Elder Care Transitions

I have used the services of Elder Care Transitions twice, both within Toronto and on a long distance move to Perth, Ontario, and I have found them excellent. I have stepped out of my apartment one morning and.have stepped into my new apartment that evening and found everything in place including the pictures on the wall and everything put away whether in drawers or shelves and the furniture cleverly placed. And I did not have to do any packing or unpacking. I am so happy with the results. I have recommended them to all my friends. Besides their efficiency they have always been kind and cheerful.

Kyle, Talia and their team executed an efficient, professional and caring move during an emotionally difficult time for Dad/his daughters, as he moved on from independent living to a retirement home. I have only good things to say about ECT…in addition to THANK YOU!

We came to Elder Care Transitions at a time when our family was going through a lot; emotionally and physically exhausted. Talia helped walk us through the entire transition process during our first meeting and we felt so much relief knowing that she and her team would be there for us. The move went so well, the team was exceptionally compassionate around my Mother's needs. She has dementia so the care and time they took in moving at a pace that didn't cause upset was so appreciated. We cannot say enough about how much Elder Care Transitions helped our family. I would highly recommend them because they're more than movers, they're skilled in working with elderly and families who need a lot of hand holding.

We feel very fortunate to have been referred to Elder Care Transitions by the retirement home my parents moved into. Anytime we had a question, Talia and Kyle were very responsive and provided a lot of emotional support for me and my parents. I’m an only child so I felt alone until I had this team helping me with all the planning and logistics. When the move day was done and I brought my parents into their fully furnished suite, my mom cried. She couldn’t believe how much it looked and felt like home. The team did such a beautiful job and took the time to put everything back exactly where they found all the little figurines. I cannot thank this team enough for helping me with my parents’ move. My experience with the team at Eldercare was nothing short of superb. They went above and beyond with their 'white glove' service to ensure my parents were moved into their new home with ease and care. They had every aspect taken care of from the initial consultation to the moving day. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking service that puts their client needs first above all else. They are an amazing team. When they move the new residents into Briton House, we all relax as we know they conduct the move thoroughly, professionally and thus we have no problems. I used Eldercare to move my Mom into a Revera Residence from her basement apartment. Jen and her moving team were amazing! They chose just enough furniture to transform Mom's new suite from an empty box into a cozy home - right down to hanging her favorite pictures where she could see them. The entire Elder Care experience, from beginning to end, was simply outstanding.
