Had the worst experience here. Receptionist is not even at the location, its the wife who has no idea what's going on in the actual shop. Made an appointment for 1pm 5 days in advance. I called the same day 30 minutes before to confirm that i can still come in at 1pm. Receptionist says its okay, even got text message confirmations for appointment times. I go to the shop and see that he is in the middle of working on a tesla that will take hours and he wont be able to tint my windows today. I wasted an hour of my time and gas for this person to wrongly book me in. Did not offer any incentive to re book. Man was apologetic and seemed like he had no idea what was going on.

If you own an expensive vehicle pls dont take your vehicle to EJ Tinting. I took my Tesla Model Y to get it tinted and my windows need to be recalibrate. When I called them to keep them know about what happened, the owner denied it and wasn't willing to listen and accept their fault. Worst experience ever.

I was referred to EJ Auto for Ceramic Tints. I was very happy with my service from the moment I called to book my appointment. I showed up to my appointment and they were ready to take in my 4RUNNER right away. I told them what I wanted and asked for recommendations. Guests can wait in their office with wifi and watch their work from the glass window. I am very happy with my results and definitely recommend this location. Quality and Service was amazing!

Came for a tint 3 days ago. Found some bubbles today on the drivers side windshield. I don’t know why because all the other windows were all flawless. Anyways, I called and owner told me to come in on the same day. Got it replaced in 20 minutes then I was happily on my way. Also saw an AMG GT63 tinting there lol.

Good price but tint had some low quality cuts. When I roll my window down there is nearly a inch gap of window not tinted and they cut the corner short.

Customer service, quality, warranty are all a joke at this place. Once you pay this place There is no such thing as warranty. The following will explain why.

I went to get my 4th car tinted here. Until now Logan was pretty good when it came to tinting but the last car he did for me had bubbles and he said “ it’ll go away it just has to dry give it time” which I did and in the end it left a mark and he doesn’t redo the tint, instead he blames me saying it’s your fault you put a dash camera there it’s pulling it off. I left it after a point thinking this argument is a waste of time.

This time I went back to get a coupe car tinted. The car was finished fast but the back window had dust under it and the other sides issues where the tint wasn’t place down properly. When i pointed it out Logan gets mad saying why are you being so picky no one can do anything 100%. These bubbles will go away once it dries. I’m like okay I’ve had this issue before I’ll pay for Everything but that window and when it doesn’t go away I’ll come back to fix it then pay for it. He gets mad and started yelling and I told him to rip off the tint and I’m not paying for it.

This is terrible customer service then he tries to raise the price After we agreed on a price as well. I would not recommend anyone to go here no matter what. He’s can’t take you point out his mistakes and gets angry when asked to fix it.

Logan is something else. I can't recommend him enough. Not only did he do the job fast, but he did it perfectly and with a better price than anyone else I've asked for a price from.

Don't risk it, go to him!

Got my new 2020 S3 tinted here. Was recommended by a friend and I came here as soon as I got my car. Communication was fast and clear. They did leave a bubble in my rear windshield, but as soon as I told them, they worked on it immediately. Good service.

He is an awsome guy and very friendly. He knows what he is doing and he do it for reasonable price!

Went into EJ earlier today for the 2nd time. He does an amazing job. Got my truck looking amazing now. Just needed the tint to make it pop. Extremely friendly people seems like a family business and you definitely get that feel. I'd 100% reccomend going in

This could just be my experience but tints were done very poorly. Got my tints done the first time with 20% and he told me that if you see bubbling and hazing that it will go away within a few days. So I was fine with that, but then my driver side window a bubble popped and I called back and they were willing to replace the tints. He said he will only replace it this one time even though I have life time warranty which didn’t make any sense to me and he only replaced the driver side tint. As soon as I drove out of the shop the bubbles started appearing again. I left it for a day to see if it would go away but the bubbles are still sitting there and I just feel like I wasted my money. I would rather pay the extra $50-$70 and get it done at a good tinting place. I only gave them a two star because they were nice people.

Love the energy of this shop. They were punctual friendly professional and clean. And I cant be happier with the work he did. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for REAL PRO work. Worth every penny

Family owned business, fixed my tints when there was a major issue concerning my rear window tint and my rear deck, spent an extra 30 minutes no charge fixing it. Perfect tints with no issues.

These guys are professional and hold their warranty. I trusted them for years and always come back with new cars or my friends needing tinting.

They do a good job and are quick. I do have to admit that the last job they did for me was maybe not their best work but in general they are good.
In their defense, I haven't gone back to give them a chance to fix it yet. Will update if they do.

The only problem I've had here, and this could just be me, but the tint seems a little bit lighter in shade than it should be.the 20% looks like 35% to me in all honestly. Same time I was getting my car tinted another customer picked up their car and made the same comment, that the 20% tint looks a little too light. But like I said, it could just be me being mistaken here.

Anyway, I got my car tinted by EJ and referred two other people and all of us are happy. Polite, friendly, family run business. Great prices, great service. There's literally only one bad review about this company and I can't relate to a single thing he said.

Horrific experience at this store. Almost 90% of these reviews are made up because he tells his customers to write good things about his tinting store. The owner is an old srilanken guy who 100% has anger management on the inside. He yells at his wife in the back and his own wife talks bad about him in the back of the store. There are so many better tinting shops where the owner will do your job without frustration.goodluck with this guys tinting store i feel embarrassed I gave my money to this owner

Friend recommended this spot to me. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Friendly staff and fast, efficient service. I’d have to wait and see if the quality of the tint holds up, but it’s definitely made my 2017 Honda Civic look that much more gorgeous.
