El Nino Carpet and Flooring

So glad we stumbled upon El Nino flooring during our exhaustive search for the perfect flooring option for our basement renos. Antonios and Michelle were super helpful, informative and made our interaction personable, unlike many other carpet and flooring shops along Victoria St in Kitchener.

We ended up with a beautiful maple vinyl plank made by Simba Flooring. They priced matched and beat the next best competitor. This made our decision so easy.

Totally recommend starting and stopping your flooring search at El Nino, there's really no reason to go anywhere else!

We had a great experience with El Nino Carpet and Flooring. Michelle greeted us promptly when we entered the store and made the process of choosing carpet for our stairs super easy. She answered our questions with confidence and provided us with a quote the same day. With a one year old who is on the move we needed our stairs done quickly for his safety, they were able to set up install the next week! Our installer Rana was very respectful and friendly! Payment was easy and the price was very fair. All in all, a great experience and we will surely recommend them to our friends and family, and of course use them for any future needs. I must have looked for flooring for 4 months. I went to almost every reputable store. From the moment I walked into El Nino, I'd never felt so at ease. Michelle amd Antonios were amazing! They were knowledgeable and so friendly and real! Not pushy at all. I was picking LVP and carpet and their prices were excellent. Michelle even suggested I go a level down on the carpet I was choosing because of the rooms they were going in. She saved me money! Best decision.

Their installers were also amazing. Wow! So hard working. Excellent install. Attentive to detail. Made sure to spread out the LVP pattern for me to help it look more realistic. I've had so many compliments on my floor!

We changed our 2nd floor carpets to hardwood, Antonios was very supportive in the selection, he allowed us to take samples to the house to make sure it matches with existing hardwood on first floor. As for the Installation, there is nothing more I could have asked for, Ben an his team worked during the weekend, finished everything in 3 days, as promised. The quality of the installation, including the transition is outstanding.

My husband and I have been looking for flooring for months now. We’ve gone to numerous stores in Kitchener Waterloo, Cambridge area and have deterred from purchasing from them due to their customer service.
I was in the store on Thursday and I was impressed with Antonio’s and Michelle’s customer service!
Friendly, curious and extremely helpful, WOW.so hard to find this type of customer service.

We recently moved and were looking for a cost effective way to put down area rugs, but using broadloom. Our salesperson Michelle was extremely helpful and was able to provide a solution quickly for 3 bedrooms and 2 hallway runners. When our carpets came in, there was some slight issues with sizing and bonding, which were handled easily and quickly. They also provided additional resources at no cost to ensure that we had exactly what we were looking for. It turned out great! An extra special thank you to Michelle for all of her help!

We had a runner and custom area rug cut and installed and are so thrilled with the results. We worked with Michelle at the store who was super friendly and knowledgeable and gave us advice that really suited the style of our home. Install was right on time and done quickly but professionally. We are so happy with the way it turned out and will definitely use them again for future projects!

Had a truly great experience. Antonios & Michelle were so helpful. We had 1200 Sq Ft of our house covered in Luxury vinyl plank. And carpeting removed from two rooms. Ben was our installer and he and his team worked so hard. They survived on McCafe and filled up our blue box LOL. We are so very happy with the new floor and the whole experience. We had Ben do some extra work on a wheelchair ramp and ended being one box of flooring short, but Antonios was able to get it for us the next day. New baseboards look fantastic and the caulking job was outstanding. I strongly recommend using El Nino for all you flooring needs. Great value too.
