This spot is one of the best places to go to fix my watches and refill my ink, customer service is great and friendly and very affordable overall i would definitely recommend it

If I could give him 0 stars I would. A perfectly good watch needed a battery replacement. He gave it to me broken from the side that he opened it from and scratched. He denied it and had the audacity to tell me that I cannot prove that he did it. Very rude and disrespectful, terrible customer service, and in terms of health and safety, his mask was not even on properly and he did not sanitize his hand before taking my watch or after.

This store owner is about as bad as they come! He denied breaking my watch and then returned it to me without even having the decency to fix it. I beg you all to stay away from this place, there are countless other places that are a million times better, I wouldn't let this man come near any of my jewelry expensive or not even if he paid me.

Came to get watch battery replaced. The guy broke my watch (broke off the hand while chatting on the phone and stabbing around inside the watch) and promptly denied it. Incredibly unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. Stay away!
