I am well overdue in providing this review to Ajay. Most real estate lawyers ignore you until the closing dates and its just paperwork to those kind of lawyers. Well Ajay and his firm are cut from a different cloth - that's for sure! I had a challenging seller and I must have called Ajay at least 2 dozen times to deal with issues and have him explain the situation and the best course of action (s) - sometimes in the evening and weekends. And when I offered to pay him for his time (purely from guilt of monopolizing it) he told me without skipping a beat that it was all part of the fee. My transaction was a difficult close and in general stressful when dealing with the seller. Ajay kept me grounded and focused on the goal of closing. I have zero hesitation in recommend Ajay and Elevate!
