I recently saw Florence. She was great at listening to my issues and modifying her massage to suit my needs. She was great at checking in to make sure I was comfortable and her pressure was good. My body felt great after and I can't wait till my next massage with her.

Florence provided a very skilled massage. She took the time to discuss my needs then clearly explained how she was panned to deliver. She is very professional and pleasant.

Dr. Alicia is very caring and thorough with her recommendations. She takes the time to talk to you and understand your needs.

I go for a massage there. Florence has to be THE top therapist I've ever encountered. She listened to my issues and went to work. For me, if I want a fluffy massage, I'll go to a spa. I have chronic pain. I need massage in certain areas, and she not only listens, but I feel amazing afterward. As per my request, she doesn't waste the little time I have on body parts I dont need. I have nothing against all the dozens of MT I've seen. They are good for others but not for my needs.

Florence is an awesome massage therapist. She wants to know your problem pain, and will be gentle or elbow you if needed. PS. Florence is very personable, but I rarely give out her name as she is that good, and selfish me gets much benefit from my appointment with her

I go to Elevated Health and Wellness for both massage and acupuncture. Eleni (RMT) and Regina (Acupuncturist) are bith phenomenal. I highly recommend them both!

My family and I have been coming to Elevate for massage, acupuncture, dietitian & naturopathic medicine for over 5 years. I have nothing to say other than the technicians are amazing - The administration + management is another story. Be careful, their online booking system glitches, cancels appointments and moves them without notifying you. I have heard from more than one person they had the same experience. Stay on top of it or they will charge you for missed appointments. You are penalized for being sick and cancelling an appointment before the 48 hr.cut off. However, when an appointment is cancelled or moved by a technician - you need to be flexible. This has happened to me on several occasions - Disappointed at how I was treated by Alisia (owner) - did not value me being a loyal customer, care to hear my situation, only cared about a missed appointment that was supposed to be cancelled. Poor customer service. Will be moving on.

Flo is absolutely amazing! I have been going to her for a couple of years but havent been in a few months. I had tons of knots and she is the best at getting them out. Highly recommend! ️️️️️

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Alicia Mutoz. So caring and patient. And super knowledgeable and committed to her patients. And the front desk staff is supportive and friendly as well which is wonderful. This was my first experience with a Naturopathic doctor and it was exactly what I needed. The visit was 75 minutes and Dr. Alicia took a thorough history of my health as well as my personal experiences to give her a complete picture. It was the first time I've ever sat down with a doctor who took the time to holistically look at where I've been and where I'd like to be. Well worth the cost and time. We should all be so lucky to have someone like Dr. Alicia in our lives!

Awesome massage and extremely knowledgeable about the body and how the nervous system interacts with the skeletal and muscular systems. Learned a lot and my body feels great.
