It's been over a month since ordering some speakers and I still haven't received them. Usually they are pretty good so not sure if something has changed.

My experience with Electronics For Less Canada since 2020 have so far, been great.

Not a single issue with any of my orders.

From what I've seen, they always seem to offer better pricing then all ther other retail outlets selling the same items. If you do find a better price somewhere else, they'll beat it by 5%.

All of my orders so far were shipped out the "next day" - after placing my order and unless I specified a faster shipping option - all shipments have been free.

No complaints at all. Only reason I've ever bought from other retailers is sometimes they'll carry an item that EFLC doesn't.

Will do business with them again in the future, for sure.

The worst! Still waiting for my refund.i bought this from BestBuy! And even i had doubts! Because all the good reviews, i decided to go on the purchase.big mistake! I'm trying to get my money back after i sent the defective item and nobody is getting back to me or refund the money.this is a very annoying and tiring process that it's going nowhere! I'm not going to buy anything again from BestBuy until i'm getting my money back.

This one is going to be interesting one! I ordered Epson projector LS12000 from EFL back in May. Due to chip shortage, there was no delivery available. After 3 month, I got so impatient that I got LS11000 (which is less expensive version) from another retailer. Rest assure, 2 days after installing the LS11000, EfL informed me my unit is ready to be shipped. Since I had to pay 15% restock fee for the other one I just bought, I had no choice but to cancel my original order with EfL. However, Mason offered something to help out. He accepted my other unit (LS11000) as return (even thu it was from another retailer), with small restock fee and shipped the higher end version to my address. Without their help, this was simply impossible! Thanks to Mason for stepping in to help …

They sell used high-end audio gear as new and they never awnser email or phone calls. I will never deal with them ever again. The worst experience ever. I am moving on and so should you, they only want your money. They deserve a zero star rating for zero service but no option for this.

After a bumpy start regarding expectations on customer service we reached a very satisfactory compromise and resolution. We may agree to disagree on certain methods of communication specifics, but I believe this online store will support its customers and do its very best. I revise my original review comments 180 degrees.

This place is a hit or miss. I had 3 orders that went just fine but this last one has been a nightmare. They advertised a certain speaker as being sold individually which is what I needed. In February I placed an order for one speaker. Nothing. March I emailed them and got no response. A couple days ago I called 4 times and got no answer. I emailed them again and finally got a response. They claimed they can't sell the speakers individually. This completely contradicts what their site say. Their advertising is simply a lie. It is impossible to get a hold of them. Do not deal with them go somewhere else.

Small business with big service and good selection of hard to find audio gear. I have purchased a number of items over the years with speedy dispatch of delivery and smooth in-person pickup.

Horrible customer service, even 1 star is no indication. I purchased a 75" Samsung TV, $3800 great deal but LED panel has a manufacturing defect, called a few days after I received the product, opened a ticket, deaf ears, absolutely silence. No one answers the phone, leave messages no one returns calls. Since no answer from EFLC I called Samsung they want to send a tech to repair it, it's a brand new TV, I certainly didn't purchase a brand new TV to have it serviced less then a week in my possession. Spend your money elsewhere, even if more expensive, certainly not worth dealing with a retailer that doesn’t care about their customers.

Do not trust this company for your electronic purchases. They took my order and said I had to wait; we do not have stock for around seven months.

Ordered online. Was happy to find a fairly local place to buy what I was looking for. I was shocked when it showed up the next day! The item is someone's Christmas gift, so I don't have any reviews on the product itself yet. Overall was happy to find a good deal, solid brands, and a painless shopping experience. Would not hesitate to purchase here again.

I placed an order over a month ago, never received any updates or shipping information - the item was supposedly in stock but I have doubts. A week ago I cancelled the order but I've yet to receive a refund or any acknowledgement of the cancellation.

Thanks Electronics For Less Canada for keeping me updated as my order was delayed due to supply chain challenges. When the shelving unit and speaker stands arrived they assembled easily. My audio and video equipment easily fit into the shelving unit with the wiring nicely routed through the well-designed unit.

The team at Electronics For Less went out of their way to provide customer support after hours, on the Friday before a long weekend. I couldn't be happier with how they helped me. Highly recommend this company.

I don't think you could get better service from an online seller. Had a question prior to buying some speakers that was answered almost instantly, placed an order late at night that they shipped first thing in the morning, and everything arrived intact the next day. This is the second time I've bought from them and had a similar experience the first time. Great seller.

Bought my first SVS sub from here on recommendation from a good friend and I was very impressed with the customer service. I called and left a message for the store on Saturday morning, got a text from Mason Saturday evening, he answered all my questions, I ordered my sub and had it at home by Wednesday. Very easy transaction and I'll definitely be thinking of these guys when I need more hardware.

Partybox 310 - I like the deep bass, downloading the app really gives more options. I listen in doors and out side in the back yard and it sounds amazing in either. The wheel on the partybox make easy travelling. Plus a super good service form there's staff of EFLC make a perfect deal.

I had some issues getting my money back after I'd cancelled my order but apparently the delay was due to some glitch in connection with the PayPal system. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I'd like to thank Kevan for helping with that.

