After a UPS courier delivered my item to a different shop than ours (even though Eikon addressed the package properly), Stephanie at Eikon was informed by that shop and was quick to contact UPS to begin getting the issue resolved. An item also happened to be missing from the order (a coincidence, and something that I can't remember ever happening before with Eikon), and Eikon shipped the missing item right away and made sure we were sorted out.

I have ordered from them for years and will continue to do so. Thanks Eikon!

The greatest tattoo supplier I’ve ever dealt with. Stefenie literally went out of her way to find me 1 specific o-ring for a tattoo machine. I was shocked when I received a call from her telling me she found one! A previous time, I believe his name was Ben, willingly took a look at an old Eikon power supply that they don’t make anymore, free of charge for me to see if it had any issues. Treat this guys and girls with the proper respect they deserve and they will always give you 110% effort back. On top of excellent and knowledgable employees, your order is shipped and delivered quicker than anybody else in the business. Take advantage of the free shipping over $150! Ben Kent at Eikon went above and beyond to help me trouble shoot a power unit I bought. Extremely helpful, accommodating, with excellent communication. Power unit was replaced free of charge in the end. I really appreciate this business for their professionalism. Buy tattoo equipment here with peace of mind!
