Eldon House

A great place to spend a few hours wandering back in time. The tour guides are friendly and full of information. The special fee tours are a great extension of the regular tours. The gardens are beautiful and so peaceful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful historic property in the heart of the city. Well maintained Victorian architecture and furnishings. Knowledgeable volunteers make the experience unforgettable. We visited when it was decorated for Christmas with natural garlands. A must see if you are in London.

This is a *beautiful* house, with original furniture and decoration from the Harris family. Absolutely worth the visit, and the docent had a wealth of information about the house and the family.

Had a delightful time here during afternoon tea! House is full of rich history and the gardens are so lovely.

I can't describe my visit today. I've been wanting to see Eldon House for so long and finally got the chance when they had The Summer Market. As someone who is enamoured with historical buildings this one is priceless. Just stunning.

The oldest residence in London, Ontario. There's a lot to learn about the family of John and Amelia Harris, the original furnishings of their house, heirlooms, and artefacts collected from their world tour.
It's free, but donations are appreciated.

This place is a true jewel. Awesome collection of artifacts, excellent atmosphere and great guides. We really enjoyed it and highly recommend for a visit to anyone interested in history.
