaccinated, we said yes but our 6yr old was not. She refused us entry. We asked her if she understands the rules and she went on about ranting it's the government, not me. She was rude and pushy in the way she spoke with us, not letting us say a word. Whatever, we just left.

Nice place! Great food, great service from friendly staff and great pricing. Will definitely come back.

This used to be out go-to breakfast joint but unfortunately, not any more. We returned for the first time since Covid and the quality had gone downhill. I understand there has been a turnover in staff as I did not recognize anyone except the owner but the owner should be maintaining quality control.
The size of the coffee mugs have shrunk. The nice pan-fried seasoned potatoes are now deep-fried and no seasoning. No fruit served with classic breakfast even though still on menus and posters. The toast was barely toasted and pretty much warm bread. My over-medium eggs were over-easy and running all over the plate.
It was disappointing.

I was a customer in the store on Sunday Sept. 19/21 and I overheard the cook James and Kevin verbally abusing with vulgar language the waitress which was her first shift on the job. I strongly suggest that these people be mandated to go back to school because they left their manners and very unprofessional with co workers. It was a very awful experience to be a customer sitting there and having to hear all these monstrosity. Where is the manager? Why do you allow this to happen? I will not recommend your restaurant to anybody because you have very poor staffing and nobody respects anybody in your workforce. Your restaurant does not even deserve 1 star. Usually the staff reflects the owner's personality. I hope I am wrong.

I went with my parents this morning for my mom's 80th birthday and had a really wonderful experience. The server was very enthusiastic and helpful-he had only started the job 5 days ago and I felt he did a great job. The food was perfect. We sat inside at a booth and felt safe. Staff wore masks and tables were far apart.all places have good and bad days, but I felt they were really trying their best and I'm grateful as it was our first time inside a restaurant in 1.5 years.

Great little diner! We got the eggs bennies and they were delicious! The waiters were so nice and attentive. The prices are great and it was very clean inside. I will be back again for sure!

Good food but we got up early on the civic holiday to get the special just to be told it isn't offered that day but the website cleary states not on stat holidays. They need to either remove stat on the website or offer the special because the civic is not a stat holiday.

I’ll start off by saying the wait staff were lovely. However every other part of our experience was so terrible I’m still not sure why we stayed. We were told that it would be 35 minutes for our food and we thought that was fine but got nervous when the couple behind us left after an hour and forty five minutes without their food. We did end up getting our food in about an hour however the plate that my husbands food was on had sticky baked on food of questionable origins. The food was fine but that’s it. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. I have never felt more compelled to write a review to hopefully save someone from having a similar experience or to encourage management to make some necessary changes.

Waited a long time before even being greeted by our server but after the first interaction she was tentative and social with us. Coffee cups never completely emptied as she always was bringing by more. Food was good as well. One male server constantly had his mask off as well

Went this morning for a pick up order. Left 20 minutes after I ordered it. Showed up to the restaurant and walked in. No employees had masks on. And they seemed shocked that I was there to pick up my order so quickly. Sure maybe I caught them off guard.

Ended up being 35$ for cold scrambled eggs. And a waffle that had this weird bitter after taste? Maybe too much baking soda?

Just disgusting and sad public health protocols in the store. Really concerning.

I have been to egg smart multiple times and today not only am I disappointed I am insulted. As stated if you order online menu comes up with options of what you'd get on normal menu.
Egg Bennie is my regular order as as I know comes with bacon, however as I am told if you place order online you have to add this to "comment section. "
That's right if you want bacon you have to actually add that to the comments on a dish it is supposed to come with.

I'm a regular customer at eggsmart, have been coming here for years! Ever since the new owner took over its been even better Chris the owner and the waitress Cathy know my usual order and go above and beyond every time!

Ordered the two breakfast takeout special for $11.99. Order was ready when they said it would be. Was accurate and tasted great. Good service and a great value.

First time here today. Felt inclined to review because they were so busy but handled it well despite. My waitress was cheery (forget her name) despite the house being full! She kept our drinks full! Our food was tastey and hot. I had a spinach and feta omlette and they loaded it up. My husband had the simply two eggs and they were poached to perfection. We shared a side of pancakes warning they are huge! I hope this business sticks around. We’ll be back again.

Just came here for the long weekend! Really great food, served us really quickly, for a long weekend! Serverd by a cute girl with tattoo's who gave us advice to what to do and see on our stop over for the night!

Smashed avocado = a few slices of unripe avocado. Cutlery came wrapped in a napkin that was wet with what I hope is coffee. Slow service.

Great specials at a great price. Reasonable wait times because they are usually quite busy. Great, friendly staff (Kathy and Chris). Food is always hot when it arrives at our table. Our go to place for breakfast.

If you want a place where you can get a great meal, this is the place to go. Great service friendly atmosphere and great portions.