My wife bought be SVS 2x PB 1000 pros for my bday. Shipping was next day which was great. We got them knowing that if they didn't work in our space, we can return them no questions asked (SVS 45 day home trial). Guess what? I tired them and found out they are not working as well as i had hoped for and started the return process by emailing EFLC. I get an email back next day, from Mason. He asked me why and also said, "I had only had them for a few days". I then emailed back explaining my situation. EFLC didn't replay for 4 days! When they did, they were still asking me questions and suggested I spoke to SVS first and then suggested I email EFLC again after. So as you can see, its not really "No questions asked return policy" Such a shame. I ended up selling the subs for a lot less than what I paid.

I ordered a combo of the Hip Dac and E3000 headphones for $229. This was a mistake in pricing by $100 and they honored it no questions. The next day I saw the correct price was posted of $339. Top notch company I would highly recommend and use again most definitely. Very impressed!

One of the worst online buy experiences. They advertised product in stock (which the did not have it) and email me false information about shipping date (website said status shipped - and delivery confirmation 5 days later).
Anyway, learnt my lesson, will shop with more reputable online retailers.

Won't issue refund and won't respond to emails. Returned item unopened via UPS Next Business Day after receiving RA. Do your due diligence before doing business with them (Red Flag Deals has lots of discussion on them). Their statement of integrity is disconnected from reality. Wish I would have known prior to ordering.

I was so impressed. My order and payment was accepted, though within a couple days, I was notified by email that the item I wanted was in fact, out if stock. Since payment was already accepted, I was offered an upgrade at no additional cost. I actually had to call the store as for some reason, I couldn't via email, and they were very friendly and helpful. My upgraded order was sent out that day and I received it shortly there after. I would highly recommend this business and I would definitely do business there again as well. Thank you so much! Recently bought headphones from them, just right after purchase 1 day with EFLC online store I saw bestbuy or Costco offer lower price, asked for price adjustment, they only willing to offer store credit, that somehow does not helpful and I guess they will not willing for return the price different. If you find EFLC have better price then go for it, you won’t be disappointed, but compare to some big company they certainly does something in their own way, that is why I only give neutral.

The only options for me is to say thank you, cuz before any negotiation the store credit is already sent to my email. If EFLC ask me prefer return the price difference of store credit I would pick the return for price difference every time.

I was not familiar with this vendor but they had the Klipsch headphones I wanted for a great price and I jumped. So glad I did. EFLC are amazing. Communicated right away, shipped very quickly and I received them a few days later. I will be returning to this vendor again. Highly recommended!

Ordered a TV that was scheduled for delivery in 3 days. Next day called in to confirm delivery date. And also called in the day of to confirm delivery date and window. Staff that I spoke to were very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me the confidence that they're handling the inquiry personally. I would definitely be ordered from EFLC instead of Best Buy where possible. They are a local business located in Richmond Hill. Very much prefer my money going to local businesses.

Would like to add that the my online ordering experience was flawless and the price I was able to get at EFLC was even cheaper than the black Friday sales at Best Buy thanks to a coupon promo they had running.

Ordered a TV. They assured me that the delivery would be done in two days and finally it took four days. What's more, they hardly answer emails sent for follow-up.

Considering your answer, I strongly recommend you to change your delivery company (LOOMIS) it hurts your quality of service and your reputation

They sent me a broken TV and stopped responding. After I left them a 1 star review initially, they finally got back to me after 2 weeks and arranged for a replacement. The replacement never arrived. They blocked my number. Had to get my money back through my credit card company. Avoid at all costs. The sales associate Josh I had to deal with was also extremely unprofessional.

Stay far away from this company had to open a dispute with PayPal in order to return a defective projector they do not honour their return policy
This is a response to the owner cut the B. S I contacted your store 6 times before opening a case against you on PayPal I also waited 8 days without a response from you on PayPal before having to contact PayPal again and escalating it

JBL discontinued A-190 tower speakers so had to buy outside JBL directly. Price was only slightly higher than direct from manufacturer. Ordered and delivered the next day. Great customer service. Will buy from them again.

The TV I had ordered online was out of stock and EFLC generously offered me a better TV at the same price) I eneded up buying an even more expensive (but much better) TV - but still with a very good discount. Bought an svs pb1000 subwoofer from efl, just like svs they had a 45 day try/audition, i made the purchase on sept 11 and i wanted to return it on sept 20, i was told that i would have to pay a restocking fee and pay for shipping, (i picked up the subwoofer myself at the warehouse) before i even made the purchase which i did over the phone with the customer service representative, that i can return the subwoofer hassle free, i contacted them via email and even over the phone multiple times and i was told it takes 48 hours to respond, i haven’t heard from anyone since and i have called back and still no reply, they kept saying the same excuse that they are a small Canadian company, but that has nothing to do with how bad your customer service is, return policy is horrible, the customer service person said that if upgrade and spend more money on another subwoofer i can drop off the subwoofer at the warehouse no problem and there is no restocking fee, but if i just want a refund i will have to ship it out and get charge for restocking and shipping charges.horrible store and horrible service.
