Called to get a quote on a repair and was on hold over 15min. Called back and got a very annoyed staff member. Not a place I’d ever go to get customer service. Very poor attitude

Stay away

I took my PS5 in to have a defective HDMI port replaced. Unfortunately the problem wasn't solved. I called back several times over the course of 3 weeks and kept getting told I'd get a call back. Never got a call back, zero resolution to my problem. I'm sorry I gave you my business.

Steer clear.

I'm editing this review to respond the owners reply.

I called several times during business hours to speak with you and was told each time that you weren't there and the person answering the phone specifically said she was leaving a note for you to call me back and took my number.

It's disappointing that you would lie about what was said to me over the phone and suggest my review has anything to do with a bad day. It just occurred to me that I didn't leave feedback for the poor service I received and a defective repair.

The screen working for 1 minute then cutting out isn't a resolved issue. The port you allegedly replaced felt oddly loose for a brand new part.

It's poor form to lie in your responses. Very disappointed

Well about a year ago I would have recommended these to anybody and I did all the time not anymore. Was going to go there to have my screen replaced on my iPhone11 for the e second time but after talking to them the price went from under $140 taxes in to $187 and change before taxes. And we are talking about a 2-3 month timeframe. I ask them about the price change saying it was quite a bit cheaper a couple months back and they would not even respond. And of course COVID will be to blame like it is for everything these days

I've had multiple screens replaced and other various issues repaired and have always had great service.

I can't say enough how GREAT they are. I have had emergency phone issues more than once and live an hour out of town and they ALWAYS get my phone up and running SAME DAY! I've never had a problem with the quality of work, and they never gouge you for more money. Prices are reasonable, cheap even! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

They had my tv for over 3 months and when I finally called them for the 10th time they told me that they couldn't fix my tv. Was disappointed that they didn't call to tell me when they realized that they couldn't fix it. Would not recommend if you want fast and good service. Never again.

I gave this establishment one star because there is no option to give it a minus or no stars at all. After having tried to deal with Paul I can only say that those that gave him negative reviews were more than kind to him. This is a business that thrives on greed. They have no idea what customer service is or how to treat customers. He has no idea what customer courtesy is.
I own a Motorola 4G that is 15 months old. Last week it decided that it would no longer take a charge. Figuring there was lint in the charging port, I took it to Best Buy GEEK SQUAD for them to clean it. I was informed that there was no dirt but had become dislodged from the Motherboard and was not fixable. I asked how much I owed and was told there was no charge as they had not done anything. I proceeded to the Quinte Mall to the VIRGIN MOBILE Kiosk. A young gentleman there by the name of Tom was very helpful suggesting I call Customer retention. Within two days I received a Brand New Phone by Courier. I took the two phones back to the Kiosk and again Tom changed the Sim Cards and got my new phone running. Due to there being no charge on the old phone he could not transfer my contacts over.
I checked on the internet and as Electronic Rehab repairs Cell Phones I contacted Paul to see if he had a battery that he could put in my phone so he could transfer my contact list. I attended his location Thursday afternoon. I inquired how much it was going to cost for this small job. I was quoted $90.00. Seeing he had an identical phone I inquired ab 20 out purchasing the battery and was told $40. I then inquired about him removing my battery and putting it in his phone and charging my battery for 20 minutes. I was informed this was also going to cost $40. Paul does not know the meaning of GOODWILL!
You have been warned! Avoid this place at all costs.
