Elements Casino Mohawk

Variety of games. Medium sized casino. Tons of free parking. Bar downstairs, burger spot upstairs. Tim Hortons stand around the corner from entrance. Visited during winter so quiet season.

I wuld prefer to go to Milton Casino Mohawk any day in comparision to Niagara or anywhere else.
Parking is free, lot of machines with free coffee, water and pops

Fair assortment of machines. Bartender was extremely rude, however. Do not have the audacity to request more than 1 drink an hour in the casino.

Casino terrible no staff and poor service tech that service machine have no concern with a glitch or look after operation of slot machine and passes concern onto Casino manager to deal with. This service tech had little or no knowledge or concern of operation gave impression the slot is working and that was his concern. The machine had a slight pause at a certain symbol and change the symbol or spin. This casino two or three weeks shut all slot machines down to upgrade power at midnight after customers put money in machines, and no notice at door to advise patrons that this was happening at that time. It was a good night for money collection for Elements

We went to the G8 burger place upstairs and waited 45 minutes for 2 all in burger combos to go! The fries were cold and the burgers were burnt! 39 dollars wasted! We will never have food from there again!
They said they were short staffed, come on Elements with the amount of money spent there you could at least serve decent food!

Don't know who decides what machines leave and what stays but brutal job, All drink stations closed, atmosphere gone.best to worst. Amazing

Hit on a 12 and the dealer skipped over me giving my 9 to the person next to me. When the manager came over all they offered is to give me my money back. Terrible establishment. Joke of a casino. The corners smell like cat piss.

First time at a casino ever just turned 19 was my birthday thought I would come here cause it was close by, first off we walked in the security asked if they can see 2 pieces of id so i opened my wallet and as I’m pulling my ids out the old man security gard asks what’s that as if he’s a cop he i say what? He says that other card I said that’s my g1 he said I know but why do you have 3 ids in a very aggressive manor as if I was doing somthing wrong I said they are my health card / g1 and g2 he then tells “me you do know it’s a federal offence to carry 3 ids “ I was just like ok I didn’t know (it’s not at all a federal offence to carry 3 legal ids) that he then he hands my id too the lady beside him I ask is there a problem they say we are trying to figure that out they look at my id for at-lest 10 minutes they scanned the ids then once they realized there was no problem they allowed me in the old man security gard was extremely rude I had said or done absolutely nothing he was just looking for something to get mad at he’s a huge grump felt like he was entarigating me me while looking at the ids that were all real ids that’s why I had 3 just incase they needed another one witch is common sense since there asking for 2 ids, I left after less then 20 minutes, I won’t be returning, falls view was 100x better and the security gard there was great super nice guy. I think action should be taken towards the security at front desk as this same thing my friend I was with said he did to him.

Loosing this place businesses not making people wanna come when they gotta get there Id checked for 10 minutes by officer grumpy

Lost all my money.

But this place is very clean, well maintained and all staff are very kind and respectful. Especially the beverage guys and girls, they are probably the reason for half your revenue. They keep us comfortable, give them a raise.

I truly enjoy coming here. It a small casnio but enough to entertain all walks of life. People are friendly staff is amazing. The food not so good. The burger place upstairs is where you want to eat.

Place is a dump after element took over. Bad service and run down. It seems like no one know what there doing there at the race track. I think it'sdue the turn around of people working there new faces all the time. Hope management looks in to that issue.

A good casino. Plenty of parking. Open great hours. Friendly staff.

Too many slots so they are all tight. No buffet, limited food options. Table games are a joke. Two blackjack tables
