After a UPS courier delivered my item to a different shop than ours (even though Eikon addressed the package properly), Stephanie at Eikon was informed by that shop and was quick to contact UPS to begin getting the issue resolved. An item also happened to be missing from the order (a coincidence, and something that I can't remember ever happening before with Eikon), and Eikon shipped the missing item right away and made sure we were sorted out.

I have ordered from them for years and will continue to do so. Thanks Eikon!

Absolutely amazing service. While it was hard to contact the company that made the product, Chantel helped me all the way. Her quick response took away alot of the stress I had with the other services. Totally recommend Eikon device for anything tattoo related!

The greatest tattoo supplier I’ve ever dealt with. Stefenie literally went out of her way to find me 1 specific o-ring for a tattoo machine. I was shocked when I received a call from her telling me she found one! A previous time, I believe his name was Ben, willingly took a look at an old Eikon power supply that they don’t make anymore, free of charge for me to see if it had any issues. Treat this guys and girls with the proper respect they deserve and they will always give you 110% effort back. On top of excellent and knowledgable employees, your order is shipped and delivered quicker than anybody else in the business. Take advantage of the free shipping over $150! These folks will receive my business for as long as I can provide it! Thank you so much.

The best canada has to offer tattoo artist's. I've been using Eikon for several years there always fast and provide professional quality products. But most importantly there always friendly and happy to help with anything I need. As an artist I feel working with Eikon is a partnership between what I do and the supplies I need. 15/10 stars
And the green monster liner runs like a dream I can't wait to do a million tattoos with it!

I have been a customer of Eikon Device ever since they first started. From the moment that I started working with them I found such a great contrast in professional service that I felt that it changed my whole experience from what experience and attitude I received previously. Please keep in mind that this was long ago and many things have changed in the industry since then. Still I feel they have set the standard for service in the tattoo industry and are leaders, movers and shakers in their field. Thank you Monika, Dean, Stephany, Ben and and the gang?

Chantel deserves a raise, a promotion, and some kind of award. Best customer service from any company I've ever worked with. She went so far above and beyond to get an emergency order to us and I can't thank her enough.

Ben Kent at Eikon went above and beyond to help me trouble shoot a power unit I bought. Extremely helpful, accommodating, with excellent communication. Power unit was replaced free of charge in the end. I really appreciate this business for their professionalism. Buy tattoo equipment here with peace of mind! If I could give more than a 5 star review, I would!

I purchased an arm rest that had a frey in the stitch work. I reached out to Eikon, and they had a new one sent to me right away.
