Elegant Plus Dry Cleaners

I have been going to this local drycleaners since July 2016 and I have never had an issue with the quality of the repairs or cleaning services.

Good service but no ironing on premises. Lately the store has been closed more often, sometimes for days and sometimes for a couple of hours. Nobody has time to keep making rounds of a dry cleaner. One should have a backup to avoid such inconvenience.

My coat is incredibly DAMAGED!

The positive reviews I decided to try Mona’s Elegant Plus dry cleaners. I bring an expensive coat to there hoping for it to be cleaned well. When I got it from Mona back it wasn’t cleaned at all. Lots of dry chemicals are in the coat and become stiff, shrinking and looking have Iron marks and feeling changed. They ruin my coat and instead of being apologetic and she trying to use the excuse that this is a pattern not a problem!

Dry cleaner completely unprofessional and Dry cleaner fails to follow care instructions and did not exercise reasonable care.

I would like to advise anyone who would care about you expensive garments to stay far away from Elegant Plus Dry Cleaners.

Elegant Plus Dry Cleaners was extremely accommodating and professional. Mona is a wonderful lady, so kind and will answer any questions you have. The prices are standard and fair. I recently got my Canada Goose parka dry cleaned and it was done in a timely manner and handed off in perfect condition. Thank you so much!

Mona, the lady who owns the place, is among the most decent people I have ever met in my life. She is very straightforward and honest, and her prices are very, very affordable. I had terrible experiences at other dry cleaners, having my clothing ruined. Mona gets the job done and every single time I get clothing back, it never seizes to amaze me how spectacular she treats my expensive blouses, wool and linen jackets. I live 30-40 minutes from this little shop, but to me, it's worth it every time and wouldn't go to any other cleaner.

The lady at counter does not have basic manners. Could quiet possibly be the rudest person i have ever met. She overcharges and does not complete the promised results

Worst dry cleaning experience I ever had in my life. When i went to drop my clothes the lady at Mona’s Elegant Plus Dry-cleaners counter quoted me a very high price, so on observing that I was leaving she quoted a little lower price. But to my shock, when I went to pick up my clothes today the same lady insisted that I pay up in cash because she had offered me a discount earlier. I insisted on paying her by credit card but she took my clothes back and tried to tear my receipt. This was the most horrible experience of my life and I had the misfortune of meeting the nastiest of persons. I never felt more offended and that too as a client. And all this in front of my little boy and mother. Finally I had to pay by debit card as she simply refused to deliver my clothes if I paid by credit. She threatened to call a cop who she said she was related to and noted my car licence plate. HORRENDOUS!
