Well seems they are trying to recoup pandemic losses. Roulette used to be $5 minimum per spin now it's $15 per spin. Remember there is no dealer to pay here. Greed and nothing more. Doubt i will be back especially with so many other options available.

Sep 11 had tech issues, board not working 100%, wagering machine froze a few times, needed IT Department.
Did come away a winner though. Tks to Havana Panic, in the 6th, gracias mi amiga.

Meh. It's like they regret ever opening table games. At least now they have an excuse for only ever opening a few tables

Just played a session the weekend they first opened, the place was so hot in there you could hardly breath. I did not see any cleaning staff whatsoever, and the place was not that clean, on a side note my god what happened to the landscaping, the road leading into the racetrack used to be so beautiful, now there are dead trees everywhere, grass not cut, it looks horrible, likely they are too cheap to hire landscapers.

Love the casino problem here is saving machines. People put their coat on a chair at a machine and go play another one. Yesterday there was a coat on a chair at a machine I wanted to play for over an hour. I finally went to security and asked if I was allowed to play it anyways and was told no. When I asked if it was normal practice here to save machines she finally came over and checked the time of the last play saw I was right, took the jacket away and let me play. Today there was a jacket on a chair in front of machine so I moved it and the lady who owned it came from another machine and yelled at me saying if there's a coat there you aren't supposed to play it. If you take a walk through this casino you will see this going on all over the place. Management is clearly not doing their job. I'm thinking of contacting the gaming commission and reporting it as I don't see this at other casinos.

You think after being closed for so long that they would have fixed the place up including the driveway, the air wasn't working in parts of the casino and there were so many flies it was unbelievable!

So nice to be back. I would say about half of the machines are working. Plastic dividers at the tables. Very clean and safe.

The power went out I walked out leaving them with the 47 bucks bec the waiting game for help was over 45mins but thanks for letting my buddy win while I lost

This is a great small casino. There are big winners and small ones too. It was under renovation the last time I went. And. I WON.

Waiting in line for extra 15 min.and told session ending 20 minutes early. Too distracting, no fun. Very limited number of slots available. Very disappointed plus stakk distracted due to gaming being sold. Saw very limited cleaning of machines and other players limited sanitation. Last time for me but decide for yourselves.

Although there was very heavy COVID restrictions, the fantastic staff made the experience worth it.

Update since reopening during the pandemic. You now book your two hour spot online and bring your phone so they can scan your QR code. When you arrive at the casino, you have to wait outside in line for reservations and a second line for drop ins. No one is permitted inside until the previous 50 people have all left the building. Masks are mandatory at all times. There is no longer restaurant or bar service. There are only a couple of vending machines around to purchase a snack or pop. They have only 100 machines enabled and on for use. It’s kind of eerie with all the machines shut down and disabled. I wouldn’t want to stand outside to wait in inclement weather like this morning which was pouring rain. I’m not sure if they will have some type of covering for people while you wait in line to enter. You are supposed to arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked time. You have to show your face for facial recognition to security when you walk in then put your mask back on. You then have to show your code and you are given a bracelet to wear. Once you leave the building you are not permitted to go back inside. If you smoke there’s a smoking area outside that doesn’t count as having left the building as it’s fenced in outside in the back. I was told they are rotating through the machines since they can’t all be on at once. There are thousands of machines. The table games are closed. The new upper level is closed and they lower level is closed as well.

Way better now that the year long renos are mostly done. There are now two floors of slots in addition to the table games. It took awhile to find where all the machines were moved to. I did find it cold in there like a door was left opened in the winter but when I went upstairs it was just as cold and breezy. I know casinos like to have fresh oxygen piped in but the temperature should at least be a liveable one as I wouldn’t think of taking off my winter coat the entire time. We will try the new buffet and restaurant this week upon our return.

Was not impressed but i did like the quietness. When you put 500 dollars and play max and get one bonus worth 40 cents taught me a lesson don't go back. Staf were very nice.

Massive now, and still expanding. The mrs and I haven't been in a while and were shocked by all the changes. That said we had a great time and the staff were amazing and very friendly/ personable

We often go just for the buffet. How can they offer such good food for so little cost. The Thursday TBone steak is excellent. Get your free membership and enjoy! BTW Flamboro is our favourite.the restaurant is much nicer than Mohawk.