Terrible costmer service. It closes at 3pm and I arrived 1: 45pm and was told they could not serve us because they were closing. With over an hour to be served, I was very disappointed. The sign also said they were open. I will not be going back here again.

No thanks. Never again. Charged $27.63 for 2 patrons orders - my pancakes that were cold and tasteless and a spinach and feta omelette overrun with spinach and no feta! Biggest complaint 66 MINUTES to receive our order. Table tippy, no sugar, salt n pepper or ketchup on our table (took condiments from empty table). So I repeat no thanks - never again.

We loved our first visit today! The service is excellent, and so is the food. Prices are reasonable and they have early bird specials. Highly recommend!

My staff and I always go every other Friday for breakfast (always at the sunset grill in the mall) but have had nothing but bad experiences there, we went here for the first time last week and loved it! We will always be back here for our bi-weekly breakfast! The staff are so so sweet and perfectly accommodating, and the food was much less expensive and better quality!

This is a place in st Catharines you should check out, they serve an amazing breakfast and it's very reasonable. Be advised, it's so good, that it was really hard to find parking, the place was packed!

They started by not even getting our drinks right. Next, after ordering our daughters food, they didn't give her any eggs. When we asked, she said they could come with eggs. What does that even mean? I ordered a meal that I thought come with toast, because the header said that all breakfasts come with toast and potatoes, but when we asked, no, that one doesn't. Maybe the menu should be clearer. I have never left a restaurant without leaving a tip. I can no longer say that. Its pretty bad when you can say that Super 8s complimentary breakfast is better!

Fast, friendly service and very reasonably priced. It feels cozier than it looks. Generous servings, and cooked well! We both had the bacon and eggs early bird special. Both of our eggs were cooked over-medium, and they were both consistently the same. Rye toast was actual whole pieces (not the tiny end pieces I usually get at restaurants) and the bacon was perfectly cooked. Crispy but not burnt. I would have preferred if the homefries were seasoned, but I'm very particular about how my potatoes are cooked. I go out for breakfast fairly often, and this is one place I'd definitely go back to!

I am thoroughly impressed with the overall service at EggSmart. Chris, the owner, has established a presence in the restaurant that is reminiscent of the days gone past when an owner would welcome you and ensure that you were taken care of. The added bonus is that this service is complimented with a great selection of food at reasonable prices. I love the added bonus that they have healthy options. I frequent this restaurant one to two times a week and the wait staff and the owner should be commended for their hard work in providing superior customer service and a great experience overall. Do not recommend. The person
who owns the chain is the waiter and probably the cook. The presentation of the food is bad. The bananas for my waffle were poor the blue berries were frozen. No because they are not in season but why mangoes and grapes. No wiped cream was provided. I was toll in a very nasty way; that I have to asked for it not even then the cream was provided because I was at the beginning of eating the waffle. The bacon for my son's was not charged because they forgot to added.
This is a chain restaurant they must work with the same model as the rest of them one bad restaurant will affect the rest.

Just alright. The food is nothing to rave about, and the staff is about the same (with one exception!). Not very accommodating to dietary restrictions and a tad overpriced for the food they serve. Although the portions are large, it's still just your average breakfast place.

Been a long while since I thought about this place. Had a gift certificate from another location that had St. Catharines listed. They would not honour it despite the fact it was signed. Still paid for my food which was ok. Thing that bothered me was the integrity of the owner not to honour this and for that reason I will not eat nor recommend this place. The server at the time was quite rude too considering my own embarrassment and frustration. So many other places to choose from that have been awesome. Sad because the Mississauga Iocation I tried was fantastic.

Ordered a “homemade lemonade” definitely from a can, on top of that garnished with slimey molding lemons, my boyfriend then ordered the eggs Benedict and asked if it was possible to order an extra one with his meal and our servers response was “what do you expect the kitchen to do with the other half then? ” Our friend then stepped in and said he’d get one as well and they ended up just ordering 3 orders of the eggs Benedict because our server seemed angry and annoyed with us. Bacon was way too over cooked and the strawberries and blueberries in the fruit bowl were old and unpleasant. Very unimpressed with the lack of professionalism

We had fine meal during some of their busier hours. Our waitress was communicative but not as attentive as we would have liked. The coffee was a medium roast. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with peameal bacon. I was very good. The all star of the meal was the home fries which came out all-dressed. They don't over do the hollandaise sauce. My wife ordered a fresh fruit waffle. It was unremarkable. It was a very good breakfast and probably great if you're in a rush at most times.

Breakfast was good, I enjoyed the hollandaise sauce the best. The service was astounding and the best part of the whole dining experience. Keep it Eggsmart

Hi We ordered takeout at Eggsmart a while back and the food was good. There was a mix up with the bill, and though it was a week or so later: the mgmt.team stepped up immediately and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Thanks again, Chris
