Briar was super knowledgeable about my lobe piercings. Gave me lots of jewelry options for different metal types (surgical steel and titanium). Price was reasonable for the jewelry type and service you get. Quick, painless-as-can-be process, and felt very comfortable during the whole time. Would highly recommend going here if you're inquiring about a piercing.

I have been in to see Briar for 4 of my piercings a few months ago which have all healed beautifully, she is fantastic at what she does. It was a pleasant surprise to see her again today as my hairstylist, she did an amazing job and I left the salon feeling like a new woman! Thanks again Briar, I will definitely be back.

Shortly after, i accidentally pulled the jewellery out of my piercing and had to go back as I was too clutzy to put the corkscrew jewellery back in. This time Tracey helped me and she was great. She was friendly and quickly took care of my problem.
I would go back again, hands down.

I highly recommend piercer Briar. She was great, very thorough and careful. Each and every tool used was sterile - each disposable pack was opened in front of me so I did not need to worry about possible infections. And lastly I had no issues using Groupon to pay for services.

I called for an appointment first thing in the morning. I was able to get in to see Whitney. It is always a pleasure to have Whitney take care of my request. She is very friendly and professional. I have gone to Tracy for lash extension only a couple of times and I am hooked! My lashes were in rough shape from another salon and Tracy explained how we were going to get them in better condition and how her approach avoids damage. The difference has been huge. My natural lashes are already looking better. The extensions themselves look fantastic and there is no way to tell that they aren't the real thing.

I had my lashes done at Elan Vitale by Tracy and I can't describe the feeling I had when leaving. I will never be without these beautiful confidence boosters ever again!

First time getting professionally glammed up for a wedding and the ladies here did an amazing job. Nothing but compliments on the hair & makeup. The inside of the salon is gorgeous and very well maintained. Kerri did an amazing job on my hair which held all night & the new beautician (I forgot her name sorry) was quick but very detail oriented. Will absolutely be coming back for more looks! Johnny is the greatest. For piercings he will take the time to talk to you about placement, healing times and what will work for you. I would trust him for any piercing.

I got my nose pierced recently by Tracy at Elan Vitale. She was an absolute delight. I was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. It was very clean. Tracy was very polite, and professional. I have been seeing Tracy Walker at The spa for quite some time now. From sugaring, to lash lifts, to lasering and of course mani/pedis! She has been nothing but professional and courteous. She is amazing at everything she does and I have been extremely pleased with all the services I have received.
The spa is clean and relaxing and just what a girl or man needs to have a me day! I highly recommend Tracy for all your spa needs!

Love my lashes! They look totally natural (so much so that I hesitate to make a review because I'm sure no one knows I have lash extensions lol) but better than natural! Like really great mascara. It has been so nice not to actually have to wear mascara though. No melting mascara in the heat, humidity, rain. No mascara to put on or remove. I can say "I woke up like this" and mean it.:)

John is such an expert. He was patiently training the lash technician who was doing my lashes. He knew the science behind them and was so encouraging and patient with her. He watched carefully to make sure it was done properly but let her take the lead and learn. For getting lash extensions or learning how to do them, I would highly recommend John.

I absolutely love going to see Jon. I get all my services done here. He does my lash extensions perfect evertime. He tries the newest trends on me and always looks amazing. I also get laser hair removal, it's not my favorite thing to get done.lol, but Jon is very patient with my wimpy self. I would recommend this salon to EVERYONE.

For the last few years i have been asking my kids to get me permanent eye liner for Christmas! This past Christmas it finally happened. I met with Johhny in January and was thrilled. First tattoo, I might add. He explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. About a week after the first appointment, I called him as it seemed that the tattoo ink was not staying but he assured me that if I followed the proper healing procedures that everything would be fine. It was my skin shedding and regenerating the new skin. I had a followup and advised him that I wanted my bottom line a but thicker and he did exactly what I wanted. I had a touch up done, again, Johnny was so professional. I am in love with my eyes. Best procedure I have ever had done. I love the look. Thank you so much Johnny. Love my permanent makeup. Cheers!

John used me as a lash model and I just loved the outcome.
I was very impressed with how he interacted with the students, giving them tips and noting certain situations that might come up and how to deal with them. If I was learning I would absolutely come to John.

Spent the morning with Nikki getting my hair cut for the first time in years. It was a drastic change that I was super nervous about making. She made the experience so much better then I thought it was going to be and I'm incredibly happy with the results. I I'll definitely be back and a whole lot sooner then it took me to get this cut!

My family has been going to Elan Vitale for years. We all get our hair done by Nikki and she's great. Speaking for myself, she's always able to interpret my hair ideas, from normal and conservative to the vibrant and wacky colors that I like. John is also excellent and eye lash extensions. Catriona and the desk is also a delight to talk to!