Picked up our free gift. Didn't have supper there but it sure did smell good! Much better with the recent renovations. Cleaner and lots of new slots.

No complaints, except my friend, she says there is only one diamond line blazing 7s machine in the entire building. Ughhhh

Professional staff, plenty of slot machines and a good selection of table games and horse racing! The buffet offers excellent food selection for reasonable prices especially if you have a elements rewards (definitely get one of these). My only complaint is that they do not offer craps (Full disclosure though I am a big fan of craps!).

It was a busy night, but that's to be expected. The casino is always clean with good air flow, but not to cold. The rewards program were giving away micro air units so the line there was out the door, but well run and not inturpting the flow or everything else.

First thing was that I was stopped and carded when I was entering where the games are held, every person under thirty or looks like they are under 30 needs a government issued ID.

The ID was scanned with a machine to ensure it was not fake. After that I was allowed to enter. There are over 50 different types of games, only played one type though since I was not sure how to play all of them.

Also at the security desk, a person can sign up for card which you can enter into the machines while you play too get points, points which can be used to further play.

Make sure to only bring the amount of money you can afford to lose and quit while you are ahead. Its fun to win and see your winnings getting bigger.

When it starts getting smaller and smaller, you believe it will get bigger again until surprise you lost all your money. If you make the mistake off bringing your bank card with you, the temptation is great to withdraw money from your account

Currently under construction, but the general problem with this casino persists: always overcrowded due to the placement of too many machines in some haphazard fashion that doesn't seem to have any natural flow to it. Crazy long lineups continue to be the norm when they have their giveaways and the guest services is usually understaffed. Huge fans placed in various areas also make me wonder if they are currently dealing with a mold or water issue. Will try them out again in a few months when construction is hopefully done.

Went on my birthday and didn't have much money to spend here, which made me sad. I was there 5 minutes and won over $100.
I spun til I was down to $100 then cashed out. It was like tge machine said happy birthday to me. It cheered up my day. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
I took my son with me, he just turned 19. He didn't win and I don't think that he really understands some of the slots.
I hope to go again very soon. I need to read the bus guide to get there and home. I think it's a free shuttle bus.
Always go in looking to lose your money but to have fun and if you win that's great. Just remember to have a limit.

Had to be our worst ever meal ever. The prime rib was a reheated piece of meat that appeared to have been sitting around most of the day. The lobster tail was the same. The lobster meat was heat stuck to the shell so badly that the lady at the next table to us was struggling to get it out and when it released it flew onto the floor. Thus the reason that there was no line up into the restaurant.
However there were people 1000 deep to get into the casino itself. They must have been therefor the horse racing. They probably ate at home before they came. Lol
Horrible food experience.

This casino has gone down hill in the past 2 months! The machines do not pay ever! I have put over $2500 in the slots in the last couple of months and have not even had over $ 70.00 win at one time!? I play $2 - 4 per play. Something is not right here. Everyone looks depressed!

Love the slots and staff. Mike Betts, the General Manager is awesome and very accessible!

The above was written for OLG, not Elements. Since Elements opened, I've only been there once. I did win quite a bit and it was nice to see a lot of the staff I was familiar with. I'm unsure of their cash-back system and on the website there's nothing to explain on the Elements Casino Rewards drop-down how it works in terms of achieving rewards or finding out what level you're at, other than what you need points-wise for each level. There isn't even an email address you can write to if you want to ask a question! Still a lot of construction when I went, which was a long time after OLG left - lines, lines, lines!

I am disappointed in the way this casino has gone from a fun place to be to a jam packed, no machines to even sit at and never win a nickel to speak. Used to win a bit and cant complain about losing a bit. But all in all had fun.
Really enjoyed this place before the new owners. Almost at a point where we will look for a new Fri night casino even if it means farther from home. And those stupid free hand outs and the crowds drive me crazy. Dont even line up anymore.

