Maria was very helpful in getting our damaged luggage repaired. I recommend Elegant Bag if you are looking for new luggage or need your luggage repaired.

My father had brought me to this store because he wanted to gift me a side bag, he has a few leather hand bags himself from here. The lady Maria was very nice and knew a lot about bags. She asked all the right questions and helped me with my decision making.

Just bought a 3 piece Samsonite luggage set at the lowest price I've seen in Canada. Thank you Maria so much for your help, call me sometime! Lol ;)

The store clerk (Maria) was super helpful. Since more people are going on trips, it has been a difficult / stressful time for me to find a carry-on for an affordable price. Especially ones that fit within SunWings measurements.

I can not thank Maria enough to assist me in finding a well suited luggage that fits my requirements. She knew exactly what I needed and pulled out a measuring tape to ensure what I am receiving is exactly what I needed. The prices were decent in this store, the staff was very rude though, we just gently asked if we could get a deal but would have got it anyway if they didn't give us a deal, but the lady said no rudely and walked away from us, felt very rude. We will not go back here anymore.

* we were going to buy it either way if we did not get the deal anyway as I stated. The reaction was rude as my mother saw her face and she walked away as my mother was talking.nonthless we wont go here.

Ridiculous pricing. I got 1 wheel repaired on my luggage for $50. That’s so crazy. AND they took long! They had asked me when I was leaving and they had it ready less than 24 hours before my departure… I had brought it in 8 days prior. And I was continuously calling to ask when it would be ready. Just bad, and expensive. At least they got the job done, but I wouldn’t return.

Maria is so patient and willing to go the extra mile to find exactly what you want! Amazing prices and service, will definitely recommend:)

Maria is a very nice and professional lady at the Elegant Bags, Eglinton Mall store. I had purchased two ladies handbags from this store at Eglinton Mall within the last few months. Unfortunately both my handbags needed minor repairs recently. Maria was very kind and helpful and did repairs on my two handguns bags within about three weeks at no cost to me. I am very happy and satisfied with this excellent customer service. This store has a very good selection of handbags, luggages, shopping carts etc. I highly recommend this store and will make more purchases from this Elegant bags store at Eglinton Mall in the future. Other employees at this store are also very helpful.
