Best Drycleaner in the city and so glad it’s in my neighbourhood too. The owner is extremely courteous, Polite, Professional & Honest person. To elaborate a bit more on her Honesty: I was given my wedding gold chain that I thought I had lost and she found it in one of my dry cleaning clothes when she was ironing it. Never been so disappointed in a service. My winter coat was ruined coming here, the fur is completely burnt, black and brittle. Huge disappointment. When I called about the damages, she said "Oh yeah I noticed that. " When I came to get my money back she didn't want to give me the tax because "the government has that money. " She offered to keep money and try to "fix" it but there is no fixing something that is burnt away. My expensive coat is unfortunately ruined, wish I asked around about this location. My friend said two of her winter coats were also burnt at this business a few years ago. Also, there is a red pen stain on the other jacket I got "cleaned" here that was never there before. Only got my money back for the dry cleaning of the winter coat, $45 back for a ruined $300 winter coat.

The service is so bad I can’t believe she’s still open. She lost my pants from a 1000$ suit and then she said she can’t do anything about it

When she had to input my information, she told me I should change my name because it was hard to pronounce and no one will be able to say it. I was shocked that someone would have the nerve to say that to another person. On top of it, I specifically asked her to get a stain off my jacket to which I came home to realize it was not taken out. I will not go back there, only because I don't believe in supporting a business that has no problem offending others.
