We recently renovated our bathroom with help from Elegant Bathrooms. Patrick and Elise were both very easy to work with. They worked in collaboration with our contractor, and really took the time to understand our vision. They provided solutions and products that were within our budget. We had our bathroom remodeled and a small dining room converted to a laundry room. The work was done on time, efficiently, and professionally with great results.

Recently, we needed a shower door bottom seal replaced on an installation NOT done by Elegant Bathrooms. We tried the big box stores and the original installer but had no luck finding the right seal. We went to Patrick and he found a replacement for us quickly and at no charge. That's service!

I needed a toilet seat cover replacement, something no longer available for the model toilet I had. Simone went right to task to find me a replacement which the company had suggested. Unfortunately, it was a challenge for a layperson to change. Patrick had his worker come to my home to assist even after his having finished a long work day. He tried his best, had the smarts to figure it out and I can say all the pieces fit together as if nothing had ever happened - with the bathroom left impeccably clean, so appreciated. All this was accomplished in a very short period of time - from the arrival of the parts to installation-, considering how difficult it is to have help these days. I am very grateful to Elegant Bathrooms for their efforts with this. It seems they want to help whether the job is big or small or even impossible, which I had felt was going to be the case for me.
