Worst service i recommend you guys please don't buy a rental car from them or any car tow person. These companies are taking advantages of your situation.

Worst service, had to call several times and send emails for simple reasons. I had rented car for 3 months and had received very poor service every time. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very bad experience with them. The car they provided me was in a very bad shape and the customer service very poor.
When I called them the customer service associate did not even talk properly and said it was out fault we should have looked properly. Having to deal with them was just so bad, never coming to them again.

Been calling them following up to get my deposit back multiple times.
It was supposed to be after a week of returning the rented vehicle according to Nwar, a month later i still don’t have my $500 deposit back.
Even more frustrating is talking to their customer rep over the phone saying she will clear things up on their end and she’ll call me back with a response. But they never did.
I have had bad customer service before but this is way terrible

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! 100% would never recommend would never go there again for a rental. They refuse to wait on insurance to pay but rather you pay out of pocket. They charged my boyfriend’s card knowing that the insurance payment was pending. The woman that works at the front desk is even worse at her job. This is just overall a terrible place to book or get a rental from.

I have been to a lot of rental agencies but this one is by far the best. They have quick service, clean cars at very affordable rates, car pick up and drop off option.
If u need a rental, reach out to these guys.

What can I say, they met me in a parking lot at 3am to rent me a car after my car accident. Budget isn’t going to do that for you. I will rent from again for sure.

Last month i got an accident so i got rental from there.when i came to return the car they were saying i have that kind to money to pay them they do fraud with me

They are bunch of fraud people who give.customer broken car whne we came to return they told me that i broke that car.i’m not gonna recommend that

I gf got an accident so tow guy give me that rental company at starting they did well but after then they demand money from her.also when we ask them to keep car for 1 week he ask us to send 500$ so we sent them but next day they came to her work and took car from her even she paid 500$ for extra 1 week.

Rented twice from elegant, hassle free service. Dropped their car at my house and picked it up when mine was fixed. Decent rates, clean and well maintained cars.

The worst customer service, I only used them because the auto collision shop uses, they still continued charging my credit cad after the car was returned, your credit information won’t be safe, don not use them.

Professional staff and good service from the company. I met the guy Nimit. His way of dealing with me is helpful and very kind.

Unprofessional to deal with. They have been deducting payments even after returning the rental car. It’s been over two months and they haven’t returned my payment yet. Never responded to any calls. If god forbid anything happens to the vehicle they will make your life miserable. Please stay as far as possible to get rental car from them. Customer service is terrible terrible.

They charged me and my insurance for same day. Never returned my one day rental. I called them several times but got no response. Finally, I gave up and informed insurance. Insurance told me that as I went directly to them, they can’t do anything. Lesson learned always go with pre- qualified insurance rentals.

I have rented twice from this place now, both in a private and corporate capacity, and I just don't get the negative reviews done by people. The cars are nice and clean, the staff is good and honest. I would say, go for rent from these people, I recommend them.

The staff at Elegant were professional, friendly, efficient and above all respectful They value therir customers and went above and beyond to accommodate me and made sure that I was satisfied with car that I got. They brought the car to my house as they promised and thery were on time. They did the paperwork patiently and did not rush me. The car was clean and smelled amazing. The name Elegant speaks for itself. I am not a person who gives reviews easily but Elegant deserves it. I will definitely rent from them again and would highly recommend them. Please do not sign anything! With this company they will try to scam you if you want to end rental earlier. We have to pay 450 to end the rental early and they will tag random cost to it. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!

Respond to the vender: The FACT that it was never mentioned due at signing and you can only find it in the tiny fine print at the bottom of the back of the page and you charge me $240 dollar a day for renting a Honda car its just predatory and ridiculous. (From the attachment you can see they wrote $10 per hour)

Do NOT use this car rental company. Charged credit card for damage on the back bumper that we absolutely did NOT have anything to do with and the manager refuses to return any phone calls.
