This office is a waste of time.
I saw an advertisement online and scheduled an appointment. I got one text message thanking me for "claiming the offer" then a second text asking me to confirm the date and time I chose by responding with YES, which I did.
I had to reschedule a client meeting for this apportionment else I'm so busy I'd have to wait a full week which I didn't want to do as I'm in so much pain and stiffness.
I showed up 15 minutes early in case I had to fill out the usual intake docs etc. But the woman told me she can't find me. I told her I booked online and she said "well no one saw it". What? She then complained about to marketing company they use and how this keeps happening. No sympathy expressed, just deffering blame and excuses. So basically I wasted almost an hour out of my day for this incompetence. Side note, I sat with my heater on my back before leaving just to be able to make the car ride. Thanks a lot.

This place has help me with my back and neck pain. Such friendly stuff and this place has so much information from chiropractor to nutrition. Love the monthly 1 hour online class. I have learn so much from this place I live it a 2 thumbs up

Was having an issue with back pain. Dr Brian and staff have been great. Glad I gave them an opportunity to assist with my back issues.
