This clinic, in general, is very bad, but Dr. Munner is the worst. I went on Sunday and he was very rude and arrogant. He didn't want to check my file, he said he is working there only part-time and he doesn't know anything, so he told me if I want I can take advil for my back pain. He also told me I should look for another doctor in another clinic, maybe in the next plaza.
I don't know how this man can be called "doctor". No professionalism at all.

Went here once as this was the only walk in clinic open near on a weekend. I went in quite early, the wait was about 10 minutes and the doctor did a good job addressing my illness.

Took my grandmother to see Dr Muneer, guys a world class clown. Probably the rudest and most laziest animal iv ever met in my life. Barely let me speak and screamed at me when I was trying to confirm if there were any side effects from the medications. As we were leaving he whispered “dirty Tamils, never come back” and he slammed the door. I pray this idiot loses his license asap and gets his karma soon.

Been to dozens of doctors, Dr. Muneer is by far the WORST! He was extremely rude and dismissive. Has a huge chip on his shoulder and a big ego that is not justified. He didn’t listen to the the full story, just quickly prescribed a medicine without reading my medical history or asking any questions. He should not be allowed to practice! Sad I have to even give 1 star, would give ZERO if I could!

Even on emergency don't walk in here. Worst rude egocentric behaviour, unprofessional doctors, lacks concern for patients not sure. Surprised how they are still allowed to practise. Front desk lack of proper system, tracking and confuses for people, dont gather reports from labs on time, dont properly do referalls to specified doctors, need multiple followup.

One of the worst doctors you could go to. I went in there once letting him know I had damaged my elbows and they were either fractured or broken and he laughed at me saying I wouldn't be sitting in front of him if that were the case. Turns out that was the case so goes to show you the level of knowledge or professionalism this joke of a doctor has.

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. However, Dr. Muneer does not speak to patients with respect and in my opinion does not do his job well. If a patient has concerns he should address them rather than putting it off as no big deal and speaking disrespectfully. Horrible experience, would not recommend him.

Online says open on Sunday, however when I reached there it was closed. Please update your hours online.

The clerk was very welcoming. However, unpleasant experience with "Dr. " Muneer. I came in as a walk-in patient and my encounter with the doctor was not pleasant at all, he appeared and talked arrogantly to me during the entire conversation and when I kindly asked him to fill out paperwork for my school he stated "I do not have time, I have a meeting". He lacks empathy.

Horrible doctor who does not respect his patients and is extremely rude. He should loose his practice! I do not recommend this doctor at all!

Just make a correction in prescription they made me wait for 2 hours. Height of disappointment.

They don't go by first come first serve priority, u can come in before, and someone after you will be called. Because of this you will have to wait longer.

They are not very organized.

They don't do social distancing properly. It can be jam packed with people not properly distancing. This can cause a high chance of catching covid.

Very efficient, no unnecessary talks like other Asian doctors in town. Medications and tests are given and done only if necessary. Never pushed for any unnecessary services.

At one time, he was an amazing doctor (about 20yeats ago?). He had specialized knowledge of South Asian bodies, and the illness they would be proned to. But being one of the few Tamil doctors at the time, new immigrants started flocking to him, and he became inundated with patients. He seems to be focused on seeing as many patients as possible these days (ie.quick turn-around time with little concern for their needs), and his practices are very dated. You would be better off seeking a younger doctor who would be informed with modern practices in medicine, and a facility that would also equally be modern (ex, electronic booking, seeing test results online, etc). Firstly, a virtue of a good doctor is patience and you surely need to practice it, especially to treat children.some of the kids are very scared of injections and may give a little harder time but that does not give you any right to call them “disgusting”, and that too on their face.you have made a negative psychological impact on my child!

Secondly, My 6year old complained of severe arm pain after she came home, post the vaccination.when i removed the bandaid, I see that she has a cut on her arm where you gave the injection! A literal scar caused by the injection needle.

Looks like you vented out your anger and frustration on the kids and you surely cannot handle your patients well!

It’s time for you to go back to basics both skills and learn the qualities of being a good doctor!
