Dear Elgin Massage Therapy clinic, please train your receptionist Irian! She has no knowledge on how to treat customers at all.i) She hangs up on your call, what kind of professionals do that? Massagists can cancel on you right before appointment (even 30minutes before). They are okay with their continuous last minute cancellations. But when the patient get sick and informs about 20 hours before, they will put a cancellation fee on you.ii) Irian only cares about getting the money instead of providing the service for you.iii) Irian has no knowledge of what skin brands their facials use and what type of massage Lei Chen offers.iv) there were occassions that she were not in the front desk when you are in hurry to pay/enter your service.v) I got COVID from this place, because their massagist was having COVID when they treated me!

Amazing service! Michael was professional, helpful, accommodating. As a bonus, he provided some suggestions for stretches, and explained them clearly. The receptionist was also very nice.

First time client today, lovely experience, place was clean, quiet and peaceful. I had the pleasure of spending an hour with Angie, she is a kind soul with a wonderful touch, left feeling like I was in a cloud. I look forward to seeing her again:)

Visiting from Calgary and booked a couple massage. We did get our massages individually

Lulit was my therapist and she WAS GREAT! She knew where I was tight and worked them out for me! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Had a massage with Michael the other day and he was absolutely lovely! Really good treatment, right amount of communication, and made me feel very comfortable on our first meeting. Even sent me home with some helpful stretches to address my awful posture. Very pleased with my experience!

Customer service is good, everyone I have had contact with is pleasant. There was a mistake in the scheduling with my last appointment, but it was handled well. My first appointment was good, no complaints with the massage - it was done well and I would go back to her. My second appointment was with someone different (with Sveta), and it was amazing. I had specific concerns and she targeted those very well. Would recommend - listened to what I needed and did exactly that.