I have been going to this casino for over 10 years and have never seen the slots so tight! None of the regulars go anymore, its kind of sad to see. I play the $5 machines and the payouts have been horrible! One night after putting in $7000 and got NOTHING, I called a manager over. When I asked him why or better still HOW this could possibly happen, his response was "maybe you should take a break from coming for awhile". I was dumfounded. I havent been back and wont be until I see better reviews. Management needs to learn that people will only get burned so many times then will stop going. Its greed and its sad to see so many people getting ripped off!

Ever since the new owners took over nobody wins anything and there's been lots of complaints the place is kind of run-down in construction all the time and no one seems to be winning much

I know its design to make money but it seems like the new owners/managers are a little mean. I'm not a big spender so I don't expect to win big but winning sometimes used to make me wonna spend more but since lately its all lose lose so I will stop coming there eventually.

I don't go there very often maybe 3 or 4 times a year.can't win anything there machines are tight now new owners again. When Juravinski owned it at least you could win once and a while

Shame on the casino. There is no servers working in the wee hours of the morning on a Tuesday morning. With the money they take in daily I'm quite sure they can afford to have servers working

Just wondering what happened to this casino. Used to be a nice place to visit. Have not been there for a few years as we moved but decided to take a 2 hour drive to visit it. From the outside, which had more weeds than plants to going into a maze of machines and no air conditioning on a record hot day, we could not believe it was the same place. Looks like they dont seem to care what it looks like anymore. So disappointed.

The line up that you have to wait in to get your new card or get bus passes for those that take the free bus here. I have been in line now twice for 30 minutes each time just for a bus pass. The first time I got frustrated and walked away because they only had two people working. I do not blame them they can only do so much but not having enough people at the desk is just so frustrating

I don't like all the changes, especially if you are handicapped and cash wickets are at the extreme back! Difficulty managing to get there. Other wise great entertainment for an outing.

Standard Casino with live table games and slots. We played both, the tables were on the quiet side for a Friday night. The slots didn't seem like they were paying out very well for amount of time and money spent either. All in all, not that great for a fun Friday night out.

Very poor management workers standing around doing nothing while the line for the new cards was around 50 and 1 worker for reg cards and 1 line for gold cards unfair the gold cards should have to wait like reg card members we all spend money there was the worst visit my wife and I had the manager had nothing to say nice management I don't no if I will return

Just an awful experience this visit. This casino, like the rest in this province, is changing layout and owners. Half the games are on one system, and half on another. The cash out machines were not universal. Lines for all services were huge, and this was just a Tuesday night.

The floor plan here is already confusing, but today there was the added bonus of fences, gates and detours for new games going in and old games going out.

I'd have rather not played here at all today. Other casinos have done this transition while closed; I think that would have been better. What a mess! It'll be quite some time before I return.

Had a great day but, lost my companion for an hour and a half. When I asked if Security could page him as he left his cell in the car. They could not. The system was not set up yet. He was searching for me and I for him. But the meal was delicious. However the mashed potatoes get a thumbs down. They are real but mashed with skins and all on. It takes away from the look and taste isn't so good.

After a lovely fathers day brunch with my daughters they took me to the casino to end a perfect day BUT what a huge disappointment. The machines were crammed together so tight you could barely manoeuvre throuout the floor. If there was ever an emergencey paramedics would have a difficult time navigating a stretcher. I found the place to be a fire trap and in need of an inspection from the fire Marshall. Staff was very limited and not very helpful when I was looking for an ATM. My daughters said the washroom was very unsanitary and there seemed to be a shortage of staff on the floor. I can recall years ago there would always be a giveaway on fathers/Mother's Day but now nothing. There was also a shuttle in the parking lot the would bring you up to the door but now nothing. The only change I see is change in ownership and it not for the better.

Love this casino only go when my left hand is itchy and usually do quite well. The coffee cart guy Tony knows what I drink and when he sees me he always greets me and asks how I am doing. Very friendly staff otherwise!

Sad. Depressing. The country location is nice. Just occupants were unhappy zombies. The food smelled great being served. So as for a place to gamble I am sure it is great. If it is during the week, everybody looks like somebody kicked their dog.

Very little to no staff on the floor if a problem with a machine. Different printed ticket from different machine, some with red boxes and those without, very much a pain to play and to cash in. 90%of the time had to line up with 10 or more people to get to the cashier to get money. Overall very inconvenient.
