Eglinton Park

The park is right in the middle of the City of Toronto and it was extremely busy with lots of little children and parents, on a friday evening. Everyone seemed to be enjoying the park. All the swings are over a soft, spongy cushion, so the kids don't get hurt when they inevitably fall.

My daughter loves playing at this Park. It's the best Park. Nearest to Eglinton Subway and Midtowners. 3 -12 years can play on structures and have loads of fun.

An amazing place to spend time with family, friends, or just relaxing and sunbathing by yourself! Nice park for children. Located right next to the community centre!

Just awesome: Gigantic space to run, play soccer, picnic. Splash pad operational and well supervised. Playground is the most elaborate (and safe) one I've ever seen. The playgournd itself is great for all ages, particularly aged 3-9ish.

The park there is huge and they have slide for different ages.
The grass area is enormous and our picnic time with friends is totally remarkable.

Huge park with many soccer fields, baseball field, playgrounds. There's one area with many trees where is nice to seat and enjoy the view of midtown Toronto.

Great for friendly outdoor activities or just relaxing in the shade on the hillside. Conveniently located near Eglinton Station.

Nice little park in the middle of the city to relax, play sports or walk the dog. Glad that the washrooms are opened again since that was my only complaint before.

Very nice park, quite big, with a lot of grass and space for picnic. The playground is also big enough for kids to play and be entertained. I also liked that it had two or three picnic tables next to the playground. The best thing right now is that the washrooms are open, as it is very difficult to go with the kids and then realize that you have to rush home as there are no bathrooms open. We went there last weekend and it was full of people. Something which I didn't necessarily liked is that the picnic tables are mostly under shade, so make sure to get some clothes as you might feel a bit cold.

It is a beautiful park and quite wide. The terrain has small hills or slope in it. Also includes small trail to climb up with wooden staircase. It has amazing little park for kids. The amenities of slides etc is pretty good and maintained. Apart from that it has good connectivity from Englinton side and Avenue road side too. It has a fitness trail made for whole family.

I left my phone in the skate change room. I got it back. The guys that I played shinny Hockey with were super nice.

This park is so beautiful with wide open space in the middle of a busy part of the city. It's great for kids and dogs - it often brings people together.

Went to skate and toboggan. Able to get skates on in community centre and use facilities. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Skating rink was clean of snow and in very good condition.
The hill was excellent for tobogganing. Running back up was not a problem, not too steep or too big.
Need to bring your own snacks and drinks.
We had a lot of fun.

This park is very convenient and has a large open area. Many people take their dogs there. Nice area. However, I heard that it is not a legal dog park and sometimes police come and fine the dog owners if got caught - for this part of story, seems a little unfriendly.

Great place to take the kids, all year round. The community centre is one of the best in Toronto.

Nice basic park. Not much to see. Sherwood is a lot better option if you are just going for a walk.

The park is great for children 2 years and above. The park is very clean, the playground is well maintained and includes a play area for toddlers and children. I love their strict non smoking policy. Its a nice tobaganing spot during snowtime and your kids can have a nice refuge from sumner heat at the fountain

Water temperature was cold and the air temp going to the change rooms is freezing. Maybe think about turning off the ceiling fans

It's just your typical park. It is spacious for a park in the city. There is parking available.

Big field, two baseball courts. There is also a hill nearby, a lot of people walk their dogs. Very fun looking playground and places to sit near. Very calming field in the middle of the city to just relax and breath in.

Very wide area to bring and let your dog run free. Very full of nature and is a beautiful park to enjoy on a day meant to chill with your family or friends

A really nice park, big playground for kids, large fields for soccer and dog, baseball Dimond, and a small shady hidden areas for smokers. It has something for everyone. PSA if you have kids avoid the more wooded areas, unfortunately alot of weed smokers will leave their bongs and other drug related garbage there.

Small park, good for playing: football, badminton, etc.
Not for a walk between trees experience.

A place riven with soccer practice for tykes, when you get there in between practices and you want a game of catch it tag football or baseball on the two diamonds the place is yours. A great place to play frizby with the dog, or just walk the perimeter for some easy cardio, I love this place! The playground has been revamped only recently and now is host to teams of squeezing kidies having a blast as their parents helicopter over them lol! The ice cream truck is a regular in the parking lot, I wish I had his business, he makes a killing!

It has everything you need for an afternoon at the park with the kids.

The wading pool hours could be longer (it closes at 4: 30), but at least they use the fountain, so it's a bit like a splash pad as well. The (free) outdoor pool is also an option. There is a large playground area with equipment that kids of all ages can enjoy. There are large fields and a washroom that is decent by City standards.

There is plenty of street parking as well as a free parking lot for the indoor rink next to the playground.

I really liked this park. It's big and enjoyable. Picnic area. People were having birthday party or something. Very family oriented. No ghetto or homeless druggies.
Safe for children and elderly. Quit and nice.

200 Eglinton Ave. W.has a massive rec centre with an indoor and outdoor pool, indoor running track, indoor basketball court, weight room, various activity rooms for kids and seniors, tennis court, privately owned hockey arena with outdoor rinks as well, outdoor play park park, huge park for doggos and a parking lot for cars.:)

Nice and spacious. Equipment is excellent. A big kid and preschool appropriate structure. Wading pool is nice but very cold! Always tons of soccer playing which is convenient if you wanted lessons. The community center and pool are close and are a nice community hub. Don't come here for sand play because it's basically the size of a backyard sandbox.

What a great park! Like a hidden gem in the heart of midtown. Tons of space, great playground for kids, sports lounging and more. Plus a newly renovated community centre nearby. Will for sure be coming back!

This park in located right behind the North Memorial Community Centre and is accessible by the 32 bus either way. It takes around 5-10 mins from Eglinton Station by walk.

The Park includes a football/soccer ground, tennis court, children's playground, splash pad, washrooms and a large open area. There is also parking space right beside the park.

There is also water fountain to fill up your water bottle.

Overall a good park to spend sometime with family and have lunch or dinner too. BTW, when there we didn't see any BBQ done there so not sure whether it is allowed.

Love this park! Huge playground which is actually fun for the kids balanced with safety, but not too much. Baseball and soccer fields. Parking isn't the worst. Ice cream truck definitely gets good business there.
