Hello; This Dr Secretary/or whosoever, fondesk on the phone was tooo Rude,
When the patient calls she gives no opportunity to speak regarding your appointment, she just keeps jumping into your mouth and zapping, that's very impolite.you shouldn't snapping on the patients regardless.
If you Have a bad day or whatever, should still be Respectful as customers service.
My kids used to see Dr Esenbug since he was 4.
And this my first experience with a Bad ever, it must be a new woman working there.
Plus you called 20 times never get hold of anyone only voice mail said "this number doesn't take any call at the moment"
. I have to keep calling in " 3 days" to get hold of the front desk.it's so frustrated and ridiculous.
Not any patients deserves to get treated that way.
She deserved a 0 star if here is option for it

Dr. Eisenburg is my dermatologist for almost 40 years. I wouldn’t trade him for the world, he was so very precise removing a mole, that it barely bled. He is soft spoken with a gentle approach. He truly is the best. Thank you Dr. Eisenburg.

I was sceptical reading the reviews but I had an excellent experience at the office. Arrived early and Dr. Eisenberg was able to see me a few minutes before my appointment, assessed my skin concerns, and even wrote a prescription for a secondary concern that popped up. Very friendly as well.

I have been going to Dr Eisenberg for over 10 years and have always been treated with respect and professionalism. My appt have always been quick and he listens to what i have to say. His staff is amazing. Great Job!

This doctor should retire. He’s miserable. Doesn’t really care about you, he’s rude and when you ask him questions he rushes you and then tells you there’s no time for your inquiry.

Dr. Eisenberg has serious issues with bedside manners.
Cuts you off repeatedly if you try to explain your history, rude and short. It's like he can't wait to haul you out the door. I'll find me another doctor.

Dr. Eric has been helping me with my acne for a little over a year now. He’s been really great and my acne has been slowly getting better. His staff are very helpful and I couldn’t ask for a better dermatologist because he is definitely one of the best.

Worst experience ever. We were recommended by our physician and this guy was completely insensitive, spent 2 minutes looking at my daughter and started prescribing. Criticized me for not remembering the names of topical creams prescribed 8 years ago. If we were asked to bring them in or keep a record, we would have! No education and seemed as if we were wasting his time. Never again!

Arrogant, bad attitude and wrote a prescription with the wrong name on it! You need to be careful not hurt someone one day!

Let me just say the Dr. Eisenberg is exactly what I expect from a doctor; Professional, courteous and doesn't beat around the bush. The staff (nurse and receptionist) still paused and and acknowledge my concerns despite being quite busy.

I'm a little puzzled by some of the negative reviews so I'll chalk that off to relative mood and experience of the reviewer that day. Based on my own experience you're in good hands here.

My appointment with Dr. Eisenberg was the most fluid appointment I have ever had at a doctor's office. Fantastic professional staff as well. Just wish calling the office was better.

Getting through is impossible and so I wish there was a better system/ call return with the front desk. However, this doctor has been amazing with minor procedures to remove sebaceous cysts for me for several years. Super calming, patient, thorough, talks through steps, eases anxiety and does great stitches that barely left a scar. The nurse was very helpful and calming as well.

Good experience every time, just a darn pain to try to get an appointment.

Doctors got an attitude, spoke to me for 2 mins max and wouldn’t let me explain my situation. Rushed me and said “I got COVID patients outside” lol

Dr. Eisenberg is an excellent, knowledgeable doctor. He helped me tremendously address my health concerns. Thank you.

Horrible experience with the front desk. She refused to listen, shouted, hanged up, tried to call 2 more times and asked to speak to a different person, she dealt with disrepect. Politely asked her to change my appointement that was earlier booked because Iam scared to postpone for another 3 or 4 months I have a bruise in head that I am afraid it might be a tumor, she accused me if faking this! This review is my only way to reach out to the dr or someone in charge because it is not acceptable to shout, hang up and humilate patients! A 1 star is even a lot.

I just came back from this office. Nice doctor and nurse, no wait time, clean and calm environment.

Dr. Eisenberg was great. Bedside manner, patience and thoroughness was 10/10. Also, his staff, especially the nurse who completed the biopsy was amazing.super gentle and truly made me feel at ease.i feel bad for not remembering her name, but she was lovely.

Absolutely horrible experience.was refereed here for my mild acne.put me on the accutane drug from the first appointment.i developed heart palpitations, cracking joints and panic/anxiety attacks. I have no history of mental health conditions and am a psychology graduate myself from the University of Toronto.he dismissed my concerns and told me there were other things in my life causing me to "act" that way not the accutane.excuse you 'doctor" but upon researching about the drug, those are the first and very common side effects listed. Moreover, the drug is still under test so its ridiculous that this man is prescribing it to his patients.on top of that, doc has no time, its all about money and that swipe on the health card.you'll wait months to see this guy only to become a victim of a mental health condition and your acne will probably get worse

I was referred to Dr. Eisenberg by my dermatologist to examine a mole on my leg. It took 3.5 months to get the appointment. I did not have a problem with the receptionist nor did I experience a long wait time. The doctor was friendly and professional and I did not feel rushed.

Don’t even bother yourself to come here the worst cilinic ever my family doctor referred me after one year I got my appointment no one calls to conform your appointment the receptionist is f.sooo rude beacouse of her I cancelled my appointment doctor too soooo rude I can wait to book with other doctor but iam not gonna do here

Was referred by my family doctor and was told I was going to expect a call within the next month it’s been 9 months and have been referred their twice. Never got a phone call.

I'm surprised to see such a low rating. The Dr is fantastic and very straightforward and extremely professional. He performed two procedures on me successfully with absolutely no issues.

Takes a while to get a refferal, good drs do.
Respectful of appointment times, quick in and out welcoming front desk and seating area. Dr Eric is great.

I've always had a really good experience here. It takes forever to get the appointment and is impossible to get through by phone, true, but once there with a referral from your doc, Dr. Eisenberg is super attentive, doesn't rush and helps put anxiety at ease. The nurse and front desk receptionist have always been kind and helpful too. I really appreciate the lengths the team will go to to make sure you are comfortable. I had to have several reoccuring cysts removed for a few years now and each time the Doc eases my mind and will even make me laugh through any discomfort. Another amazing plus is since the cysts are on my scalp the doctor never shaves patches, he simply clips the hair which means it's very easy to hide. The precision and speed at getting any (needle) numbing complete has been great and any of the actual procedure after ends up being painless, which somehow always leaves me surprised.

I was referred to Eric by my family doctor to treat my exema which, grossly enough, leaves little scab-like marks. He insisted that I was picking at it. I wasn't. For two consecutive visits, he placed his thumb nail over my exema, and compared the markings. They didn't match because, again, I wasn't picking at it. I repeatedly asked that he not prescribe pills to "internally treat [my] condition". He did. Continuously. His rude, dismissive, attitude is untowards, and I'd rather travel longer distances to see a more qualified dermatologist.

I have been going to Dr Eisenberg for practically my whole life and unfortunately it has always been a long wait cuz he is one of the only dermatologist in Mississauga. But he is very professional and knowledge so the speed of the appointment isn't an issue. He has always been fairly nice and throw. He addresses your issue just doesn't sugar coat things. No complaints from me. It is what it is.
